At 7:45 am, ALL of the breakfast was gone except three slices of white bread, Cheerios and watered down waffle mix. The waffle mix was so watered down, it wouldn’t bake. No one was around to get service. FINALLY some came out and brought what looked like cans of juice. We headed to McDonald’s!!!

- Sherry (4/5): Not what I would expect from a Marriott - I was very disappointed with this stay—it was nowhere near what I would expect from a Marriott. While the hotel wasn’t dirty, it was noticeably run down. The towels were scratchy and uncomfortable, and the bed was not restful at all. The breakfast experience was especially frustrating. When we went down at 8:00am, all of the food was gone, people were waiting in line, and the area was a mess with no clean tables available. I went to the front desk to ask if more food would be brought out and if someone could clean tables, but the staff member snapped at me, saying “somebody is working on it.” That type of response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this did not feel like the quality or service I expect from a Marriott.

- Michael (10/5): I would easily book this again - this hotel was amazingly wonderful and I would stay there again. This is the first time we’ve traveled with pets and it was very pet friendly. There was a nice little diner just across from the hotel for food and it’s just a few minutes from great restaurants and steakhouses.

- Jessica (3/5): Short staffed. - The A/C worked well. Though I booked a double queen suite, this room had slightly smaller full-sized beds instead of Queen beds. Also, there was no hand soap to be found. I tried to ask the staff or help, but the only employee was standing outside smoking and talking on her personal phone while the desk phone rang repeatedly without answer.

- Anthony (10/5): Such a wonderful stay - It was such a great experience Laterra at the front desk was phenomenal identified that my family was with me and that we needed the extra space and highly recommended room 106 to accommodate our needs. It was a wonderful ease of mind and they were very delightful in their demeanor. The other Marriotts need customer training from them.

The room was large (although the bathroom area was cramped) and had a large kitchen area (with dishwasher!!) so one could make meals if that was important to you. I tried to reset it but need a tool. When I woke up in the morning it looked like there was a food stain on the sheets with crusted stuff on top. We had not had food on the bed

The front desk manager, Beth, went above and beyond to make sure we had a room conducive to bringing a pet. She was friendly and made us want to return.

- Joy (7/5): We’ll be back! - We love the spacious 2 bedroom suite option and the convenient location right off the highway. We always stay here on our from Chicago to Denver. They are very pet friendly and the breakfast is delicious! Over the years, we’ve noticed a slight decline. Small things. The chair in our room looked dirty, there was no scrub daddy for dishes, no dishwasher soap, no remote for the tv and no ice bucket. But as usual, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

- Angela (6/5): Disappointing! - Disappointing to say the least. Everything was fine until we discovered bugs in our room. I took the bugs downstairs to the front desk and asked for a different room. That all went fine but when I asked if I would be receiving a discount of some sort I was told that they couldn’t help me and would tell the manager. I asked in the morning when checking out and was told that because I booked through hotels.com that they couldn’t do anything. I asked for at least a refund for the pet fee and they did provide that but I feel,like they should have compensated me some of my room fee as well.

The bathroom mirror was dirty from other guests; it did not look like it had been cleaned. The shower was gross around the outside edges. The shampoo and gels in the shower had just been glued onto the tiles, and one of them fell off the wall. Not what we expect from a Marriott property. It was not a pleasant stay.

- capperkorn78 (6/5): Great staff but needs new pillows and mattresses - The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They provided the extra blankets and pillows that was desperately needed. The hotel needs new pillows, beds and fold out bed mattresses. The coils were literally coming through the fold out mattress. The shower head was also spraying water so that it caused a large amount of water outside the shower. Overall the stay was fine but just needs a refresh.

- JDismukes (2/5): Poor Desk Service - Arrived very tired at the change of shift. The outgoing desk clerk told me that they had one wheelchair accessible room, which had a bath not a roll-in shower. We were hoping for a shower, but were very tired and I went out and got my wife and all of our things. A new desk clerk greeted us and told us that there was, in fact, an accessible room with a roll-in shower for slightly more. We happily paid, and went to room (419) to find that it had a shower that no wheelchair could get into, and that my wife's chair would barely fit in and there were no safety bars. Then we went back downstairs, and told the clerk that it wasn't an accessible room, couldn't work for us, but we'd take the one with the bath. "Sorry, that one just sold!!" - supposedly in those 5 minutes. Then he assured me that our money paid would be refunded, but didn't move or give me any kind of refund receipt. I figured he meant they would just send me the refund notification by email, and we were able to find a nice room at the Countryside Suites. The next morning, I checked email and found 2 emails confirming our bill and stay, so had to waste more time going to confirm our refund. First talked to the desk clerk, who confirmed that the room we'd been assigned was not wc accessible, then waited for a manager to check, I guess because they thought we might have stayed there. All in all, it was a large waste of time. Surprising from this chain.
- Melinda (8/5): Comfortable Room - The room had very comfortable beds and soft sheets. The staff were not very friendly on checkin and checkout. Not unfriendly but just not welcoming. They seemed a bit irritated by me asking questions or making suggestions ( the rug in our room had pulls in it that needed to get clipped if they do not want it to get worse ).

- craigpZ3858TK (10/5): Great Place to Stay! - We stayed at this place due to it's location to the Strategic Air Command Museum just north of the city. Outside area and inside lobby appearance was really good and well taken care of. The suite we stayed in was really nice and roomy with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Luke was very nice at the front desk. Everything about the room was top notch and I will be staying here again when I come back to the area.

Driving with a family we were looking forward to having a pool. We were able to make some ice in our room to refresh our cooler.

- maija (6/5): - The hotel was very full. I tried to call from 3-6 and didn't get an answer until 6,the q was about my handicapped husband so not about minor things. When someone answered the phone, he was efficient and pleasant. Upon arrival, one staff person was on the phone with a client who seemed to not speak English, so I waited for some time. When he finally resolved the issue, a woman budged ahead of me and asked for 'tooth brush', when he brought one, she said '4' so he had to go for more. Self-possessed people around here and inadequate staffing.
