My boyfriend and I enjoyed it for it to be our first time staying in Dayto - The property was nicely centralized to where gas stations, surf shops, and the boardwalk/pier were. Not a bad walk at all. Also the almost direct access across the road to the beach was nice The property could use some more upkeep. We didn’t have any room service the 3 nights we stayed.

Could do a little touch paint work but I did see they were starting getting ready for peak season. But that’s management and has nothing to do with the staff.
- Bessarab (1/5): - I had a very negative experience staying at these apartments and strongly do NOT recommend this place. From the moment I checked in, the conditions were unacceptable. I was placed next to a unit where a man was living with a dog in what can only be described as complete unsanitary conditions. There was a terrible smell coming from that unit, and unfortunately, it spread throughout the surrounding apartments — including mine. My room had a strong, disgusting odor and, even worse, there were cockroaches. This was not just isolated to one unit — the issue affected multiple rooms. When I raised the issue, I was offered relocation to another property. However, the rooms they showed me were in significantly worse condition than the one I was already staying in, which is hard to imagine given the situation. At first, management seemed willing to offer partial compensation, but later they completely refused and showed a very unprofessional and dismissive attitude toward their guests. This experience was extremely disappointing. Poor hygiene, pests, bad odor, and lack of responsibility from management — all of this makes this place absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid renting here.

- Adriana (8/5): Great value just put the cigarette smokers in the isolated area - Very good Price was right on beach the staff were very friendly As somebody that completely despises cigarettes, I think it’s outrageous that they allow people to smoke all over the property. They should have a designated smoking area as soon as I came out of my hotel room there would be somebody sitting there or more than one smoking cigarettes that’s fucking disgusting. The only other small complaint is they needed to go to the dollar store and buy some dishes and cutlery utensils, silverware kind of stock it up. It wouldn’t cost more than $10 but it was good and they did provide a couple of miscellaneous things that I needed like a cutting knife for a fork and what not so I would definitely stay there again, but the cigarette thing has gotta be addressed.

- I I (8/5): - 沒有早餐，這次被升級到離海邊較近的beach house inn，穿過大廳就是海灘，就在holiday inn隔壁。房間雖然設備有點老舊但還算乾淨，有冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐、一些碗盤跟餐具以及洗碗精跟菜瓜布。以這樣的價格來說，算是ok。 隔音稍差，可以從浴室聽到隔壁的講話聲，房間門鎖感覺沒有很堅固。

Checking in was super easy, staff was very friendly to talk to. our room specifically is close to the main street we could hear the cars passing by but with the AC and some tv the nose was tuned out so it wasn’t a huge bother.
