- Gwen (6/5): - Location, right on the hill. The hot tub and pool area. The bed was lumpy and sway backed. The suite was so hot. We turned off the heat and had the windows open 24/7 and could not cool the place down. The shower was ridiculous, a hand wand 7+ feet up.

The sheets on the pull out sofa were dirty from prior guests, housekeeping did not change them between guests. The locker on the ski locker did not work. However, I messaged through the guest portal about both issues and they were promptly remedied!

- Lyons (7/5): Overall good value for money but some improvements would have made our stay much more enjoyable. - We loved the location as it was excellent in terms of accessing the ski lifts. We also loved the location of the rental shop as we continually swapped out ski and snowboard gear. We had 3 rooms and they were all good sizes and comfortable. There were a few things we did not like, as listed below: 1. Laundry facility: this requires loonie coins of which we didn’t have. Getting these coins was unnecessarily difficult. Even the bank wouldn’t provide them so, in the end, we had to contact management about providing them. The laundry facilities should be updated to not require coins as this was very inconvenient. 2. Lack of cleaning options: we stayed for 7 nights (the minimum requirement for stay) and no options were provided for cleaning the unit. As it wasn’t possible to have the unit cleaned by management, it was assumed we needed to do this ourselves but no cleaning products were provided.

- Dean (7/5): Enjoyed the leisure time away, proximity to shopping and the hut tubs! - Loved the hot tubs. It was affordable pricing. Could not get the fireplace to work. Controlling the temperature was difficult. There were no throw blankets for extra comfort. The mattress needs to be upgraded. Could not use the fireplace in the lobby. The channel options on the tv were pretty limited. Not ideal options for what to watch. Would have been useful to have more clear instructions in the unit about local restaurants and attractions, including directions.

- Lindsay (10/5): - 2nd stay at Snow Creek in less than a month and it did not disappoint. Same as before, suite was clean, comfortable, quiet, cozy. Location cannot be beat for us mountain bikers. Right beside the lift and a quick ride into the village for lift tickets. Parkade is awesome. Big enough to park the truck and safe enough for our bikes. Price point is great as well. Great value for the money. We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend Snow Creek
- Lisa (10/5): - We were in Suite 404 and it was cozy, clean and comfortable. There was a lovely view of the mountains and the chairlift, which was running sightseeing rides. We all really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, which was also clean and well maintained. Two small things, is that the balcony is small and the old rickety Adirondack chairs are too big for the space. Also there is no a/c, in the unit. We found it quite warm at times. All in all though, we loved this place and would recommend and stay again.

There were spill marks down the walls, black scrape marks on the walls, food from previous occupants on the floor, the bathtub had a black ring of dirt all around the tub and an awful smell coming from the bathroom sink. On top of that the elevators didn’t work at all the last two days of our stay. Nobody knew where the stairs were and there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to ask. We ended up carrying all our luggage, etc down three stories of stairs when we checked out.
- Lindsay (10/5): - Perfect place for a bike getaway. Right at the lift. Parking was perfect for a truck carrying 6 bikes. The suite itself was absolutely perfect for our family. Property was clean and safe. Pool and hot tubs were clean. Overall great property. Will be booking again.

- Desmond (6/5): - Lack of onsite person for check in or other possible issues. Resort tennis courts in poor condition. Limited food options. Felt these issues were particularly glaring when they are adding on a $150 per night property fee on top of the stated room rate!!! Room itself was comfortable and clean

Issue with the door, took some time to get ahold of someone, lots of back and forth but once someone came out, they were good. Room was equipped but starting to get old! Could use salt and pepper, as there is a full kitchen.

- Ashley (10/5): - We stayed at Snow Creek lodge for 3 nights for business. It was perfect that there was two rooms. We loved the bunk beds as we all got our own bed (there was 3 of us). Kitchen had everything we needed. My two suggestions would be to have a fan of some sort as the condo was quite stuffy with the warm june weather and to have a Brita water dispenser that can be refilled and put in the fridge. The tap water just had a yucky taste compared to what we are used to. But we loved our stay & Ive already looked at availability for next years work trip!

- Jennifer (7/5): Lovely quiet condo on ski hill - Location was excellent but you really needed a car as the lodge was situated at towards the end of a winding road and the only quick access to buy lift tickets or go for lunch was to ski or walk across the snow. We originally were going to get a shuttle direct to accomodation but so glad we had the car to go into town for food supplies etc . The spa was lovely and hot but you needed to get in there early as they got a bit crowded, there were 2 though! If it would be nice if some basic cooking supplies were provided such as al foil, baking paper, paper towel and maybe cooking oil. As international travellers these are not items we would bring and they would have been very useful.

Was amazing, true ski in / ski out, the lodge was great, jacuzzi was fabulous and the staff were always responsive and helpful. The small ski store was also an added bonus. The added bonus was the resort side views.. just stunning! The sofa could be upgraded - certainly had a good life and its wear and tear was obvious.

- Stephen (7/5): Great stay, and the mild inconvenience of the heating was outweighed by the ski in ski out location. - Great spot immediately adjacent to the slope. Room was very warm and the bed was very soft. All heating was turned off, and we had to leave windows open overnight.

- Ron (9/5): Excellent choice for ski in/out accommodation. - Great location. Very clean and well kept. Newer appliances and nice feel overall. Access to ski hill is easy and convenient. Basic but nice hot tub area. As is often the case, furniture is a little tired and worn. Need to invest in more comfortable bed.
- Splaunt (8/5): No Snow Creek - Very quite, clean and well appointed kitchen. Location great, ski out/in, good parking. Hot tub was great. Bed plush which I like, but too soft for us. Way to warm inside...heat was off and had to open door to cool down, so we couldn't use the gas fire place.
- Julie (10/5): Greta stay for family!! - Right on the slopes, heated pool and hot tub was very nice after a day of skiing ! Staff súper helpful and everything was great! Even went tobogganing in the evening !! Nothing!
- Julie (10/5): Excellent like brand new - This suite was immaculate. New appliances like stove, fridge dishwasher, microwave and well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and living room. Couldn't ask for a better location. Pool was warm and hot tub was great. Bbqs worked well and gas fireplace was a nice touch. Having The Quest ski rentals in the building was excellent. Underground parking that fit our truck was a bonus. The lodge called to make sure we received our checkin info. Can't think of anything.

- Naomi (8/5): We loved our stay in Fernie and would come to Snow Creek Lodge again - Location is amazing, one of the hot tubs was closed for maintenance however enjoyed using the other one. Kitchen was well equipped. It's a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. There was a bit of maintenance going on at the property however it didn't impact us too much.
- Chris (9/5): Great for strong intermediate/advanced skiers but poor for beginners/novices. - The location is fine. It's an easy drive from Calgary International Airport, but no so close that Calgarians would flood the resort when there's a powder dump. The terrain is so good and easily accessible. Fernie lacks long groomers for intermediate skiers. The groomers tend to be short. The intermediate skiing is concentrated mid-mountain where the snow is often not as good. At the lower mountain beginner area, the snow was awful, bordering on unskiable breaking crust.
- Trisha (6/5): - The location is amazing. The unit was quiet. Free underground parking was great. The pans were dirty and bathroom was not cleaned when we got there. They responded quickly which was great. The fire place was not working the first night and then the upper hot tub was closed the last night. Over all the location made the property great.

- Pam (7/5): Over all very good. Just a few things needed to make it great. - The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much all things you would need to cook a big meal with! Clean. Hot! We went in October and the temperature was quite warm 20-25 degrees Celsius. There is no air conditioning! I can’t imagine how hot it would be in mid summer. There were two fans and neither worked adequately and they were needed!

Ease of check in and check out Only hiccup we had was we were confirmed by text from the front desk that we could check out at 2pm and the next booking arrived at 1 as they said they were told they could check in at 1pm. We rushed and checked out by 1:30. But it was a bit awkward and because there is no actually staffed front desk we didn’t have anyone to refer to
- Jennifer (7/5): Overall it was comfortable for our family of 4 - Location was good. Glad that there were multiple fans to use as the rooms were stuffy and hot. There didn’t appear to be staff onsite to do general clean up etc, (the same mud on the floor and elevator were still there two days later). The kitchen and bathrooms in the condo itself appeared clean, however there were layers of dust on tables, sills, chairs, fans, etc.

- Brandon (7/5): Good - Clean, lots of space and very well equipped kitchen. Check in was supposed to be from 5pm to midnight as per the confirmation email. The location has zero staff and the building locks at 11pm. Thankfully we arrived at 10:30pm. The contact numbers from booking.com and those posted at what I believe would have been the reception put me on hold briefly then asked me to leave a message, I did this twice with no return phone call to this day. I was able to use the emergency contact phone number from the guest laundry room for when the washer/dryer doesn't work to get a hold of another human and he was able to give me the door code to enter the unit. At this point we still didn't have key cards to access the building after hours or access the pool and hot tubs. I was contacted on our second day via the booking.com apps chat option. We did eventually get the key cards but it wasn't until later in the day after skiing.
