- R2962JEjimk (10/5): Our wonderful stay - Wonderful time. Kevin at the front desk, and sous chef Richard, and both of their staff team provided us with excellent service and excellent food. They rushed to help us bring our bags in and take our bags out. We were given an upgrade and we were permitted to check out late also. The battery operated carts took us everywhere. We wanted to go on the premises. A helpful map was provided also, and we would be morethan happy to stay here the next time we come here. Also, the air conditioning was very strong and always good to come home to shopping in the area. Our rooms were clean and they were cleaned well the entire time. We had a problem with the shower originally, but the head of came and fixed it immediately, within an hour!

- E5582IJelenam (10/5): A long-awaited vacation in sunny Vietnam - We stayed as a couple with my husband. It’s a good hotel with a large area and scenic views. This hotel is located on the quite island in the middle of the river, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Free electric cars run between the buildings, and there’s also a shuttle bus to the beach. There are two swimming pools on the property as well. The food is decent, with a reasonable variety. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have balconies. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. Special thanks to the administrator Thalya — a wonderful girl who helped us several times and even extended our room for free until our transfer. We recommend this hotel — a great choice for the city.
- Holger (8/5): Hotel als tropischer Erholungspunkt mitten in Nha Trang - Die Lage des Hotels. Das ein privat Strand dabei ist. Das Ambiente auf dem zwei Flussinseln. Gutes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Insel ist Ruhepol in der Stadt zur Erholung. Das für westliche Urlauber, wäre am morgen Buffet eine Müsli Station, mit Grund Angebot nicht schlecht.

- BenjaSariwatta (6/5): Maintenance issues and bad policies - We booked a hotel room. When we got there, we were told we got an upgrade (its a trick) but the upgrade meant being sent back away from the hotel itself to a condotel area which we didn't know. To walk from the condotel to the road, I would have to walk much further than I would have if I just stayed at the hotel itself. One evening, we ordered a pizza and the delivery guy was told motorcycles were not allowed to go back to the condotel area which I did not know of this policy. I had to take a golf cart to the hotel where the delivery guy was waiting for me right in front of the actual hotel. IF I would ahve stayed at the hotel instead of the condotel, there wouldn't have been a problem. In more professional hotels, the concierge would bring the items up to your room. They have no concept of that at this hotel/condotel. Also, the room had some deferred maintenance. The shower curtains were missing rings and were not hung properly. The knob for the bathtub stopper was loose and came off. The shower was not properly sealed causing water to drain onto the bathroom floor. They did not think it appropriate to make repairs before guest arrive. Their concept is to make repairs after guest arrive and only when requested. A reactive instead of proactive method. - Réka (7/5): Ár-rétk arányban megfelelő, de a városi, éjszaki sétához taxi kell! - Upgrade-ték a szobánkat így egy kéthálószobás nagy nappalis szobát kaptunk közel a nagymedencéhez, focipályához. A reggeli bőséges volt, mindenki talált magának valót és mindennap volt valami más is. A kisbuszok megfelelőek. Amennyiben van bár, ott a nyitvatartást be kellene tartani, és amennyiben étkezni is lehet, akkor este fél 9-kor is szükséges kiszolgálás és választék. A strand zárvatartásáról nem kaptunk tájékoztatást, csak mikor már ment a buszunk. Angol nyelvtudása a személyzetnek (bár, éttermi részen) nem megfelelő szintű. A takarító személyzet néha kihagyta a szobánkat, mintha nem tudnák követni, melyik szobában voltak, melyikben nem.

The facilities, spa, and surroundings made our trip to Nha Trang truly special. What made our stay even more memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Sara, who took such great care of us during our stay. Her warm hospitality and thoughtful help made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Because of the amazing service, we are leaving Nha Trang with beautiful memories. We will definitely come back to Champa Island Resort when we visit again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nha Trang!

- Eduard (10/5): Все понравилось. - Место расположение, обслуживающий персонал, особенно хочется ввделить Thalya и Helen (администраторы на ресепшене в Uma Building), он помогли нам без доплаты решить вопрос с продлением нашего номера, а также решать друнре вопросы. Очень удобно, что в отеле твой телефонный номер включают в ватцап и все заявки ты можешь делать по телефону, на своём родном языке. Также понравился бассейн, территория отеля, организованная работа персонала. Все понравилось, но хотелось, чтобы завтраки были более европейским, в основном они направлены на азиатских гостей.

- Poluian (6/5): Отель хороший, но не думает о жильцах - Спокойный приятный отель, отдельный остров, где нет кучи машин и мотоциклов. Разнообразные завтраки. По территории отеля возит электрокар. Теплый бассейн с сауной. Дружелюбные работники. На территории много цветов и аллей, есть где погулять. Красивый вид из окна на горы и реку 2 дня из наших 4 под окнами ломали порожки с 7 утра во внутреннем дворе. Это было ужасно. На ресепшене обещали закончить за 1 день, но этого не произошло. Перед выездом выспаться не получилось. С учетом того, что жители отеля это в большей степени не вьетнамцы, непонятно, почему отель решил будить всех в 7 утра таким способом У нас был номер на троих, но все в номере было на двоих. Каждый день приходилось что-то просить дополнительно: полотенца, тапки, кружки, зубные щетки. Уборщицы всегда забывали что-то дать для третьего человека
- Christophe (8/5): Relaxing holdiday at nice and clean resort. - Lovely and clean rooms, nice swimming pools, great location on the islands. Also the restaurant was really nice. We went twice (once the seafood part and once the grill), both were very good and nice staff. A bit far from the city centre. There’s a free shuttle bus (which is nice) but it only drives twice a day. Grabs/taxi are cheap though. Also some more variation in fresh fruit at Breakfast and fresh coffee (without surcharge) would be nice.

- Desiree (8/5): Nice big resort with family activities - Very large resort, larger than we realised! We stayed in the back part and appreciated the room upgrade. Great sized suite and bed and pillows were comfy. Cute towel animals on our bed and some fruit and a welcoming card. Ended up only using the back pool area, kids enjoyed the basketball hoops in the pool and the fuse ball table. Always able to get a sun lounger when needed. Staff were helpful and although far from the centre it's easy to catch a Grab into town. The breakfast hot food and coffee were luke warm and would be good to have things like milk beside the cereal instead of having to ask for this each day. Fairly good selection overall. Understood from reading previous reviews we'd need to pay for pool toys and activities so that was expected. Paid for 4 of us to use the pickleball courts twice (cost more than it would in Aus). The second time we were the only ones using the courts and about halfway through 2 of us moved to play some singles and were asked to pay for another court. Seemed a bit ridiculous given no-one else was using it and for the amount we'd paid for it.
- Annika (6/5): Beautiful surroundings and caring service, but disappointing breakfast, poor Wi-Fi, and very noisy. - On the positive side, the surroundings are beautiful, and we especially appreciated the service from the receptionist Aric, who genuinely cared about making our stay a good one. Breakfast was disappointing (for us Scandinavians) with very limited options and items not being refilled. The Wi-Fi in both the room and common areas was the worst we have experienced. The hotel is extremely noisy, with very poor soundproofing between rooms and corridors, which caused disturbances from other guests early in the mornings and late in the evenings.

- yenkaka (10/5): Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and Activities - The resort is excellent. The room was tidy and comfortable. The morning buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food options to satisfy tourists from different places. The receptionists, Helen and Thalya, were very nice and helpful in introducing the resort’s activities. We joined the spa treatment, “Himalayan Salt Stone Body Treatment” — the masseurs were very professional. We also participated in a bracelet-making workshop and tried archery. The resort offers many more activities, but we didn’t have enough time to try them all. We will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!

- 910katyap (10/5): Wonderful place for a family holiday - Staying at Champa Island Resort was a wonderful experience for our family. Our room was so nice, bright, comfortable and clean. Daily room service was excellent. We asked for a few things to accommodate our family and these requests were always met. The buffet breakfast was lovely, and again, when we asked for something, the staff responded immediately. It was clear that staff are doing their best to ensure their guests have a positive experience. The two pools were wonderful. Crafts and pottery a really lovely experience. The grounds are really lovely and constantly being cleaned and maintained. Yes, you are on an island so don't have a range of shops and restaurants at your door step but we used Grab for food delivery and it was amazing. Overall, we had the best time!

I chose this place as my accommodation, it is quite spacious and ancient because of the traditional craft village there. My family was taken care of by Aric, he was always cheerful with everyone. He supported me a lot. The breakfast was very good, the service at the pool was great. If I come back to Nha Trang, I will choose this place as my accommodation.

- Henk (8/5): Heerlijk. Een oase van rust in een hectische stad. Zeer vriendelijk personeel - Champa Island is echt een leuke plek midden in de stad. Wij waren in Kubera. Uitzicht over de rivier, zwembad, sauna, terassen, picket ball, etc. Prima. Kamer was ruim, schoon. Ontbijt was gevarieerd. En inderdaad midden in de stad. Dus berikbaar. Shuttle service naar het strand. Prima. In de kamer was een wat makkelijke stoel niet echt aanwezig. Er was een bankje waarop zitten niet zo feijn was. Ook miste ik een lounge. Sld het hard regent, en er komt geen taxi aan om ergens heen te gaan kun je eigenlijk alleen naar je lkamer, met het minder plezieruige bankje. Ik zou bij de receptie iets meer informatie hebben verwacht over trips, mogelijkheden in de omgeving. Maar goed, er zijn reisbureautjes in de stad zelf die goed bereikbaar zijn.

- Frank (10/5): Prachtig resort met zeer mooi zwembad en top locatie. - Zeer mooi resort met mooie ruime familiekamer. Ontbijt zaal had een mooi uitzicht op een riviertje. Omdat het hotel op een eigen aangelegd eiland ligt, is het lekker rustig in de avond. Het zwembad voelde behoorlijk warm. In combinatie met het hele warme weer had het zwembad voor mij wat koeler gemogen. De 24/7 winkel leek wel 24/7 dicht te zijn.

Có xe bus ra bãi biển riêng có phục vụ ô dù ghế nằm khăn tắm ngay bãi biển. Thấy buffet sáng ngày nào cũng có team phục vụ hát mừng sinh nhật khách với bánh kem, Khung cảnh đẹp có sông bao quanh mát mẻ, dọc khuôn viên trông nhiều hoa sứ trắng với hồng đi dạo thư giãn thiệt. Hài lòng Lấn cấn hiểu nhầm chút về cái phiếu giặt đồ nhg cũng ổn, nói chung có thắc mắc gì chủ động gọi hỏi sẽ đc tư vấn kỹ, ví dụ như giặt đồ phải chủ động gọi hỏi mới mang lên trả. Cần làm dịch vụ gì phải gọi đặt trc, hay quên thì cũng cũng phiền phiền. Nhưng mia chiện này nhỏ ko ảnh hưởng gì
- lasanf2023 (10/5): Caring, attentive, and professional staff - Attentive and caring staff. On this trip, my wife and I stayed at Champa Island for approximately twenty-five nights, on and off. Due to frequent changes in our travel plans in and out of Nha Trang, our reservations needed to be adjusted multiple times. Thanks to Sarah Nhung and Peter Phong at the front desk, all the changes were handled smoothly and efficiently. A big thank-you to both of them for their support and professionalism. Needless to say, we also enjoyed many uplifting moments at the buffet breakfasts. Hostess Camilla Huyền was always graceful in assigning us a table each morning. Server Luna Châu was attentive and professional throughout. Since I followed a restrictive diet and my wife mostly ate vegetables, Luna helped us select suitable dishes from the many fabulous options available. She even asked Nino Nam—one of the breakfast chefs—to assist with off-menu dishes. Chef Nino prepared a wonderful vegetable soup for us. It was made simply with potato leaves, spinach, and okra, yet it was incredibly flavorful and unforgettable. Millions of thanks to the trio—Camilla Huyền, Luna Châu, and Nino Khoa—for making our visit to Vietnam this year so memorable.
