- 168janiceh (10/5): Spring break - Another wonderful holiday at our favorite hotel, once again the hotel gave us everything we could want from a two week break. We are regular visitors to this hotel and are always welcomed back by all staff members and it's amazing they even remember what you drink.Whatever time of year you visit the food is always of high standard and the Turkish dishes are always enjoyable .Most members of staff have a good command of English even though the larger majority of guests are German. The cleaning team do a wonderful job and work tirelessly to keep everything clean and tidy. The outside areas are landscaped to a high standard and a wonderful team of gardeners work tirelessly to keep everything neatly pruned. The hotel although on several levels does provide space to accommodate all guests even on days when the weather is bad. Some guests say rooms are a little dated but every visit we notice upgrading to different areas. Thank you for fulfilling our request for block 3 can't wait to return for Octoberfest. La décoration des buffets est au top, les plats sont variés. Tout le monde y trouve son compte. Le manque d’information sur les activités, l’établissement est grand et nous sommes livrés un peu à nous même, aucun texte traduit en français, à part 1 ou 2 personnes, personne ne parle français. La porte fenêtre ne notre chambre ne fermait pas, le mitigeur du jacuzzi était dur à basculer en mode douche ou robinet. Dans les smoothie du matin, je n’aimait pas les épluchures et les pépins qui étaient présent, du coup imbuvable… Bien que la présentation des buffets soit exceptionnellement belle, la qualité des ingrédients n’est pas terrible… par exemple j’aurais aimé pouvoir manger du kunefe. On dirait qu’on impose un choix des ingrédients ou un choix de qualité assez faible… difficile à dire… mais cela dit c’est un établissement qui vaut le détour. Pour quelqu’un comme moi qui dort souvent à l’hôtel et qui est du métier, je reconnais le travail effectué. Et franchement la barre à franchir est celle d’une meilleure qualité gustative et j’insiste sur ce point. Lorsque ce n’est pas bon, les gens ne mangent pas et le gaspillage doit être énorme.

Our friends who were staying at another hotel actually moved to our hotel. We couldn't fault the hotel at all. Everything you could wish for. Food and drinks are wonderful, so much choice. The staff are so attentive, kind and caring. When we arrived we had a land view and asked if we could upgrade and they did this immediately without hesitation. They truly want you to have a wonderful time and will do anything for you to make that possible. Already looking at returning! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- LoveTravel303872 (10/5): Fabulous hotel with a lovely kids club - We’ve had a wonderful stay at the Side Star Elegance. The hotel is great for families. The kids club is brilliant. Lots of great activities and the staff are brilliant with the kids. We’ve been here over Easter and they’ve done face painting, egg painting, egg hunts, treasure hunts. My daughter loves the mini disco in the evening and then there is an hour of fun from 9-10pm in the mini club. We’ve been so impressed with the staff particularly Merve and Zeynep. They have been very so attentive and kind towards our children (ranging from 10-2 years old). We’d definitely recommend here if you have kids.

- poodlesScotland (10/5): Side Star Elegence - Central location - We stayed end of March into April, hotel was lovely, plenty of bars to have a drink, places to eat. Pretty much something available 24 hours a day. Staff are helpful and friendly, a credit to the hotel and make the experience better. Top pool is heated, its small and it would be ideal if they heated the other half as it gets very busy on nice days. Room was nice, jacuzzi bath was a nice extra. They are looking after the cats, have a donation box at guest relations for donations to help care for the cats and provide vetinary care. Most of the cats I saw were neutered which is good to see. They have a feeding station for them in the grounds. A la carte can be booked between 10 and 12 at guest relations. Book early for the rest of your holiday. Dolmus will stop outside of hotel. Easy to get about.

- saraheA6325JB (10/5): Lovely hotel great amenities - Stayed for 10 days in the jacuzzi room. Room was excellent value, very clean with good amenities. There are various bars on site, but not all were open due to the rime of year. The ones that were open had great international drinks and cocktails. The main barman at Time out bar was outstanding. He remembered everyone's drinks and served really quickly in a friendly manner. Cocktails were pretty good! The heated pool was lovely and work, and there were plenty of sunbeds throughout. The food was excellent, in particular thw Turkiah alacarte and Turkish night. Great choice throughout the whole 24 hours. Entertainment was as expected for this time of year. Location great for a 20 min stroll to Side old town. Would definitely stay there again, thanks for a lovely stay!

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is good with plenty of variety. It’s in a nice location, and the hotel itself is quite large—you really need a few days to fully explore everything it has to offer. There are lots of seating areas throughout the hotel, and several bars spread across different levels, all with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The only criticism I would mention is that our room was next to a dual carriageway, which made it quite noisy at times. One suggestion: there are some large French words displayed on the reception walls (you can’t miss them!), and it would be nice to have a small explanation or plaque explaining their meaning. Also, there is a large statue of Alexander the Great, which made us curious about its connection to the area—some information about this would be really interesting for guests. Thanks

- kengY5958AJ (10/5): Excellent stay - We stayed for 4 days Biram Had 2 duplex family rooms they were fantastic lots of room 2 bathrooms in each room and one double room food was very good a good selection so many areas where you can get food staff excellent very polite cleaning was excellent drinks excellent cocktails etc it takes a bit of time to find your way around but once you got your head around the layout it's OK indoor pool good the outdoor pools look good we did not use them games room for the children and a 2 lane bowling alley at extra cost we definitely be back the family loved it there were 9 of us ages from 6 years to 70 years thanks for a enjoyable time

We are regular visitors to this hotel and we don't look anywhere else as this hotel gives us everything we could wish for in a holiday. This year even the weather was perfect for our two week stay. Every time we visit the hotel has made improvements and they do listen to guests comments .All staff have a good command of English and the number of British guests is increasing .The entertainment will suite all age groups . The food is always high quality and deserts are exceptional. even the fussiest eaters would find something to eat . Will be returning soon.

- Passenger66666175506 (10/5): Amazing hotel *****🥰 - Yet another amazing holiday at the Side Star Elegance, on arrival we were greeted with a smile and our luggage was taken to our room. This is our 6th stay at this hotel and we honestly wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We were in room 1258, we arrived early in the morning and initially were a bit disappointed, in June 2024 we were upgraded to a family suite and I think this spoiled us, however when we saw our view in the morning we were happy with it. However if we had a room a couple of floors up our view would have been amazing. We were central to everything. The staff were there usual friendly and courteous selves. They go out of there way to help you. The cleaner keeps your room spotless and the mini bar is stocked everyday. The cleanliness within the hotel is second to none. Special shout out to Mustafa in the dining room and Muharren at reception. The only down side this year are the children on the scooters in the hotel itself. There are a lot of elderly in the hotel and its just a matter of time before someone gets hurt. This however will not stop us returning and we hope to be back in June.
- eidorb (10/5): Another Fantastic Holiday - My wife and myself have just returned from our fourth visit to the Side Star. We keep returning - like many others- because of the ambiance, the staff and the food. The staff are so happy to serve you . They are always polite and courteous. They remember what tea/coffee you like in the morning and drinks in the evening.. Room service was great and our room was always made up before lunch. The mini bar was restocked when necessary on a daily basis. We loved the location of the hotel as it looked directly onto its own private beach area which had plenty of sunbeds. There are a number of pools to relax at and one adults only. Side Old Town is a 30 minute walk along the promenade or you can take a local bus or taxi. The walk is very pleasant. We want to thank Krystyna the Guest Relation Manager who went out of her way to accommodate our request regarding rooms. We cannot praise the staff and the hotel highly enough and we cant wait to return next year.

- stuietravels (6/5): Great hotel but lacks character. - At first glance this is a marvellous hotel. But it is a labyrinth of hidden features. The location is great. A nice part of the beach is available exclusively to guests. It is a good walk down to it but well worth the effort, and the bars and food stalls there are great. There are also local shop with friendly shopkeepers. The restaurant, although seemingly well stocked and an abundance of colour. But the food feels like the same thing as very day. After 4 days I stopped going, preferring instead the early evening pizza and salad. Get to the restaurant early. Don’t be fooled by the ‘late’ breakfast and dinner. You’re basically getting what is left of bile the staff close the restaurant down. The bars are good, the drink is plentiful. Service is ok, polite and to your table. Better service comes from tipping, which the staff are happy to ask you to do. The rooms are clean, well equipped and with a spacious balcony. A mini bar is there and tea and coffee facilities. Initially well stocked although seemingly forgotten about the longer your stay goes on. Not that you miss out, there are drink a plenty in the bars and refrigerators scattered around the hotel with soft drinks, juices and water. The pools are great. Overall the look and ambience of the hotel is good, but I felt underwhelmed by it all.

- P3198FMdanielleh (10/5): An amazing anniversary holiday - We stayed in Side star Elegence 2nd-11th March for our anniversary and had the most amazing time! All areas of the hotel are completely spotless and there is a great selection of food & drinks and the mini bar in the room is refilled daily. We went to the Italian and Turkish specialty restaurant, and both were excellent. As a couple in our mid 30s, we found the entertainment to be a bit hit and miss, but we really enjoyed the Latin dance show on our first Monday night and the singer & keyboard player on Sunday night. We were disappointed that the Turkish show is only on once every 2 weeks and we didn't get to see it, as that was the show we were looking forward to seeing. Time out bar was great for grabbing a late night snack. Duden bar has a massive terrace and we enjoyed having a cocktail in the sun at around 5pm, before getting ready for the night. The lobby bar was our favourite for a drink before dinner and after the show, especially when the pianist was playing. We really enjoyed going to the disco both Tuesday nights we were there, and DJ Berk was excellent. We loved the music he was playing and he was very friendly. It's a shame the disco was only open 1 day a week, but understandable in the winter when the hotel isn't as busy. I'd like to give a special mention to some of the staff who stood out for us, who really are a credit to the hotel. Sena in the lobby bar is fantastic! She is so friendly and always smiling. The main reason we went to the lobby was because of her excellent service. Emre was working in the disco on the first Tuesday of our holiday and he was really fun and friendly. We saw him in Time out bar on our last night of our holiday and remembered our order of Jager bombs in the disco from the week before. Mustafa in the buffet restaurant and show bar is very polite & attentive and he remembered our drink orders. Hasan, Cumhur and Dursun in the specialty restaurants were also very friendly and gave excellent service. I've read some reviews saying the staff give preferential treatment to the German guests, but that is absolutely untrue. I'm English & my husband is Brazilian, and everyone was so friendly and attentive. We never once felt like they prioritised the German guests over us. We feel very sad that our holiday is over and we look forward to staying in this wonderful hotel again.

Our only gripe was that we didn't realise that you can only book the al a carte restaurants if you are on a minimum of a 7 day stay. We will make up for it though as we have booked to return next month for 10 days.

- TravelML0090 (6/5): Lovely hotel / shame about the room/noise - Hotel is absolutely beautiful - ideal location on main road with beach at the back. We have a Double room, which is ok, but bed is not very comfortable. Rooms are cleaned very well every day, fresh towels etc. Entertainment is not great..so beware there is not much to do at night. The Cocktails are terrible. But the food, in each and every restaurant/bar is absolutely outstanding. There is something for everyone. Down near beach side there are small bars with hot dogs/pizza/baked potato/waffles/crepes etc, so even the fussiest of eaters will be happy (these were closed on Sunday but there was a lovely bbq instead!) fridges dotted around full of drinks/water to help yourself. Spa/indoor pool is lovely. Enjoying the 18+ section with small pool, as it’s much more peaceful. Not sure if we would return as the room/bed is not the best. It’s really noisy in the morning too, cleaners banging around so early & there is a lot of noise from the pool..But maybe entertainment would be better in high season and a better room, we may return

I am a wheelchair user and found that getting around went ever so freely even a lift down to the seafront . Not a person to partake in alcoholic beverages there was an abundance of fridges spotted about the place with soft drinks and water Good games room for the under 12,s be aware a teenager would soon get bored here not a lot for them to do. Guest relations made went out of their way to ensure that we had an amazing stay. Hotel was clean wherever we went and towels and room were cleaned daily. We rarely return to a hotel after an initial visit however I would happily return to the Side Star Elegance in a heartbeat.

The indoor pool and spa facilities are amazing — such a relaxing space and beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool being heated was a huge bonus, especially on sunny days. It made swimming so enjoyable and comfortable, and there is truly so much to do here that you’re never bored. All of the à la carte restaurants were fantastic. The food quality, presentation, and service were outstanding every time. It really elevated the whole all-inclusive experience. The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest we’ve ever come across — warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Guest relations were also brilliant and available for anything we needed, which made everything feel effortless and well-organised. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

- amberskyes2026 (10/5): Amazing - Location very very good, very close to the beach and close to attraction sites. The room is cosy, warm, and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Room service is always good and can barely hear any noise, we came for 7 nights and not once did we have any disturbances. Choice of restaurants and always having drinks and food available is good. It was my partners birthday and the hotel surprised him with a bottle of champagne, cake and a card which we didn’t expect so that was a mega bonus for him. We will definitely be coming here again as a revisit.
- 403maggieb (2/5): First week was fine, but not the remaining 3 weeks - Unfortunately workers in charge of maintaining the pool didn't appear to know how to do their job. They were putting chlorine or perhaps even bleach in the outdoor heated pool at all hours of the day. I wasn't aware of this until it was too late. I swam in the pool at 10 am. When I got out an hour later I had a splitting headache and couldn't stop shivering. It was not from the cold. I was shivering uncontrollably all night. My right eye started to hurt and a rash appeared on my left leg extending from the ankle to the knee. The following morning it looked as if it was covered in first degree burns with second degree burns around the ankle. I contacted reception who said they would inform technical services but I never heard back from them. The pain was tremendous. Luckily a friend recommended St John's Wort oil, which I was able to buy from the spa. It really helped ease the pain. I couldn't leave the room for 3 days and after that only walk with a limp. My eye has suffered serious damage. I have numerous hospital appointments for treatment to prevent me from going blind. It is in my medical records that the problem was caused by a chemical in the hotel pool. I contacted reception and guest relations on several occasions about my situation but no one seemed interested. The hotel nurse was useless. I must state that I have stayed in this hotel several times and swum in the pool. This is the first time something like this has happened. The workers responsible should be held accountable.

- 116Keith (6/5): First Visit to Side - We stayed here from 16th Jan for a week with my daughter and boyfriend, we were checked in quickly but our rooms couldn't have been further apart, I thought that being booked as a group our rooms would have been relativley close, but were not. We arrived after meals had finished, and were told 24 bar would have food, it did but the choice was really poor, going on from there the hot food choices for lunch and dinner were poor, there was lots of salads and cheeses and desserts but little else. The waiting staff were very good and their language skills of German and English was very impressive, they are very professional and friendly. The quality of the drinks are very good. The 24 hour bar could be hit and miss if you got served a particular drink, our first 2 nights we had "baby guiness" after that were refused these drinks, although some other guests did have these??? Our room was comfortable enough but our daughter's room was opposite the road which wasn't as nice, we found the housekeeping was very basic, a quick tidy of bed and empty toilet bins and that was that, we had the same bath mat for 4 days. We did have some british tv channels bbc itv but this did keep freezing and going off sometimes. The outdoor pool was supposed to be heated, it was freezing, the indoor pool was also very cold, not enjoyable to swim in. We found the man at the spa very unhelpful after being asked 3 times if we wanted massages, when we said no thanks, his attitude totally changed,especially when we required towels to use in the steam room and sauna. We used the games room several times due to the weather not being great when we were there. The evening entertaiment has got to be the worst we've seen, one night a "DJ" sitting in a corner playing bizarr random music. Due to the weather not being great the entertaiment during the day, was basically darts and we did the painting one afternoon. A huge thanks to Michael one of the entertaiment staff, he was so nice and made our holiday, always greeted us wherever we were in the hotel. During our stay we had numerous power cuts and wifi outages, which made getting around the hotel quite difficult when not using lifts, because all the stairs are outside which meant getting wet when raining. We found the hotel quite complicated to navigate around, many many stairs to get around, it was also predominantly "German" which didn't bother us and found these guests friendly enough. We did find the hotel a little run down and the surrounding area seemed very run down, maybe in the summer months when the hotel facilities are fully opened it might be better, the plus side it was only a lovely half hour walk in old Side town. We had been talking to other guests who had vistited this hotel for many years, and they also said it hadn't been as good as previous years. We have visited Turkey over 15 times and lots of 5 star hotels and we were a little disappointed with this hotel.

- zandaalexander7480 (10/5): Excellent experience - Arrived Sunday 11th early evening an was instantly impressed with the grand reception. Smooth check in and my luggage was taken to my room 3220. The room is amazing so big, clean and modern with bathrobe and slippers. Tea and coffee and a stocked mini bar which is replenished daily. The balcony is huge so far so impressive. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the outdoor swimming pools are heated so I had a swim everyday in mid January! The bars in the hotel are wonderful and the service is excellent and just a small tip each night is appreciated and the staff look after you. The restaurant is grand and the food of an evening is superb. I didn't eat during the day in the restaurant so can't comment on that. The snacks on an afternoon and evening are delicious and there's so much choice. So my only gripe is breakfast if you don't like eggs you're in trouble. There's fried, scrambled and boiled but no cereal etc so I only had breakfast twice egg on toast! Would I stay here again???? Absolutely without a doubt it's an amazing hotel and was a great experience but please give us more of a choice at breakfast. Alex

Staff are attentive and make the experience enjoyable. Italian a lacarte is incredible. Again the staff are great. Special shout out to Sertac in the Time Out and main restaurant. He is fantastic 😍 Always greeted us with a smile and engaged in conversation even though he was busy. He is so attentive, and his personality shone. A wee star🌟 The entertainment was good. The live music and singers are excellent 👏 This should happen every night! Side is beautiful and a visit to the ruins and harbour a must. The markets are worth a visit. Another great time had, by all.
- Paradise11418211128 (8/5): Returning visit - Our second visit to the hotel first time we loved it. Firstly the staff especially the restaurant staff are brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Also the staff in the Italian restaurant were very professional and friendly. We had 4 rooms in total, 3 on the road side which can be noisy. 1 sea view room which had amazing views but the room was quite tired looking and needs updating. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable and the beds once made into a king seemed to be different in height. Both had a single duvet on. Now we certainly didn’t starve but I didn’t find the food as good as our last stay. Despite there being a lot of choice it’s all a bit strange and mismatched. There are a lot of steps down to the beach but there is a lift down and back up, it’s just not that obvious. We had a good time all in all and we would stay again. A sea view room is definitely worth the upgrade though. Bus service locally is fab. We love the cats ❤️
- jarroda752 (2/5): This is not 5 Star Quality!!! - Just back from, having spent the first week of January in this NOT 5 star quality hotel. Before I go any further , we read the reviews that all seemed amazing , we watched videos on you tube and checked out their social media and it all looked good , alas it wasn't Room on the web page looked lovely , however our room looked tired , the beds 2 single were terribly uncomfortable , we pushed the beds together but the bedding consisted of a cheap duvet and several uncomfortable pillows which ended up with us suing our travel pillows. Wallpaper above the tv was starting to peel , tv seemed to have a mind of its own , all the English tv channels seemed to loose signal after watching for 15 minutes . Terrible draft from the patio door whited faced the street and the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep , if only it was the traffic noise , the walls are paper thin and I never thought that Id pay for a 5 star room to hear two middle aged Scottish men getting it on at 3 am. Food was very poor , I met a lady who had visited multiple times and she said that this was the worst the food has ever been and that they had received a lot of complaints . There was lots of choice , but it was aimed at the German and continental taste , always fish on the menu but the meat offering was what appeared cheap cuts of meat ,that didn't taste good , Onion soup and pumpkin soup were not to my taste. The volume of deserts looks amazing , but the problem is that they are just bland and tasteless . The hotel does have lots of facilities spread out over multiple floors so get used to climbing steps , and the overall feel of the hotel is that it looks tired and needs a revamp , something that in goof weather you could live with as you would be around a number of the pools or on the beach. I can't fault the waiting staff who were all extremely polite and helpful and couldn't do enough for you , but the hotel itself was a real disappointment in comparison to our previous 5 star experience in Turkey (check out my review of the Double Tree Hilton Kemer). To sum up - Ive had a better nights quality street in a Travel Lodge and eaten better on a motorway service , in 35 yrs together , staying in hotels fro 3 stars up around the world - this has to be the worse that we have stayed in . If they offered us a free weeks stay - ww would decline !

Staff have been really attentive and can't do enough for you. Food is excellent and a lot of variety. Shower could be larger with a bit more pressure ( we had older room overlooking the main road) tad noisy but bearable but no sun at all. Pools ...looked good, heated one used over Christmas, indoor pool cold I was told. Bars..staff were friendly and welcoming and remembering your drinks choices. Restaurants... very good choices for seating, would hate to see busy season though, Food... was good,hot and varied daily, themed nights good choices. Al a carte only tried one as we were not keen on some menus,Italian was nice. Lovely hotel and we are booked in for March with a sea view, so hopefully we will have a nicer room, they kindly showed me one which was nice but overlooking huge hotel next door, a lot of work going on in the hotel but nothing to disturb your holiday, looking forward to returning 😀 😊

The reception staff helped us immediately, and we were very satisfied with the second room. The housekeeping staff and all employees are excellent. Food was beautiful, top shelf drinks. Atmosphere was lovely. Just a short walk from all the ancient ruins. We will definitely be back.

- Hollyrg22 (10/5): “Another Enjoyable Stay at Side Star Elegance – Honest Feedback from Repeat Guests” - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at **Side Star Elegance**. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant décor and a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to Side’s attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The mini bar was always fully restocked each day by the lovely **Emrecan**, which was much appreciated. We really enjoyed the food throughout our stay — the quality and choice were consistently great, with plenty to enjoy at every meal. The only small suggestion would be a wider variety of vegetables. We were also a little disappointed not to see our favourite **Baked Alaska** on Turkish theme night this time. Additionally, we were initially sad to learn about the reduced number of à la carte restaurant visits, especially for guests staying for a longer period, but we were very happy when this was later changed and we were able to enjoy the usual three visits. The waiting and bar staff were fabulous as always, often remembering what we drank before even asking and taking great care of us. Special thanks to **Bilal** at dinner and in the Time Out Bar in the evenings, **Erkan** and **Atikan** in the Duden Bar, **Serkan** and **Dursun** in the à la carte restaurants, and **Volkan** at breakfast and the snack bar — all truly outstanding. We would also like to mention the new male member of the **Guest Relations** team, who was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, which was really appreciated. The entertainment team also deserve a special mention. They are so fun and really add to the atmosphere of the hotel. We especially love **Michael, Ozan, and Sefa**. I really enjoyed taking part in all the activities the hotel offers — there was always something to get involved in and it made the stay even more enjoyable. As repeat guests, we do feel there are a few areas with room for improvement. The evening entertainment could benefit from some refreshing — while we did notice a couple of new elements, it would be lovely to see more new shows introduced for returning guests. A wider range of music would also be welcome, and perhaps a new quiz, as this has been the same for quite some time. The open-plan bathrooms could also be improved slightly by adding hooks to the back of the shower door for towels. When sharing a room, this would make things much more practical. Additionally, the ice cream selection in the freezers — especially in the Time Out Bar — was quite limited during our stay. We didn’t want Twisters, and unfortunately the selection didn’t change at all over the two weeks we were there. Side Star Elegance is a hotel we genuinely love and enjoy returning to, however we have noticed that prices are starting to become very high. We find it offers good value during the out-of-season winter months, but when looking to return for New Year, the price was more than double that of other hotels in the area, making it hard to justify. We also struggled to see how it could be priced so much higher than its sister hotel, **Side Star Resort**, as aside from the location, many of the offerings are very similar. Unfortunately, summer season prices also now feel extremely high, which is a real shame. Despite this, the hotel remains a fantastic place with wonderful staff and a great atmosphere, and with a few improvements and more realistic pricing, it would continue to be our first choice.

- keithhM9739PM (10/5): simply the best - we have just had an amazing 10 days at this wonderful hotel, on entering you are made very welcome by excellent staff, rooms very clean and modern, food is excellent big range to choose from, cakes are out of this world. animation team very good ,always entertaining for all ages, michael is outstanding member of the team.the hotel offers heated swimming pools, there is always something to do, entertainment is good, friday night is white night this is by far the best night, its a must for all guests. also i would like to thank emrecan the tea man for for his pleasant service, always polite and friendly, i will be back in january

There is never been I fault restaurants the alabaster is faultless we exception off. Portions are tasty. All too big for all people. Staffs always good and our rooms always clean.
- T7288XXdavidp (10/5): Brilliant - Where do I start? First of all we were returning for our 6th visit and we had concerns due to previous reviews of this season. However, our concerns were unfounded. We had read that reception staff a bit offish, WRONG. Bar staff were rude and favoured Germans , WRONG Food was poor, WRONG Guest relations rude,again WRONG. I had mentioned before on the hotel Facebook forum about these issues I would like to know which hotel they went to, it certainly wasn’t the same one as us. Never been so late in the year and did not know what to expect. Yes the pool bar was closed and food was unavailable in ficus bar but drinks were, the shacks were open for food and of course main restaurant and timeout bar. Overall we had a wonderful time, met old friends and new, is it 5 star?, in our opinion yes, would we return? Yes, all booked. It’s good value for money at the end of the day. Top waiting staff? All of them however Bilal in quiet area of main restaurant and timeout was superb.
- 168janiceh (10/5): Pre Xmas break - We visit this hotel regularly and every time we visit some improvements are made . The staff are wonderful and welcome you back like family. The food in this hotel is the most generous we have encountered and even the fussiest eaters are catered for and the deserts are irresistible. All staff are friendly from management to cleaners and even the gardeners greet you each day. We have visited many hotels in Turkey but no longer look as this hotel gives us everything we require for a perfect holiday . Looking forward to returning in march for a special celebration.
- juliewZ5215IK (10/5): Mid winter break - Excellent facilities and the staff are second to none, it wouldn’t be the hotel it is without the staff especially the bar staff in the vough bar Abdi always remembers what we are drinking . The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and is only 40 mins stroll along the beach front into side old town . Great value for money we’ve visited the hotel 3 times this year and looking forward to our next visit
