- Tatiana Evgenievna (8/5): - Vi følte os straks velkomne og blev taget godt imod. Hele hotellets personale yder en fremragende indsats for at sikre, at alle gæster føler sig godt tilpas. Det smilende rengøringspersonale udfører deres arbejde til perfektion. Vi satte pris på at få tilbud om à la carte-muligheder på tre forskellige restauranter uden for hotellet. Rygeområderne var dårligt afgrænsede, og vi oplevede, at der var rygning overalt. Som en gruppe på 12 ikke-rygere følte vi os generet, især i områder som uden for restauranten, ved poolen og på den private strand – selv steder, hvor børn opholder sig. Opbevaringen af maden (kolde retter) under servering ved måltider var utilstrækkelig, da retterne hverken blev opbevaret på køl eller med køleelementer. 8 ud af 12 personer blev syge med mave-tarm-symptomer som diarré, og 2 af dem blev særligt hårdt ramt med både opkast og diarré i flere dage. Ved en tidlig checkout (kl. 03:00) oplevede vi, at en af receptionisterne ikke var særlig hjælpsom, da betalingsterminalen ikke virkede. Vi blev i stedet henvist til en hæveautomat udenfor.
- Yakup (7/5): Okej resa. - Frukosten var bra. Mycket att välja emellan. Färska varor. Middagen var inte så varierande. Oftast samma maträtter varje kväll. Mycket kyckling och kalkon rätter. Väldigt dålig utbud på drycker.

- Vivien (8/5): Would highly recommend. A little dated but great value, food, service and location. - The food quality and taste were great and freshly cooked. We were a group of 11, and there was something for everyone. I often thought I was not going to find something, but by the time I was sitting down, I always had a lovely plate of food to eat. The kids loved the afternoon pancakes / waffles / doughnuts that were freshly made beside the pool in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and attentive. Some were a little shy, but all were polite. There were tip boxes around the hotel. We asked at reception how the tips were distributed but found it confusing. There are tip boxes at reception and a tip box at the lobby bar. There are two tip boxes at the restaurant, one for the kitchen (not sure if it gets shared or if it all goes to the head chef) and a second, which I think was for the restaurant waiting staff, but not sure if it might be for the manager only. I went to look for a tip box at the pool bar, but they said they didn't have one and that we were supposed to tip staff directly. Felt so bad then as I just gave a tip to one guy and asked him to share it. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk with decent clothes shopping en route, and the lovely town of Side with great shopping, the temple and amphitheatre were a lovely 15 minute stroll away via the promenade. The decor in the lobby was dated and didn't give the best first impression, but we were won over by all the other positives. It was tricky to get sunbeds by the pool and on the beach for the last week of our holiday (9th to 19th of July).

Я Вас всех люблю ❤️❤️❤️ Были каждый день замечательные развлечения. Отдельно хочу отметить Шефа анимации - Rima - всегда вежливая, очень позитивная и прекрасный руководитель! Турецкая ночь и Белый вечер она проводила замечательно!!! Днем тоже были интересные развлечения - дартс - проводил аниматор Sefa - спасибо большое! И стрельба из ружья - проводил аниматор Mert - спасибо большое! Так же хочу отметить аниматор Mert - отличный DJ - отличный музыкальный вкус и была русская музыка. Прекрасная детская дискотека вечером - аниматоры Aysun и Nil - очень приятные и позитивные девушки! Кстати и Шеф анимации и все 4 аниматоров говорят немного на русском - что было очень приятно 💗💗💗 Аниматор что проводил бинго - по русски не говорит… при том что в отеле были русские. И поведение у него не для отеля 5 звезд (что замечали не только мы)

- Verified traveler (6/5): Je kun gezien dat dit hotel al wat ouder is. - Het hotel is ouder en dat is te zien. Eten was wel goed van kwaliteit maar zeker veel het zelfde. Beperkt aanbod. Ook was de leeftijd van de bezoekers hoog. Is mogelijk wel ideaal voor de senioren. Is in prijs kwaliteit redelijk te noemen. Maar zeker niet geschikt voor jongeren of stellen.

- Hoss (4/5): Overall OK hotel - The hotel is just looking to make the highest ROI. Food quality is super low, the staff in the kitchen are pushy just to make a buck from you. The game room is from 1996, there is never a staff there, 3 pool tables but 2 broken sticks, the bowling has probably not been used for the past 3 years and there is no one there, the disco area is non existent and no one feel the need to tell you. Yes there are 2 slides but they only work 2.5 hours a day only.

Geçen yıl hem Side Star Beach otelde hemde Afyon Park Termalde kalmıştım. Bu yıl da Star Parka gideyim dedim. Ancak yemekleri özellilkle et yok denecek kadar azdı. Ayrıca gala gecesi yoktu. Et olarak hep köfte çıktı o da dondurulmuştan çözdürülmüştü. Beğenmedim. Aç kalmadım ancak beklentilerimi karşılamadı.
- Utku (10/5): Olması gerektiği bir tatil - Küçük bir aksaklıktan dolayı, bizi Sidestar Beach Hotel'de ağırladılar. Ancak, aksaklığı bize yansıtmadan hızlıca çözdüler, herhangi bir mağduriyet yaşamadık. Sidestar Park ve Sidestar Beach otellerinin ikisini de görme şansı bulduk. Beach Hotel denize 0. O yüzden, biraz daha avantajlı. Onun dışında iki otel de gerçekten güzel. Çalışanların ilgili, deniz, havuz, yemekler, ortam hepsi beklediğimden daha iyi iyiydi. Bizim için olması gerektiği gibi bir tatildi. Teşekkür ederiz.

- Ismail (10/5): GÜZEL BİR BAYRAM TATİLİ - Ailemle birlikte çok güzel bir tatil oldu.her şey güzeldi. otele ilk giriş anımızdan itibaren Yusuf bey her konuda yardımcı oldu.Ufak tefek aksaklıklar vardı ama otel ful dolu idi buda ondan kaynaklandı.içme suyu tasarrufu çok hoşuma gitti ..Fakat otel plaj havlularının acilen değiştirimesi lazım otele hiç ama hiç yakışmıyor.Tatil boyunca başka bir kayde deyer yada laf olsun diye yazacak olumsuz bir şey yaşamadım....
