The breakfast was exceptional 10/10, there was plenty of choice, the host came round offering more hot drinks or toast. Its literally a 5 minute walk from the train station. • S82 (10/5): Warm comfortable room with lovely hosts and an excellent breakfast. - I was a few hours late thanks to travel issues beyond my control and the hosts were very understanding and even upgraded me to a double room with a fab double bed. Room was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful, warm and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, everything cooked to your individual preferences. There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a room facing the street which was quiet. Other guests were also respectful to other guests. I had an excellent nights sleep. My partner felt the bed was too soft.

I stayed for one night with breakfast in a single room and a shared toilet not ideal for some people but for me this wasn't an issue what so ever. The bed was confortable and the staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome. Was a cheap night stay with an excellent breakfast. Thank you. If i had to choose somthing would probably say the shared toilet but again this didn't really bother me to much.

• Rosie (10/5): - The hotel is right next to the train station and a short Walk to the pier We called ahead and the owners were gracious enough to allow us to check in early so we could leave our bags and go explore. My son loved the Halloween decorations and they really went all out! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, we opted for a room with ensuite which was perfect. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was lovely and a wide selection available As our train home was not until evening the owners gave us a spare key and allowed us to leave our case and bags which allowed us to enjoy another full day. My son has additional support needs and it's not always easy to find places that his needs and behaviours are tolerated and respected but I found the owners to be accepting and accompanying without having to explain which i was very thankful for He was given a small coffin of sweets which a month later he still uses and shows people so thank you! The hotel bar wasn't open during our stay (it was a Tuesday night though so understandable) Lots of stairs 😂

• Superboy1uk (8/5): - The hotel room was great bed was very comfortable... wasn't a wardrobe in the room but was a selve with few hangers on to hang your clothes on. Dressing gown for when you went for a shower. The breakfast was fabulous plenty to pick from a great selection cooked breakfast was superb too..... coffee was top notch..... location of the hotel was ideal for what I was doing in blackpool..... The owners of the hotel were very friendly and great host's and if you wanted anything they helped... The only things I didn't like was the i had to go out of my room to use a shared shower and toilet the shower was right outside my room but the toilet was up the next floor which was a pain if you wanted it at 3am...... also the key for the front door took me a good 5 minutes to get the door open which when you had few to many drinks it felt long time trying to get into the front door.
