• MignonH (9/5): Wonderful stay - Spacious tent. Our unit was serviced daily. Staff very friendly. Very close to the Kruger. Close to the shops if you need anything. Saw lots of animals right outside our unit. We loved our time here! There was a party at one of the units one evening which was a bit bothersome which obviously wasn't the fault of the establishment. Also possibly look at having a different door for the bathroom as a sliding door doesn't really offer any privacy.

• Marcia (10/5): In 1 woord FANTASTISCH! - We werden zo onzettend vriendelijk ontvangen. We kregen al een appje voordat we aankwamen en bij de receptie stonden 2 dames die ons helemaal thuis lieten voelen. We reden naar onze tent en daar werden we verwelkomd door impala's en wrattenzwijnjes. We sliepen in een prachtige tent. Mega groot met een heerlijk king size bed en een mooie badkamer. Het privé zembadje maakte het glamping gevoel helemaal af. De tenten staan ver uit elkaar waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Winkels zijn in de buurt en er is een goede slager. We hebben 1 avond gebraaid en toen werden we verrast door een hele groep banded mangooses. De ingang van het Krügerpark is 20 minuten rijden. Niets

• DANIEL (9/5): - Beautiful glamping tents. Very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. It is isolated enough from the other tents so that it feels very private which we loved. My toddler loved the interaction with the various animals, from wildebeest to bushbuck. Great location. Only about a 15 to 20 min drive from crocodile bridge. Staff very helpful and sorted any issues we had with immediate effect. Would be nice if the kitchen was a little bigger. It is only big enough for one person to be in there at a time, which isn't always ideal. Other than that, loved our stay and will be back.

The WhatsApp group is a great initiative in keeping us informed and knowing that help is always just a text away. The person responsible for it is also super friendly.🙏🏿💯 Towel cleaning could be done more frequently. The private pools were not as clean as the main pool.

• Avanthie (10/5): Jackelberry Ridge has all the right ingredients to make a family vacation magical. - The accommodation is absolutely stunning and surprisingly spotless for a bush getaway. The tents are luxurious yet the feeling of being immersed in the Kruger culture is not lost. Waking up to the wildlife and having them surround you in such a quite confidence is exhilarating. The staff, especially Tanya, is an absolute delight. We will definitely be returning for years to come. Absolutely nothing.

We were treated like royalty up to the special request for a surprise at the tent. I've stayed in quite a few places in Marloth, and Jackelberry is definitely up there. Lots of animal sightings, they practically sleep next to the tent hahahahahaha. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌 For me, the towels were just a bit too soft... didn't dry nicely. That's literally all🙂

It was so hot, being mid summer, and we were able to relax in the pool , with tame buck and warthog wandering the area, it was fabulous. The glamping accommodation was lovely. A very comfortable King size bed, lovely well appointed bathroom. and 2 ceiling fans which helped us to sleep at night. The kitchen was well appointed and suited our needs perfectly, The staff were wonderful. Tanya was so friendly and professional as was Nellie, and in fact everyone we met, even the pool cleaner was friendly, We will most certainly be coming back to this lovely resort. Thank you to everyone. The whatsapp group was also a nice touch to keep the residents informed of what was going on. We cant think of anything

The deck above the tent, your own private pool, a boma with seating, for lunch and dinners spent at the tent, the friendly cleaning staff, the comfortable bed, the clean linen, daily housekeeping, the high-speed fans for the intense summer heat, the EXTREMELY WELL-EQUIPPED kitchen inside our tent (even has an air-fryer!!! :) which we were delighted about), the luxury feel to the tent, the gorgeous and spacious bathroom, the privacy, the distance to one of the Kruger gates, and most of all, Tanya!! Tanya was an absolute superstar!! We had 2 dilemmas' while staying at the resort and Tanya was SO INCREDIBLY accommodating, and that made us feel completely safe and assured! Wi-Fi works in the tent during loadshedding so no problem there. Safe and Secure onsite parking. And once again Tanya :) Loved our stay here and will definitely be back for sure!! Everything was perfect, perhaps the shower temperature could be regulated but other than that, a very pleasant stay. Not a single thing not to like about this place!

• Pieter (8/5): Some good revamping and then it will be a perfect place to overnight - A very nice big safari tent. Nice big bed, clean linen, and a big bathroom. Outside lapa and fan a bonus. The small pool is very nice for those hot days. This was our 5th stay and we could see some deterioration in a few things, The bathroom floor was very dirty and slippery, after reporting it, it was cleaned (sort of). We used the outside shower which wasn't clean either, after reporting it, it was cleaned. The kitchen fridge had a bad smell. It was a huge put-off. the braai area is badly cracked, but still OK, for now. Before reporting all the issues to the reception, we first asked the staff (who arrived as we were having breakfast), to do the above mentioned and it wasn't taken in good spirit. Photos don't match what you get. a few years ago it did. The price also went up since our last visit in August 2023 and if it wasn't for our Booking.com genius level 3 discount, we would not have booked this place. Not sure if we will book it again at this price and surely not at the "normal" price of R 1 862,00. per night.
