• Rick (8/5): - I was satisfied with my stay at budget inn. I stayed a weekend Friday to sunday. Room was clean and the bathroom was clean. It's a little dated but it was very quiet and I don't have any complaints about it. I would stay there again without question. The manager was very professional and polite also.

The entire room was outdated, not maintained well, and looked like it was being masked with a fresh coat of paint. The carpet was old and dirty and the room smelled musty - we had to spray air freshener for the short time we were there. There was no drain in the bathroom sink and the grout in the shower was dirty or disintegrating. The water in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold consistently. We only needed a place to sleep for about 7 hours and would never book here again if needed.

• Kathryn (2/5): Awful service and experience - Ownerswere very rude. Worker was nasty. Accuse you of smoking in the room just because of smoke smell on your clothes. Worker will scream profanities at you. People on drugs everywhere. Pipeline workers blaring music constantly and grilling with open flames in front of the rooms. Feet were instantly black from walking across the floor right out of the shower. They accuse you of possibly having bed bugs if they saw you stayed at the motel next door.

• Brian (6/5): A bargain for overnight rest. - This was a very old style roadside rest motel. It is well kept and clean, if a little worn. Everything that I needed was provided, i.e.: a comfortable full size bed, and working bathroom. The rate is fantastic if all you need is a good rest. There is a very good diner right next door for a good breakfast, with a 10% discount available. Parking is right outside your door. The place is a bit drabby, so don't expect the Ritz. If the guest next door has their TV on, you will hear it through the wall. This was an April night with temps in the 40s and it seemed like the heat was off, so I was cold. The only cover over the bedsheets is the bed spread. Maybe bring a blanket with you?

There wasn't enough hot water to get a shower. It got Luke warm about half way through. The rooms are VERY dated but not a big deal if you're not looking for something fancy. Not DIRTY but not extremely clean either like my mirror had not been cleaned
• Christine (8/5): Overall for a budget stay I'd recommend this place. - Convenient location, appropriate price. We wanted an early check in and they accommodated us. We were able to park right outside our door. The room smelled a bit musty, could have been aired out better but we could open the window. The day we arrived we killed ten flies in our room. We had the door open while bringing in suitcases so maybe some got in then but through the evening more kept getting in somehow. The next morning there were two more.
