- Aschwin (7/5): Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel, redelijke ervaring - Het personeel was erg behulpzaam! De hygiëne was niet op orde.
- Robert (8/5): - Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel, rustige ligging ( behalve de moskee in de directe omgeving dan, maar die hoor je overal op Java) mooi zwembad. Ontbijt was voldoende. Veelal koude gerechten, waarvan wij Hollanders dit warm verwachten. Jong personeel, veelal trainees, die meer aandacht voor elkaar hadden als voor de taak die zij moesten uitvoeren. Bij gerechten die op waren werd slecht aangevuld. Veelal moest er om gevraagd worden en dan gebeurde het wel. Hier kan men echt een verbeterslag in maken.,

Băile ar necesita o ușoară renovare, mai ales în zona dusului. Nimic deranjant Însă! Mâncarea de la restaurant, de proastă calitate. Pizza congelată, fără prea multe varinate vegeriene. Începând cu ora 3Am și pana la 5Am nu mai poți dormi din cauza slujbelor care se aud foarte tare din difuzoarele moscheelor din apropiere. De asemenea, pentru prețul plătit ar fi putut sa ofere și micul dejun.

- joes (4/5): - Vriendelijk personeel Meestal kun je heerlijk eten in je hotel, maar deze keer aten wij toch elders, voornamelijk vanwege de sfeer en lawaai. Het ontbijt was okee. De sfeer in het hotel was luidruchtig. Het onderhoud niveau van de kamer was slecht: Safe los en niet werkend Licht in badkamer en bij bed stuk Schimmels in de douche Regendouche werkte niet Wc papier niet aangevuld Balkondeur sluiten niet voldoende waardoor veel nachtelijk lawaai in de kamer van verkeer en gebeds oproepen

- Katharina (9/5): - große moderne Hotelanlage mit geräumigen und sauberen Zimmern. Den Poolbereich konnten wir nicht mehr nutzen, da dieser nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet hat. Der Bereich sah aber sehr einladend aus. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns das Frühstück als "Take away" verpackt und war mehr als ausreichend. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten. Unsere Balkontür schloss nicht ganz, sodass der morgendliche Weckruf des Muezzin sehr laut zu hören war. Uns hat es aber nicht weiter gestört.

- Alan (4/5): desapointing - The room and the view from there. Ijen Hotel was good I stayed there a few times in the past. Sadly this time with no information the pool for kids was under maintenence. SAUNA was broken as always. But they have two. The second was also broken. The jacuzzi also broken. Breakfast was not good as usual also. I asked the attendent about helping me with a trip to Bromo. They gave me a price and I asked about if she could help me with discount. She told me to look by myself and didnt sound polite to me... I am glad we spent the day doing other activities otherwise my trip to malang with my family would be very desapointing. It looks like this time this hotel was not well cared. Sorry for the bad review but I honestly think Ijen should improve a lot.

- Abbas (3/5): Poor - Room, staff The food was awful. Ordered the most expensive meat on the menu, and my flip flaps would taste better. Frozen meat cooked directly, so welldone with a row centre. Had a pillow with a huge blood stain on. Laundry man came knocking at 6 am 😤. No double glazed window, so expect waking up every morning before sunrise for Muslim prayer. When I told the reception about all this she was laughing 🤐😤😤

Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town.

- Gabriela (8/5): Nice place to relax - The hotel’s decoration is quite nice. The Tv in the room was a smart TV. The breakfast is okay (could have more non-Asian breakfast options). The hotel has a spa and you can book massages there. The shower water is hot which doesn’t always happen in Indonesia! We booked the mount bromo tour through the hotel and the guide didn’t speak any English so I recommend booking it somewhere else. The pool is almost always not under the sun so it’s not very usable as Malang is quite windy.

- Ricker (8/5): We loved it for the most part and plan to return at least six times a year. - The layout and decoration of the hotel is very interesting including the koi pond and many trees which I like very much. I also like the clean cool water in the pool. The breakfast is not good to be honest and my wife and I know how to compare it with other hotels of the same price range. The egg station is a disaster, the salad bar is not refilled and not interesting. The baked goods do not seem fresh. Honestly if I were the manager I would be looking to improve how things work in the kitchen and maybe get some outside expert help. Hotel Bumi in Surabaya does a great job with the breakfasts.

It's a perfect location to have a rest, yet easy access to get around. Every table should have pepper and salt. The food should be ready. I asked for boiled eggs, the staff needed to boil but it took very long.

- Penille (4/5): Personalet og morgemmaden trækker ned - Det absolut fineste hotel på min rejse på Java. Værelset tip top rent og alt var fint. Haven, indgangsparti og pool området er meget smuk. Ved ankomst morer de 3 personaler sig i receptionen sig, hvilket er ok men de bør holde op når der kommer gæster. Den gratis morgenmad var den dårligste på min tur. Et studie i forskellige fluer. Bordene blev ikke aftørret og så sågar 3 personaler passere en død fugl på gulvet uden at reagere på dette. Der var 3-4 personaler under morgenmaden som bare stod og talte med hinanden( var ikke obs på gæsters behov)

Es ist ein Tagungshotel für Muslime und asiatische Besuchergruppen, was man am Speisenangebot beim Frühstück sehr merkt. Gegen 3.00 Uhr wird man durch den Muezzim und den hoteleigenen Hahn geweckt. Service etc emtsprechen nicht dem europäischen Standart, dass war in allen anderen Hotels auf Java anders.

Alleen bij het tegen elkaar schuiven van de 2 bedden was onder het bed niet goed schoongemaakt. Dit is wel gelijk opgelost. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

- タケマラン (6/5): マランの中心に位置するアクセス便利無いホテル。 - 当日、イベントがありキッチンの真上の部屋。エキゾーストの騒音最悪。 でも満室なので諦めて翌日最上階にアップグレード部屋は快適になりました。 レストランの皆さん朝食時笑顔でおはようございますですよ、朝から無表情はいけません。 なんだかんだで1週間突然お湯が出無かったり、ほんの2秒程度の停電5、6回ありましたがインドネシアでは良くあること。 プールのスタッフ日本在住経験あり良く気がつく良い人です。

- Lal (8/5): Nice hotel close to facilities that we need. - We arrived in the afternoon. It took only 10 minutes for processing & we were shown to our room. Our room close by swimming pool so it was expected to be a little bit noisy, however noise is stop by 10 or 11 o'clock at night so it is still ok by us. Unfortunately one of the lift was broken when we were there, luckily we always out all day so it does not affect us that much. And also we were allowed to use staffs lift which was helpful immensely. In our next destinations I found out that I lost my wallet with some amount of money & a few cards in it. My nephew rang the management to query if they come across it & straight away they told us that they've found the wallet & the contents and waiting for instructions what to do with them. I have now got my wallet back with contents intact thanks to the management & the honesty of the hotel staffs.

- Saskia (8/5): Prachtig luxe hotel - Al met al een prachtig hotel, goed eten, geweldig zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt is de herrie. Het hotel licht vlak bij een doorgaande weg en de balkondeuren sluiten slecht waardoor er veel geluid doorheen komt. Ook de meerdere moskees die regelmatig "af gaan" zorg voor veel geluid. Zorg dus dat je oordoppen bij hebt, en je hebt een fantastisch verblijf
