• ian (10/5): - It is not look much from the outside but inside it is very nice. The people are very friendly as you would expect from a 20 room hotel. The standard room was much bigger than expected and they could not do enough for you, nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was very good and the staff vert pleasant. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet peaceful holiday.

Suya kadar her şeye ekstra ücret ödeniyor. Otelin en beğendiğimiz yanı sabah kahvaltisıydı,kahvaltı gerçekten mükemmeldi ve çok ilgililerdi

Hamburgerinden kahvaltısında havuzunun temizliğinden odaların düzenine çok beğendik. Tamamen ezbere geldiğimiz bu yer gerçekten çok iyi çıktı. Çok iyi ve kibar bir şekilde karşılandık ve uğurlandık. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum..

• Mary (8/5): Fantastic staff! Just a few negatives… - We had a great few days at Villa Renk. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early but thankfully our room was ready so could check in early. Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the large pool. In room facilities were basic - fridge with bottled water, bar of soap in the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and hand cream but no body wash. There was no kettle / tea or coffee making facilities which was a bit disappointing. The condition of the room itself was a bit rough around the edges. Cracks in the bathroom mirror, shower sealant a bit discoloured and the handheld shower nozzle had a split so affected the water pressure. The room was very clean, but obviously just needs a bit of TLC. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the great selection every morning, in particular the freshly cooked donut breads were amazing! It’s a shame there is no longer a restaurant here because the hotel is quite far from any alternative. You can either walk 1km down into Cesme, or get a taxi into Alacati (or opt for a sandwich from the Shell petrol station nearby which we did on the last two days for lunch). There is also quite a lot of road noise at the hotel. Not a problem in the rooms but only if you’re out by the pool. All together we did enjoy our time here, I just wanted to be honest about the condition of the rooms and the location for anyone considering staying here. The staff made up for these factors in abundance though!
• Emir (10/5): - Dit is echt een super hotel, letterlijk alles was top! Je word vriendelijk ontvangen en ze geven je veel handige tips van de omgeving om te doen. Het ontbijt is letterlijk wow, je kan gelijk gaan zitten en binnen enkele minuten staat je tafel vol met verse hapjes en broodjes. Elke dag voeren ze een gesprek met je of alles naar wens is en of we bepaalde dingen al gezien hebben. De laatste dag kregen we een gratis upgrade in de grootste kamer met een enorm terras met uitzicht op de zee. Wij zijn nog nooit zo goed ontvangen, volgend jaar blijven we langer in dit hotel.
• Ferman (8/5): Fiyatına göre gayet iyi - Otelde sadece 2 gün kaldık . Tek büyük eleştiri havuz suyuyla ilgili olacaktır . Kesinlikle daha temiz suya ihtiyaç vardır . Otelin Genel olarak biraz tadilata ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı olsa da hem rahat yatak hem de yardımsever personel bu sıkıntıları görmezden gelmenizi sağlıyor .

Cünkü anlayamadim ve hala da anlayamiyorum. Ben hergün kahvaltida cay yada kahve icmistim ve hic bir sey denmedi nedense son günkü kahvaltida ictigimiz kahveyi ödettirdiler. Söyledik biz hergün ictik hic bir sey demediniz de simdi bu ne diye? Hergün ikram etmisler son günü etmemisler ne hikmetse… bu Bu oly disinda her sey cok güzeldi herkesin gitmesini tavsiye ederim
• Güven (10/5): Aile için konforlu ve keyifli - 7 aylık bebeğimizle 5 gün konakladık. Çok memnun kaldık. Odalar geniş ve çok fazla depolama alanı var. Bu sayede bebek için fazla eşya götürdüğümüz halde, oda derli toplu kaldı. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Habib Bey’e ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. 201 nolu odada kaldık ve balkonu çok keyifliydi. Havuzu da güzeldi ve kalabalık değildi. Genelde havuza tek başıma girdim ama sezona göre değişebilir. Bizce odada kettle da olsa güzel olurdu. Olumsuz tek şey yol gürültüsü ve etraftaki inşaatların gürültüsü. Ancak buna otelin yapabileceği bir şey yok. Genel olarak bir aile oteli gibiydi. Bizim dışımızda da çocuklu aileler vardı. Ilıca plajına ve migrosa araba ile 5 dk. Biz öğlenleri migrosun karşı çaprazındaki Altın Kapı restoranında yemek yedik. Güzeldi tavsiye ederiz. Alaçatı’ya tekrar gidersek yine Villa Renk’te kalacağız.

Of special mention are the owners who are extremely friendly and always wanting to help. Habib was phenomenal!! Goekhan at the front desk is the most incredible, helpful, friendly person you will ever meet. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel

• Tolgalici (10/5): - In dieser Unterkunft fühlen Sie sich von Anfang bis Ende wohl, da Sie das Gefühl vermittelt bekommen Teil einer großen Familie zu sein! Zum Frühstück bekommt man gerne mal etwas mehr serviert wenn man noch Hunger hat und das Wohlergehen der Gäste ist den Mitarbeitern sehr wichtig. Von der Lage liegt man zwischen Alacati und dem schönen Strand von Ilica, also eine ideale Ausgangslage; allerdings ist es von Vorteil mobil zu sein, ansonsten Taxi! Taxi fahren kostet in der Türkei nicht viel, deshalb bin ich jeden Tag Taxi gefahren während meines Aufenthaltes. Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag frisch geputzt und wenn einem etwas gefällt wird direkt nach einer Lösung gesucht.. Es ist natürlich keiin Luxus Hotel aber für ein Boutique Hotel in der Kategorie ist es sehr gut! Kann ich jedem so weiterempfehlen :-)

• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing in Alaçatı - My wife and I stayed 4 nights. The hotel staff, especially Gokhan and Murat far exceeded my expectations. The lovely owners also catered for my dietary requirements and even had their chef make me gluten free pancakes and breads. The hotel room was spacious, clean and with a great shower, and sweeping views of the Alaçatı area. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel and will recommend all friends and family.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Es ist ein kleines übersichtliches Hotel was den Namen „Villa Renk „ verdient hat. Nicht überfüllt. Am Pool hat es sogar so schön geweht. Strand ist nicht weit zu Fuß entfernt. Frühstück von 8-11:30 direkt an den Tisch. Auf Wunsch mit Rührei, Nescafé, türkischem Mokka und leckeren Teigwaren. Die Teigwaren werden von der Besitzerin direkt an den Tisch gebracht und sie fragt einen immer ob man sich wohl fühlt und gibt einem Tipps wo man hingehen könnte.

Enige wat jammer was dat als iedereen in het hotel tegelijkertijd doucht dat je zeker een uur geen warm water hebt. Ook stelden ze het niet op prijs dat er eten word besteld buitenaf.

• Mariah (4/5): - First, we were traveling at night, so it's dark, and we typed the hotel's address from the Expedia website into google and garmin, which led to the correct place but there was no hotel. The front desk workers (2) could not give directions to their hotel as they said they couldn't describe it, and gave us incorrect information saying it was close to the Sheraton. We spent around 45 minutes driving around, looking for the hotel. So the address is incorrect, the one listed on Expedia. We eventually found it by luck (it's not close to Sheraton, granted you can see Sheraton from the hill). In the day time, I think you would see it, but we were at night. Next, hotel room is a bit strange -the lights and key room combination (have to take the light key out to lock the door, but then you have no lights so its dark and can't see the door lock...was comical). Then, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. My husband got the honors of informing the front desk about that. Breakfast was fine, a typical Turkish breakfast. Then came check-out: they wanted to get paid for the room and didn't understand we had already paid Expedia and that they'd get money from Expedia. So this took some time, making them understand how Expedia works, and we had to email them our hotel room receipt from Expedia so they were satisfied and then we could go.
