The amount of space in the suite is beyond compare to anywhere else in Paris for the nightly rate (you’d be paying at least $1k/night for a suite like this). Honestly it’s a steal. The place is immaculate - and I say this as someone who is practically obsessive when it comes to cleaning. The bathroom is enormous with a luxurious giant rain shower head (think 12” pizza size) and huge soaking tub. The robes and slippers were such a lovely touch to have available. The kitchen and dining area are stocked with everything you need -pots, plates, silverware, glasses, etc). And the hotel staff are so kind! They even had a little stuffie and sweet note waiting for my son when we checked in. We stayed in the executive suite (topaz room) as a family of 3 and were more than comfortable. The property is so convenient to the Bastille metro and my son (5 years old) loved running through the mist fountain at bastille. There is a lovely authentic Italian restaurant at the corner (Il quadrifoglio) where the wait staff are SO kind and the food is amazing. If you are lucky enough to find a vacancy here, jump on it. You won’t find anywhere better.

Less than a 10 minute walk from the Opera Bastille, Goralska is the perfect place for opera lovers. Nearby restaurants serve outstanding meals for reasonable prices by Parisian standards. The greatest asset of the hotel is its staff who are gracious, welcoming, and helpful. I will be back!

- Eric (10/5): Worth Every Penny - Considering the exuberant rates for 5-star and 4-star accommodations in the city of Paris, this one offers luxury, value, and amazing customer service. The girls at the front, Emilie and Claudia, are total gems and make the experience that much more enjoyable. They’re knowledgeable and always willing to help and do anything in their power for the guest to have the best experience possible. They’re the best decision hotel management has made in years. The hotel itself is conveniently located a 7-minute walk from the Bastille metro station which is a perfect hub to take the 1-line to other places in the city to experience the main tourist attractions. It’s also a 20-minute walk from Notre Dame and perhaps a 35-minute walk from the Louvre. I highly recommend this hotel. If you value your morning breakfast, this hotel provides a customized order sheet that you present the evening before and you designate at what time you want your breakfast delivered the following morning. Convenience for the guest is definitely a quality this hotel prioritizes.

Breakfast was included in my fee and offered an amazing set of choices, all of which were delivered to my room. Paris during the holidays is way overcrowded and it was always a nice respite to get back to our hotel after days of fighting crowds around the city. The warm welcome we received from Agatha after first arriving from the airport was lovely and set us up for a nice stay during our time in Paris. The staff were always warm, friendly and accommodating. Our room was the perfect size for my husband and I and having the view of Bassin de L’Arsenal was added bonus. The daily continental breakfast was delicious. We will most likely stay here again when we come to Paris again.

We keep coming back because Goralska Residences serves our needs so well. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable and we could close the bedroom door from the living/dining area as desired. Awesome bathtub too! The kind, polite staff, and particularly Claudia, made a point to ensure that our stay was comfortable. There's ample reason for the high rating that others have left as well. This is a special, small, boutique hotel with spacious rooms.

I was close to my conference very which helped. I was particularly impressed with the design which is really unique. I highly recommend it. The only downside if any was the lack of a restaurant within the hotel premises… especially for breakfast. However, there are many great restaurants at a short distance.

The hotel staff were very helpful, pleasant and super responsive. The hotel is located in the Bastille and conveniently located near 2 metro stations, which made getting around the city a breeze. A few blocks away from the hotel are quite a few restaurants, boulangeries, fruit markets and boutiques. The neighborhood is great. I highly recommend Goralska

- Verified traveler (4/5): Extremely rude and deceiving stuff/ overpriced for - When I was checking out, the front desk person asked a housekeeper in German (assuming that I don't understand) to run to my room and check if the hair dryer is there. And the housekeeper steamed to the 3rd floor to make sure that she can check and report it back before I leave. I have never been accused of stealing from a hotel room before. It was so offensive and inappropriate. The 24/7 concierge service is very deceiving and unprofessional. When I inquired if they have a spare mask, they said that they will bring it to my room, and of course they have it. Only 5 days later upon check out, I found out that they are charging me for it. There is no pricelist in a room. The concierge person never disclosed it to me. I never agreed to pay for it. I paid for it upon check out, of course. The room was ok. The housekeeping was not consistent, they stopped cleaning my dishes at the last 4-3 nights of my 8 night stay. You can hear people from other rooms. It was a bit too much, especially at night. The room also had a weird smell. The pillows are not ergonomic, not even close. I am not coming back.

- Nicholas (10/5): Best hotel package in Paris - Goralska is hands down my favorite hotel in Paris. If you can make the jump, go ahead and book the Royal suite. Just fantastic — and doubly enjoyable during the non-tourist season (ie Winter and early Spring). As a side note, Bastille/Arsenal have a lot of amazing restaurants to explore — right off the Marina (where the hotel is located). My favorite whilst at Goralska include Homies (amazing Mediterranean inspired plates), Sherry Butt (creative and perfectly concocted crafty cocktails), and PNY Bastille (burgers galore).
- Paul (10/5): Wonderful hospitality and service: a rare find! - Located between Marais & Bastille. It is well-situated, quiet, sound proofed, safe! Front desk 24/7, unlimited complimentary WIFI. Every special request were met and communication with the residence was a breeze. Building has 6 floors -12 suites facing the Port de l’Arsenal. Elevator, small gym, terrace. We were welcomed by our name: nice touch! You feel right at home. Beautiful lounge/concept store; Jura coffee machine, Pascal Hamour teas + 10 wine by the glass W/ D-Vine machine. Check-in takes place there. The Royal Suite: meticulously appointed. Italian Etro amenities complement the hotel style. Cyril introduced every aspect of the flat : from appliances to the mini bar or I-Pad home automation. This is a modern flat! Floor to ceiling windows opens to a perfect view of the Port! Bedroom: Pillow menu: confortable and convenient with sound-system everywhere and TV's. Kitchen & living are one side with A/C independent from the bedroom. Kitchen has all the essentials! Living is specious. Bathroom: large in iridescent bluish tiles with bathtub/Italian shower combination. Suggestions: Magnifying mirror, USB port chargers, washing/ drying machine on site + a bidet. Still a perfect stay! Throughout our stay, we felt welcome & were impressed with the level of customer service & attention to detail provided by everyone; especially Cyril. He is the definition of a perfect employee! Thank you Goralska Résidences for making our stay so special. Karine & Paul

The suite is relaxing and roomy with its own music that can be selected and piped in to the living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Rooms overlook the Canal so the facing buildings are far off, leaving a spacious view and feeling.

We stayed 5 nights with a baby and they were amazing providing everything for the baby bed, high chair, change table, bath etc - we have never had so much from a hotel! Everything was clean and modern. The area is a little quiet but for us was perfect, lovely parks, restaurants and bakeries nearby!

My husband and I felt like Paris locals as it was more like a swank apartment than a hotel. The hotel is a short walk from Bastille station and the Le Marais district. It is clean, comfortable, and centrally located but in a quiet area; plus, the staff was extremely efficient and pleasant. When we return to Paris we will be sure to stay again. Just note, there is no cafe on premises, but this enabled us to try the many adjacent cafes and restaurants.Second note, the apartment has a complete, modern kitchen and a coffee maker set to go--with great coffee.

This hotel is in close proximity to, but not directly adjacent to, many of the Paris tourist attractions. Thus, you get to enjoy the attractions with a short walk, without being surrounded by too much activity. This hotel is also a short walk to restaurants and cafes. My only negative comment is that the mattress was a little bit on the hard side. However, it did not start bothering me until the end of the 10-day stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great find. Hotel is in near new condition, probably because no one really knows about this inconspicuous hidden gem. We were looking for spacious accommodations at a reasonable price and this fit the bill perfectly. On the eastern side, but still walkable to St Germaine and Notre Dame.

- Jennifer (10/5): Fantastic hotel! - Amazing experience since we stepped through the front door. Greeted with a warm cup of tea and enjoyed the parlor area after our 12 hour journey to get there. The room was spectacular and the view of the city was unbeatable. Fantastic experience, I would definitely stay there again!
- Ryan (10/5): Living Like a Local - This feels like your own private residence while you're in Paris. It's away form the tourist areas (but a 15-20 minute walk / metro ride), but the area is primarily residential. Bike rentals not far. 2 metro stations super close (Closest- Quay de la Rapee, 2nd Closest - Bastille). Good neighborhood. Room service breakfast was fantastic. I'll be back for sure.

- Manjiri (10/5): Best Hotel in Paris! So convenient. - This is a great place. Quiet, but you can get anywhere. The fridge was so useful to bring back goodies to and the microwave for the next day. The view is amazing. We got their early in the morning and Manuel let us into a room to rest. So very appreciative. We forgot our adapter and when we asked where we could but instead they just gave us one to use. They are great!
