There was a pool/sauna/steam area with a nice sun deck that allows you to get out of the wind if necessary and enjoy a few beverages from their bar/cafe service. Provincetown was close. The only negative was there wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner or in room coffee (these amenities have became quite standard.) bought 2 coffee across the street for nearly $10. There was a kitchenette that we would have used had we been staying longer. Great location. Friendly people.

Shane (8/5): Quick Trip to the Cape - Very convenient location directly across from the beach. The cottage was great for the price with sitting area with loveseat, kitchen table and kitchen. The rooms were small and beds were decent but rooms got very warm at night. When we arrived it was 80 in the main room and took a while to get down to 70. The bedrooms were warmer so bring a fan especially during a warm week. It is close to all the beaches and 10 mins to Provincetown. Front desk staff were great. Overall a nice stay.

Kannon (8/5): Great location, but no AC - Location is great, right on the beach and within biking distance from ptown at a fair price. I got a nice corner unit on the second floor with a balcony. Only complaints were the sheets and bed weren’t great and there isn’t AC, but they do provide you with a fan and you can open the balcony door and front window for a cross breeze. Other than that it was a good affordable place to stay

The room was right in the beach and it was so peaceful listening to the waves at night when I went to sleep. The room was very clean and the bus service made it easy to get to P-Town. Joseph (10/5): Clean and comfortable room, great location! - The room itself is a basic standard no frills hotel room. Not much offered for amenities, just a couple bars of soap. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is what we loved most. The property is nicely located right on the beach in Truro just a short drive from Provincetown. Every room has an individual deck that gives every guest the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful cape cod beach and ocean views. We loved listening to the ocean all night from the comfort of our room. The property also has a nice indoor pool, steam room, sauna, fire pit, basketball and tennis courts, and also has a cafe that serves up a tasty breakfast (for additional cost). We enjoyed our stay so much that we already came back for another stay and will certainly look to stay again in the future.

Overall, I would definitely stay there again. I didn't give 5 stars for 3 reasons - 1) there were small staples sticking up on the edge of the carpet, where it connected to the tile in the kitchen and bathroom area, 2) there was no coffee provided in the room. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. Finally, although my GF breakfast was good, by husband and son reported that their breakfast was disappointing (eggs benedict). We ended up walking down the street to the market.

No AC but the air flows well and it wasn't an issue, but sort of strange to sleep with windows open and shades up for air flow on a hallway with people walking by. Shuttle bus gives easy access to and from PTown and free for seniors. Pool was very pleasant and nicely maintained facilities.
