- Martina (10/5): Great weekend stay - Myself and my other half stayed in the resort for just one night(escape from Karratha) and we both loved it!! You can so easily forget you're only cca 40mins from Ktown,as it surely feels like a Bali escape :) The room is very spacious,clean and the bed is exceptional! Awesome swimming pool, made so relaxing with little water cascade and not many people around! Will definitely visit again It's less than 10mins walk to the Point Samson Tav and the beach The resort itself is fabulous, only thing is missing is the restaurant! Saying that it's not far at all to Point Samson Tavern, which is only PS food option though

I hope the restaurant opens again in future because having a nice cup of coffee in morning and a dinner by pool would top it off. However there are lovely tea supplies in room.

Will definitely be back 💙 It would've been nice if the cafe/restaurant was open more, but in saying that. They still offered to make us coffees, which we did take up the following morning. (Coffee was delicious, and customer service was even better)

- Paul (8/5): - Nice room with a lot to recommend it - good bed, new bathroom, pleasant desk staff and okay parking. But I had 3 major issues that frustrated me during the stay: Firstly, it took a while to get the TV operating, including having to connect to my google account which I was uncomfortable with. I also had to spend 20 minutes the next morning to try and delete the log-in (unsuccessfully). Next, I was amazed that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner in the evenings, forcing me to journey down to the beach for a pub meal. Finally, there's a sheet of glass in the bathroom that looks pretty but is in a very dangerous spot and I nearly walked straight through it during the night - it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

- Hayley (8/5): Happy & comfortable for short stays to and from Exmouth. - It was a great location with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was not closed off. This was fine for our stay as it was only myself and two of my daughters. But if my partner and third daughter came too, there would have been an issue with privacy. Also, only two chairs at the indoor table. Additionally, the cooker section of the bbq didn’t have gas connected — a small induction cooktop would have been great.

- Saphirering (7/5): Good, I would use it again & recommended - PORT SAMSON RESORT 2 adults 2 nights Room 4 19th January 2025 Arrived before check in time but the room was ready & Tasha showed us to it even though it was raining. Good sized room, very modern bathroom. The weather was awful and we did venture out to the local tavern in the car for food later but it was closed 😕 We had to make do with the food in the room that you purchase & microwave, it wasn't much but we'd only brought fruit with us so it filled a gap, thank goodness it was there really, really couldn't drive out in the awful weather again. Very comfortable bed and decent tv so that helped with us being stuck inside. Woke to sunshine 🌞 Wollies is close & we got some supplies & had breakfast in a café there too. Beach is a few min walk from the hotel. Hotel Pool was full of debris from the storm, so we couldn't use it 😔 Couldn't use the pool.

Would definitely stay again. Only thing I was dubious about in my Queen room was the step up/down going from main room area to the bathroom/entry, especially in the dark.

- Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - Point Samson Resort is a little piece of paradise in the Pilbara. Set amongst lush, tropical gardens it is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms/units are modern, fresh and very well equipped. The restaurant coffee and breakfast was excellent and staff are friendly, kind and helpful. We've re-booked for our next Pilbara trip!
