Limited options for breakfast, becomes especially problematic when you're staying for multiple days. Dinner at the on-site restaurant also had limited options & didn't offer value for money.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Simply loved the heated towel rack. Enjoyed the shower. Towels & linen where very clean. Overall, it was a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Will definitely go there again. Very bad network. Couldn't get Wi-Fi connection. Security needs to check driver`s license when vehicle is coming in. Need better TV stations. I personally like my rooibos tea at night. I missed that.

• Natalie (7/5): Good - The Hotel location is perfect, walking distance to the beach. The spa treatment was very nice and relaxing. Comfortable beds and spacious room. The room and bathroom are in need of renovation. The television is difficult to watch due to a corroded connection at the back. The bath plug is leaking, making it hard to fill the bath properly. Additionally, the corner shelf in the shower is missing, leaving no place to put toiletries. The air conditioner was inconsistent and appears to require servicing. However, a ceiling fan would likely be sufficient as an alternative.

Assisted us efficiently when we asked to move to a bigger room and pay the difference, as the one we booked was to was to small for my family. The one bathroom was not clean. But we told the cleaner to sort it out as it had hair all over the vanity and wash basin .

• Erica (7/5): - The place is beautiful, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was exceptionally good. I mainly booked this stay for the pool area as we planned a relaxing ladies’ day trip. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The grass had just been cut, and the pool area was very dirty with grass and mould. There was also dog mess around the pool and cow dung on the grass, which made the area unpleasant to use. I reported this to reception, and maintenance was called to clean the area. However, by the time it was addressed, it was already too late for us to enjoy the pool as there is a cut of time by 6 pm. Instead, we ended up walking to the beach and relaxing in the room. Going forward, I would only consider staying again if the pool area is properly maintained, as I specifically look for a place where I can relax and enjoy the pool. I felt I spent R1700 for a night, which wasted n disappointing.
