• Helena (9/5): Very convenient location for the Camino and for buses from Bilbao. Comfortable room & helpful staf - We were going to set off too early for breakfast but the receptionist kindly allowed us to take away breakfast ths night before. The receptionist also gave us helpful directions to a restaurant. The location was very close to the bus stop from Bilbao. The room was very comfortable with a handy fridge. A kettle in the room would have been lovely.

• Diane (7/5): Dog friendly - Well located off a main road, dropoff in front. Bed was comfortable, and I felt safe. Dog friendly. The first room reeked of cigarettes, the second had one of those smell “enhancers” that was nauseating. Loud noises from upstairs for a couple of hours. No proper elevator.
• Brian (10/5): Lovely hotel in excellent location. Would recommend - Breakfast was lovely, everything we could want and beautifully presented. The location is perfect. Easy to find, well signposted and a lovely walk to the promenade from the hotel. Be aware that in this area you cannot get a meal before 20.00 in the evening however for travellers there is a Mcdonald and Burger King locally. Can't think of anything negative
• Cécilia (6/5): Bon séjour - Nous avons passé deux nuits au sein de cet établissement. Les chambres sont agréables et spacieuses, le personnel très attentionné, notamment avec notre bébé. Cet hôtel « fait le job » si vous voulez séjourner quelques jours. Le parking est un vrai plus Le fait de se voir « facturer » 10€/nuit pour le lit bébé (il nous a notamment été demandé du liquide pour ce supplément…) Le petit déjeuner est correct (la quantité prime sur la qualité)

• Mark (8/5): Convenient for the ferry at Bilbao, location walkable to seafront easy parking in hotel garage. - Comfortable beds. good water pressure and walk in shower. Coffee at breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Parking. Location easy to visit the town and seafront etc. Room opened onto the terrace where all guests walked right past to access the rooms, so very little privacy. No black out blinds and light came through the shutters. Basic budget breakfast other than the coffee. Lots of plastic used and fresh fruit wasn't available, fruit was canned in small dishes. Bread was economy sliced with just a choice of white / brown or a small roll. No eggs or tortilla.

• Marian (8/5): - Čistota,pohodlné postele.Pri raňajkách veľmi milá a ochotná obsluha Mal som izbu na prvom poschodí a tieto izby majú okno na spoločnú verandu ,kde sa pohybujú hoteloví hostia.Tak si nemôžete otvoriť okno,lebo Vám pozerajú dovnútra…Okno je v cca metrovej výške a dosť to ruší súkromie.Vo štvrtok a v nedeľu majú recepciu iba do 15:00,tak keď prídete po termíne,musíte sa registrovať v takom medzipriestore cez ich terminál.Pre niektorých ľudí to môže byť naozaj zložité.A tiež nie je teplá kuchyňa na raňajky.

Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal. Zimmer mit extremem Geruch nach Reinigungsmitteln. Zimmer und Frühstücksraum nur über Treppen zu erreichen, für gehbehinderte Personen ungeeignet.
• Alicia Paz (9/5): Buen parking - El hostal es muy cómodo y está todo limpio. Lo mejor ha sido el parking, que era amplio y aparentemente con plazas suficientes. Esto es muy importante, teniendo en cuenta que el hostal está alejado del centro (aproximadamente hay poco menos de 10 minutos hasta un paseo que bordea toda la costa y aunque es muy bonito, tardas otros 20 minutos andando hasta la zona vieja. Aunque nosotros no hemos tenido problema, la máquina de auto check-in no me parece intuitiva, te lleva un rato realizar el proceso, sobretodo si no te da extraído los datos automáticamente del DNI. El desayuno me ha parecido muy básico

En cuanto a la cama, me resultó comoda. Que me desperté a las 3 de la madrugada, oyendo hablar a las personas de la habitación de al lado, al ser las paredes tan finas y me costó dormirme.

Personale gentile, accogliente e molto disponibile, a partire dalle Signore della reception e della Signora Rosa. Abbiamo due cani di media taglia e possiamo dire che ci siamo trovati bene e comodi. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo.
