I had a few troubles, you know things happen when traveling and they were so helpful to me, from booking a shuttle from the airport to suggesting excursions. The manager was also super patient with me when I made some booking blunders. I recommend staying here.

Breakfast was very good, the ladies make some amazing Turkish coffee, fantastic view from rooftop patio especially in the early morning to see all the hot air balloons. Owner Salim is the best very concerned about his guest. Price per night is very good, he is just running this place since 6 months and will make it even better than it is. Rooms are simple but all you need. I highly recommend this hotel/hostel.

• 236ilzeb (10/5): Nice stay in center of Cappadocia - We really enjoyed our stay in hotel, it was clean, cozy and the reception was very kind. In our last day even the pool got opened and we enjoyed sunbathing. Breakfast is nice, they make fresh gozleme. Not too big choice but enough for balanced meal. The roof terrace is perfect for lazy baloon watchers who dont want to wake up extra early! Location is central, really all was very good. Would repeat!

• Yen Hoang (4/5): - Very old amenities. Location is a bit off the road but still in the town. Not many communication with staff to have an accurate reviews. The reason we chose this is because I checked in around 10 pm and would leave very early the next morning, so maybe I shouldn’t complain at the cheaper price compared to other cave hotels in Cappadocia.

Le stanze grandi e i letti comodi. La colazione tipica turca veniva servita dalle 8.30, personalmente avrei preferito fosse accessibile da prima. L'unica vera pecca di questo hotel è che in quattro notti trascorse qui, non sono mai venuti a pulire la camera, quindi letti sempre disfatti, carta igienica e saponi dopo che li avevamo finiti abbiamo dovuti chiederli più volte.

• Dream26270206130 (6/5): Stay, nice. Green tour, was not nice - We stayed for 2 nights and it was a pretty nice experience. People at the front desk was very nice and breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were clean and the rooftop was nice to see the hot air balloons in the morning. Only con is the green tour we booked (€50 p.p but we got it down to €45 p.p) What they advertise was different from what was sold to us and what we actually went on. Tour guide was decent but taking you to an “Oxyn” factory was indeed just a damn jewelry store. They claim there’s a factory in the back but never showed us. Hated that bc it was just a bunch of people trying to sell us things. Pigeon valley was just a view point , you don’t even drive into the valley. Tour included underground cities, we assumed it was Derinkuyu but nope, guide claimed that they’re all the same and once you see one, you see them all so we went to Maza and I wouldn’t even call it an underground city. We came for the full experience of the big underground city and were jipped. Lunch was below average, the people there just wanted us in and out. Served salad that was half bad and soup that was heavily over-salted. Next we did a hike in Ihlara valley, was taken no where scenic, just to the first cafe there was. TLDR: just book a car and do these things yourself. The tour is definitely not worth the price. If you are going to book a tour, make sure to get a set itinerary.

• David (8/5): - Points positifs: Rien à dire sur la propreté, ni sur le personnel et les services. La localisation était vraiment nickel, à quelques mètres de la route principale où il y a tous les restos et toutes les boutiques. Excellent petit déjeuner sur le toit. Points négatifs: l'insonorisation est inexistante dans la chambre au rez de chaussé, on entends absolument tout se qui se passe a l’intérieur de l’hôtel. 1 porte de douche déboîtée, un porte serviette cassé, quelques joints moisies.
• JulesbSouthLondon (6/5): Nice stay in a good location but overpriced for what you get - We enjoyed our stay at the Goreme Cave Rooms. The decor in the hotel is really nice and the room was nicely furnished. We loved the roof top terrace and the breakfast was tasty. We found the room a bit of a squeeze for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8) When we booked it said 1 child was free. I assumed that would mean 1 bed per person. Before we arrived I emailed to query the arrangements as when I checked on booking.com, it said there were only 3 single beds and so we wouldn't all fit. We then had to pay an additional 80 euros for 4 nights (they asked for 100 euros to start with) to have a mattress put on the floor in between 2 of the beds which made it very cramped and there wasn't much space to move in the room. I felt that was misleading when we booked as there is no way a child age 6 who is tall could share a single bed. The swimming pool was ok although it was freezing cold and the water flooded over it as there was too much water in there. Be careful if you have children as there is a big drop by the stairs when leaving the pool. We tried to use the pool again on our last day but it had closed for cleaning. The gym stank of cigarette smoke which seemed strange for a gym.

Super roof terrace with views over Goreme, where breakfast is served. Friendly, helpful staff, always ready to help and recommend tours or directions to places of interest. Value for money. A real gem. Highly recommend.

La habitación está correcta, no es como se ve en las fotos pero bien para las tres noches que pasamos. El personal muy amable. El desayuno estupendo en la terraza.
• laszloszucs (10/5): A cozy accommodation in the capital of hot air balloons - The rooms are nicely furnished and a good size. The whole accommodation is cozy, but the main prize is the roof terrace, which is a perfect place for relaxation and from which the view is magnificent. You can also see the hot air balloons taking off in the morning from here.
• György (8/5): Kellemes hotel Kappadókiában - Korrekt hotel. Kellemes. Nagyon-nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel. A Szobák tiszták, kellemesek. Egy-egy szoba méretében elég komoly eltérések vannak, némelyik nagy és tágas, némelyik elég kicsi. Ettől függetlenül megfelelő, még a legkisebb is. A fürdőszoba is tágas és tiszta. A reggeli kiváló, bár nem annyira rugalmas, még 10 perccel sem kezdhetjük meg a kiírt idő előtt, de friss és finom. A medence sajnos nem volt elérhető, a képen látható medence gyakorlatilag NINCS, legalábbis nekünk abszolút nem működött.

Allowed us to check in early and allow us to store our bags after check out for a good 8 hours - as we waited for our coach etc. Will definitely book again if returning in the future which we intend!

(I already had tickets booked without a tour) I asked for help getting a taxi, but was told it cost €100-200. We ended up hiring a car for €50 for the day, separately. Easy. Shower head broke but was fixed later that day. Hotel breakfast was great, as were staff. Pool was dry... Roof terrace phenominal for balloon watching.

• Rene (8/5): - We enjoyed our brief stay in this hotel during our Cappadocia experience. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was actually tasty and well prepared. The room was clean. For a one night stay it was perfect. Our only issue is that as a small hotel, our driver from Kayseri airport and shuttle next morning for the balloon ride had difficulty finding it. We were a bit anxious as pick up time for balloon ride went by. Luckily we made it on time. I saw there were numerous other similar small hotels throughout the area. Maybe a larger sign out front or a better online map location should be considered.

• AlexJ262 (8/5): Great Value - Stayed for 3 nights this week for less than £30 per night, which seems like a steal! Staff were all nice and friendly, location is excellent- walking distance to everywhere in Goreme and plenty of great restaurants nearby. Room was on the small side and a bit dated. The bed had certainly seen better days and the TV didn't work, but it was kept clean and the ensuite had a good shower. Breakfast is free and has a fairly limited and random selection but it's better than nothing. Overall, an average property but at an excellent price which to my mind is better than paying a ridiculous price for a better hotel when the reason everyone visits Cappadocia is to see the beautiful sights!
• alisontheadventurer (2/5): BED BUGS!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - I just left Goreme Cave Rooms this morning after a horrible experience with bed bugs this morning!!! The owner, Kehdir, threatened me about saying anything about the bed bugs and I am absolutely shocked about how he acted about the entire situation. In order to get my money back, he forced me to lie and say I didn't stay at Goreme Cave Rooms. This was only because he didn't want me to write a bad review on Booking.com. This roach motel needs to be shut down immediately!!! Do not come here unless you want horrible customer service and to be infested with bed bugs!!! Kehdir is truly an evil person who should be rotting in prison!!!
• Alex (8/5): Great Value - Very centrally located within walking distance of all of Goreme's shops, restaurants and attractions. Room was clean and housekeeping was consistent. It was quite small, and provision of tea/coffee/cups was fairly limited. TV didnt work and the bed was obviously old. Breakfast is included and open until 11am but the selection is limited. Price wise though, you cant really grumble for what we paid- under £30 per night in low season.

• Hasina (10/5): Home away from Home with amazing Cappadocia experi - It was my Anniversary, My parents, sisters, husband and my baby girl. It was surprisingly very good location, comfortable. Mohammad and the owner were very helpful. They went out of their way for our celebration, on the terrace. Also they have laundry and ironing service too. Unfortunately we had a booking error and incident, so we left earlier. Mr. Owner, sorry about that. Your hotel is very very homy and breakfast was the best part, fresh and clean. Rooms has air con and heater which we didn't use , it there. Location is the central and near to all restaurants.
• solene (2/5): Expérience horrible - Expérience horrible, c’était le pire hôtel que j’ai pu faire. Nous avons dû partir de l’hôtel au bout d’une nuit alors que nous devions rester 7 nuits. La porte était impossible à fermer et n’importe qui vous pouvait rentrer dans la chambre. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas, la chambre est salle. J’ai fait la remarquer à l hôtel et je me suis fait insulter par le personnel. Super comme expérience. Le patron était violent face à notre remarque, nous sommes donc parti Passer votre chemin, c’est le pire hôtel de goreme.

• Monica (8/5): - Hotel piccolino al centro di Goreme quindi si ha la comodità di avere tutto a 2 passi. Stanza adeguata per 3 persone e pulita. Colazione varia anche nel dolce Piscina piccolina con acqua gelida ed orario di utilizzo un po' ridotto, nella realtà non è come si vede nelle foto. Stesso discorso per la terrazza, comoda e carina ma nulla a che vedere con le foto, si vedono le mongolfiere ma anche tutti i tetti e le canne fumarie dei locali vicini. Parcheggio su strada quindi non è riservato dell'hotel ma in caso di difficoltà sono pronti a dare una mano per trovare un posticino. Personale abbastanza cortese (ad eccezione del ragazzo alle colazioni che potrebbe fare qualche sorriso. Una sera era anche in piscina a sorvegliare l'orario di utilizzo e sentirsi costantemente fissati non è stato piacevole). Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ci ritornerei
• Madina (10/5): Excellent holidays ! - Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were cosy and very clean, and the bed linen was perfect. We also enjoyed the magnificent terrace where we had breakfast while admiring the view of the town and the mountains. The pool was also very clean. It was great to take a dip in the fresh water after long walks in the area. The staff were very helpful and always attentive. We hope to come back to Goreme soon and will stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a fantastic welcome!
• Sueann (6/5): - The hotel was clean and tidy. A lot to choose from at breakfast. However, the towels were very old, and the window screen was ripped considerably. No A/C, but it's cool enough at night with the windows open. Overall, it was enough for two nights
• manahalp (10/5): Fantastic experience!! - I highly recommend this hotel as i stayed here for 3 days and could not be more happy. The staff were so incredibly kind and hospitable. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious which was ideal. The terrace view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was perfect and they all rose right in front of the hotel so the view was crystal clear !!! Bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The area itself was perfect as it was right next to the main street where all the food places and shops are which was very convenient.
• 626hanai (10/5): Amazing stay! - Very surprised by the negative reviews for this hotel as I had the best experience staying here! The room and bathroom are super spacious, clean and bright. The hotel personnel are really friendly and welcoming. You get the best view for the hot air balloons at sunrise and it’s so centrally located, you can be at a restaurant/souvenir shop/supermarket within 30 seconds. Definitely recommend!!!
• HaydenS151 (10/5): Great value for money - It's a nice hotel with large comfy rooms and good facilities. The price is very competitive when you compare it to hotels in Goreme. The night staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the breakfast is delicious too.

• ayalajacobs (10/5): Great find - I wasn't looking for 5 star luxury, just a comfy room to sleep in. It was very reasonably priced, staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was lovely, there was a roof terrace which was lovely to relax in. There was a pool, but it didn't look inviting, and access felt good be improved. We booked a shuttle from NAV but when we landed, no one was there. I was there with my 8 Yr old, ad due yo delays, we landed at 8.30pm, so I just got a taxi. The hotel offered to refund the difference of shuttle cost and taxi, which was kind. We booked the red tour with them too, which was great. Location is perfect, literally less than 30 seconds walk to a supermarket and lots of options to eat. Our room was clean, shower was great, cleaned daily. No complaints. Thank you
• KAREN (10/5): - The cave room was a unique experience. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we were in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and near to the attractions. Overall, excellent experience.

• 928ralucas (6/5): suitable for short stay - The room was nice, clean and quiet, decorated traditionally, but the bathroom was modern and all appliances were functional. There were a few cockroaches which scared me but fortunately nothing happened to any of us. We spent 2 days there as we had an arranged hot air balloon trip, so for short term is ok. I didn't try any food there as we explored the terraces and restaurants around, which are absolutely amazing, therefore I can't score the hotel food offer.
• Taeafrancesca (10/5): Such wonderful staff- super friendly and made us so welcome! - The price was so reasonable, the breakfast was delicious, our room was clean and lovely. Staff were always so helpful- Hassan is the kindest, loveliest person, thank you so much for everything! For around £8 per night with breakfast included, you cannot expect 5*.. so I think it is unfair to expect so. For us, we extended our stay as we were having a great time. The terrace has lovely views and lots of seating and space. Once again, the breakfast had lots of choice and the whole team were wonderful! Thank you, would love to come back :)
• spiritweaverjourneys (2/5): False advertising and poor service - We arrived to discover our room was nothing like the photos we saw on booking.com. When I showed the manager the photo he denied there was any difference and refused to give us a room comparable to what we originally booked. He just kept saying all the rooms were the same standard and just said that we didn't understand each other. I asked him to please come look at our room and see how different it was from the photos, but again he refused saying that he would just give me my money back. There was no efforts made to help us. It was by far the worst experience we've had in Turkey. The room we booked was beautiful and spacious but instead were given a tiny room with construction outside our window. Don't book this hotel. They are completely dishonest about the room you book and what you get is totally different.
• Areeb (10/5): - The room was clean, basic toiletries were provided, the buffet breakfast had a vast variety, iron was given on demand. The hotel was in a prime location with market, restaurants and bus stand only a street away.
• shruti_chaurasia (6/5): budget stay - it has a beautiful decoration however the stay is okay. It is a budget hotel/hostel and does justice to it's price. 5 eur/night. The breakfast served is really good with lots of variety but it gets fiished relaly quickly so strongly advised to have it asap. Eough place to work on the terrace and good vibes, The owner is a bit non-friendly but I didnt understand why. Overall, perfect for solo travellers as it is just 5 min away from bus stop and plenty of restaurants nearby.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ok for a short stay - Lovely staff and cosy place with a spacious terace, but the room we had on the ground floor was underwhelming. Could constantly smell cigarette smoke from the entrance, didn't have a fan (got very hot a times), uncomfortabel beds and it was very noisy (paper thin walls in fact)
• gloriaong (2/5): Worst hotel we have stayed in - We booked Goreme Cave Rooms because of the good reviews on Airbnb and thought we would have a pleasant stay, but we had the worst experiences here. We booked three separate rooms for our family. On the first night, March 12, my daughter and son-in-law stayed at room 102 which had two single beds. She woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over her arms, neck, upper torso, and ankles. We informed the receptionist and asked to change rooms. The receptionist called another guy who also worked at the hotel to come speak with us. When this guy arrived (unfortunately we didn’t get his name) we showed him my daughter’s bites on the arm and he got all defensive, saying these weren’t bed bug bites, they were allergies, they already had an incident of bed bugs so he knew what those looked like, etc. etc. Basically he implied that we were lying! My daughter isn’t even allergic to anything. And if he saw all the bites on the body, no doubt they were made by bed bugs. He kept arguing with us, raising his voice, while we were only requesting for a room change! What kind of customer service is that? They finally relented and transferred my daughter to room 101. We didn’t have any more incidents of bed bugs, but it was clear the rooms we stayed in were poorly maintained. In room 101 the shower was rusted, water was leaking outside, the faucet head would suddenly fall off when being used, and towel rack was nonexistent (there were holes where the rack used to be). In room 104 where my husband and I stayed was pretty much the same, the faucet and towel rack would fall off. My son stayed at room 202, no towel rack, toilet flush has no cover, shower head is loose. We didn’t complain anymore because we didn’t want to keep arguing with them. The rooms have very thin walls, you can hear people going up and down the stairs, running and talking along the hallway. My son could hear chairs moving past midnight from the 3rd floor (dinning area). We could also hear water flowing from the water pipes in the ceiling of the toilet. The only positive thing I can say about Goreme Cave Rooms is its good location, that’s it.

• 779eleniz (2/5): A bad experience - Firstly, the place where the hotel is and generally the hotel has nothing similar with the fotos on the site! You feel scared when you see the entrance of the hotel, especially the night! The receptionist was very unfriendly and he made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted there...all day he played in the PC and if we didn't speak to him when we were getting out, he wouldn't say any hello or bye. A unprofessional receptionist! Also I had an accident, the hotel's cat Luna ( a beautiful cat) bite me and when I mentioned that to the receptionist he said nothing, only he caressed the cat and he left, like " good kitty, good job". Because I have a cat I know that this could happen but the reaction of the receptionist was awful! He didn't even ask if I am alright! The breakfast good but nothing special! We have checked a double room but they gave us a triple (a double with an extra bed) that means no place in the room for our things! And finally every day they changed towels but the last day, probably because it was the last day they didn't..it could be cleaner. For sure I do not recommend!
