• Victoria (1/5): Nice staff, but dirty rooms - Staff was nice Restrooms were dirty, pubes in the shower from previous guest. We stayed for two days, did not have a DND sign on the door and when we came back after our first night, our room was not cleaned, beds not done, towels not replaced. We were there for work, getting late, working 13hr shifts, so we were too tired to to go get more towels. For what I paid I was not impressed. Staff was very sweet especially the night shift girl.

• Littleraincloud (10/5): Compared to many different hotels in Longview, this one stands out as exceptional. - Check-in process was smooth. Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast each day was consistent and good. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed six nights and overall this was one of the better stays we've had in Longview. I really appreciated Beverly and her customer service! Although it didn't keep me from sleeping, the sound of doors slamming was prominent. I think we were next to a stairwell and at certain times of the evening there were consecutive slamming doors. We were on the first floor and could hear those above us running around. Was a minor irritation.

No juice, no waffle mix, no biscuits, no milk for cereal, no fruit. Sheets and mattress cover were dirty with yellow stains. The front desk just handed us a folded set of sheets to change ourselves.

Coffee mostly only available in rooms. Front desk staff was friendly. Rarely ever saw anyone at front desk. Think they were wearing multiple hats trying to get everything done. There was a lot of older cars in back parking lot so at first we were concerned but didn't encounter any problems during stay. We will stay here again. Very close to Walmart and samsclub with many restaurants.

I didn’t like that the property address couldn’t be navigated through GPS. When I was trying to enter it, it would never pull up. Also, the hallways of the ground floor had a weird smell.

• Craig (10/5): - Caitlyn was awesome!! I had to make some changes to my reservation and she helped out gladly. She was friendly, personable, helpful, not to mention beautiful!! And, the general manager was the same way!!! Even the girl over the breakfast was friendly and personable. Just a great group of people to interact with during my stay. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area. The only downside was there was an odor in the room, it didn’t smell fresh, but the people were amazing!!! And, the breakfast was great as well, enjoyed it every day I was there! Great job!!

• David (6/5): It was a decent value, but at least for my room I would say it was not well kept up. Not likely to stay at this property - Very little water pressure in the shower. The sink did not drain well. The hairdryer did not work. It actually was melted, which would lead you to wonder why it had not been replaced.
• Sandy (10/5): Great value - Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Lots of food options at Breakfast. Rooms were well maintained, but might need a bit of airing. There was a slight staleness to the air at first.

• Jerry (9/5): All was great! - The Breakfast each morning was great, good food and very clean spaces. The hotel was clean but there was a smell of smoke in the room which I thought it was supposed to be 100% smoke free. Service was great when asked for. Just the smell of smoke in the room.
• Deborah (10/5): - Property was nice. Should have stayed on top floor though. Guests above me, I could hear them walking around in the middle of the night. But no fault of hotel. Breakfast was ok.

• anissah525 (10/5): Excellent experience - Excellent stay, highly recommend it. Won’t stay any other place. Very pet friendly and the breakfast was amazing. They have very honest employees . I left earrings in the room, went back four hours later when I discovered that I had left them, we were still in town, and they had put my earrings in the back holding them for me.

• Melissa (4/5): - The Staff was great, I did complain about the bathroom door getting stuck, My elderly mother got stuck in there and the instructed me that it would get looked at on Monday. I asked if they could credit my account in anyway. they said they couldn't do anything.
• Rhonda (8/5): Nice quiet clean place to stay. Great breakfast! - Clean, quiet and close to great places to dine. Refrigerator made loud noises throughout the night. Had to turn it off in middle of the night to get some sleep. Uneasy about all the old vehicles parked on the property but did ask about them and told owners worked for the railroad. Understood!
