- Mgreco (10/5): - Location sorprendente. Entrare e soggiornare in un castello del 1200 è stata una bella esperienza. Giardino bellissimo e pieno sorprese in ogni angolo.
- natalie (9/5): Gorgeous historic home. Generous hosts - Beautifully maintained, this 13th-century villa is set within truly stunning grounds and filled with thoughtful, characterful furnishings. Clarissa, Francesca, and their family were exceptionally warm and generous hosts, making the experience feel both personal and memorable. We were lucky enough to be given a tour of the home—an engaging and informative glimpse into its rich history. The pools and gardens were lovely - would be great to return in the summer.

- Martina (10/5): - Il posto è fantastico e l'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto è stata impeccabile.

- Firenza (5/5): Ok for 2 nights. - The Villa itself is beautifully located. The level of cleanliness in the studio/apartment:-
Rugs were dirty and dusty.
Towels were wet and we had to ask the lady to replace them (which she did happily and apologising).
Sock from previous stay left on floor
Furniture / shelving was dusty and un inviting
Kitchen cleaning / utensils old and dirty (I had to buy a new sponge, washing up liquid and gloves to clean existing stuff)
Sockets for appliances very few and close to the floor with no adaptors. (So we had to toast bread with toaster on the floor or move existing small tables)
Bed too soft and squidgy _ shower in need of renovation - washhand basin’s hole-stop got stuck and didn’t open again.
In need of cleaning and renovation on essential aspects like electrics, kitchen and bathroom.
Not suitable for people who have problems with steep stairs.
- Curtis (7/5): It is a remarkable place to stay. It is not updated nor as clean as it could be. - It is a remarkable place to stay. It is not updated nor as clean as it could be, but in many ways it adds to the ambience. The stone stairways of the inner halls make you feel like you are in a medieval castle. The view from the upper patio is very impressive. The Shower was not very clean and had a hard time draining.
- Declan (10/5): Amazing, experience one of the greatest Villas in Italy could not recommend it highly enough - This was an amazing experience, few people are privileged to stay in the most beautiful and genuine Villa in Toscana. The only Villa that the original family still own and maintain to the highest standards. The taste of the decor the colors the atmosphere cannot be created Villa I Bossi is unique, places nearby Firenze, Arezzo and Urbino are beautiful but only second best. The gardens the swimming pool the walks the local countryside and don't miss the local bar. But you'll be disappointed if your into golf and places like Trump Towers because this place is Italian culture at its best Not having started there longer
- Raphaelle (10/5): beautiful and secluded villa, comfortable and unique! -
- Gottfried (10/5): Extraordinary! - Absolutely gorgeous experience, very special, full of history and beauty, hours on the terrace to heaven. At the end of a beautiful valley. We hope to come back …
- Elena (7/5): Beautiful villa! - Villa I Bossi Is simply charming - its glorious past can be felt and seen in every historical room. We immediately fell in love with the place. Its location is perfect if travelling by car as it enables you to stay in a relaxing location while being less than 10 minute drive from Arezzo. You can park at the villa too.
We loved our apartment - very elegant, homely and spacious! Great to have the option of making your own food. The apartment wasn't as clean as we would have liked. There were spiderwebs by some windows and some of the crockery had stains on them that came off when washed. The TV cabinet was fairly dusty too.
The shower had low water pressure.
The WiFi signal was very weak and slow.
- Katarzyna (10/5): Very nice and helpful owners. Unforgettable villa. Best place to charge personal batteries ;) -
- Retod (8/5): Very good - The overall atmosphere of the old villa and the surrounding area. The quietness. The tap of the kitchen sink was a bit loose and snapped back to the edge immediately if not held. The shower head holder was broken upon arrival.
- Inci (10/5): Magical -
- Michelle (10/5): A living museum! - The fascinating history of Villa I Bossi and the family caring for it nowadays.
- Tiberiu (1/5): Bad - - We belong to the older age group, so we were looking for a secluded, peaceful location. We would have found this, but after climbing two floors on a terribly high and uncomfortable staircase - which was not shown anywhere - we then arrived in a very cold room, like a cave. When my wife saw this, she cried... The owner also saw this and said, no problem, we can look for another accommodation and she will return the money. Unfortunately, this did not happen, so we cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone - and not because of the accommodation - because it would deserve more stars - but because of the owner, who should not even work in the hospitality/tourism industry, because she is completely untrustworthy, doesn't keep their word.
- Ankit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (10/5): Unique find in beautiful Tuscany - Beautiful, unique villa full of historic charm in a peaceful setting. It is conveniently located to Arezzo and an easy drive to other places of interest, such as Siena. Highly recommend!
- Nikolov (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything about this place. It has history, it's unique and we felt like we went back in time. The staff was great, it was very clean and we had everything we needed. It's easy to get to the villa by city buss, we didn't have a car, and it was not a problem. The kitchen was fully equipped, we cooked like we do at home, and the food tastes better there. I can't recommend this place enough, you just have to experience it. The only thing we didn't love was there was no wi-fi in every room because of the thickness of the walls, but maybe it was for the best. And we wish we stayed longer, we didn't like that we had to leave..
- Cédric (9/5): Superb -
