• Asdrubal Jesus (4/5): - I was charged twice. They told me because my card has a changing cvv that Booking.com could not make the payment standing, so they would need to charge me again. The staff when I arrived told me that the first payment would be cancelled automatically. The next day when the clerk was different, she told me I would need to call Booking.com to solve it with them. Also the property appears listed when looking for Zacatecas. It is in the nearby town of Guadalupe.

• Hugo (4/5): Solo para dormir a buen precio - Es buena opción si solo buscas algún lugar para dormir, algo que no me gusto es que no hicieron la limpieza nos dejaron las mismas toallas y tuvimos que hablar para que las cambiaran, a la hora de bañarnos nos toco agua fría en varias ocasiones, llegó un momento en que el agua del clima se empezó a derramar por el piso, si viajas en carro son pocos cajones de estacionamiento mi carro se quedo afuera en la calle varios días, la ubicación esta fuera del centro pero no a más de 15min en carro

• Marla (2/5): Hotel falsely advertised as close to center - I thought I was booking a hotel close to the center of Zacatecas. When I arrived I realized it was in a separate town an $8 cab ride away in an area of no interest. I tried to cancel and was told I could only do so through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who informed me it was up to the hotel. I never stayed there, am fighting the charge with my credit card company and will never use Expedia again. Deceptive advertising hurts your business.

• al (8/5): Clean and convenient - It's a good hotel close to downtown Guadalupe. Room was clean. We had an issue with the shower drain. But they fixed it after reporting it. Small room at a good price.

Las habitaciones reservadas no eran las que nos asignaron, el hotel huele mal, una habitación tenía olor impregnado a cigarro, los ventiladores los tuvimos que tomar a escondidas porque no nos los querían facilitar. MAL en gral no recomendable.
• Flor (4/5): Deteriorado - La habitación estaba sofocada, no tiene ventilación. Todo está deteriorado y hace ruido, cabeceras, colchones, puertas...aunado al ruido exterior y de los otros cuartos. No pudimos descansar en lo absoluto

• Irene (2/5): Not worth the savings. - Hard beds, loud noisy, no AC or fan, had to pay deposit for extra towels and remote control. Extremely hot room, exhaust fumes came in thru balcony door couldn't open it. sun hits hotel front all day so rooms are excessively hot.
• Irene (4/5): Hotel not worth the cheap price. - Hotel was small, nice & clean, Lobby comfortable, except excessive noise level from outside. Exhaust fumes came in from buses, taxi, & cars. Hotel is located on main street, very busy, & extremely loud always. Its supposed to be Smoke Free however on the first floor first room with 3 beds had 7 men all smoking, with window open to let smoke. As I entered lobby I smelled the cigarette smoke. I informed the front desk about the men smoking inside room and she inform them they couldn't smoke, but they refused to listen. they continued smoking,with window open the smoke could escape. Everyone who passed smelled it. Those men should've been charged a smoking fee for contaminating everyone else's air. Deposit of 100 pesos for TV remote plus for extra towels. they should have charged those men a hefty fee for smoking inside their room!! Better yet, they should have been escorted out since they refused to follow the rules. The beds were rock hard, & uncomfortable. No fan or A/C unit, the sun hit it making room unbearably hot. All sorts of noises, dogs barking,bus,cars taxis honking, etc.it was super noisy. Then to make it worse, at night at 1:00 am 200 taxis paraded outside, honked horns in protest, lasted an hour. 5 am heard train honking. We had prepaid 2 nights, but after horrible night decided not stay again. When we return in March, we wont stay here.No A/C, fan uncomfortable beds, hot rooms and excessive noise.
