Peter (10/5): - Had a good night's rest after a long day on the bike. Very quiet at night. A bit of a walk to town for food. Sidewalk stops short a few hundred metres of reaching the property, so gotta walk on gravel shoulder , but doable. Rooms were a throwback to late 70s, but appeared to be clean. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Everything worked. Staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. However, on this occasion, for the first time, we experienced noisy neighbours during the night that made sleeping a tad difficult. No fault of the motel - just thoughtless customers.

Room had free wifi, microwave and mini fridge but no coffee maker BUT coffee and tea is available during staff hours at the front desk. Only negative comment is, not sound proof. We could hear the neighbours, like full conversations and they weren't yelling, everytime they opened the door or flushed the toilet. And you got brick walls between rooms, so not sure how you can change about that issue. I still highly recommend and would stay here again.

The room was clean other than the vinyl floors hadn’t been mopped- you could see actual dirt smears on the floor, and the bottoms of my socks were really dirty after walking on the floor. The linens were clean and the room was clean other than the vinyl floor in the kitchen and bathroom. The mattress was painfully hard, but I find most hotels have either hard mattresses or large dips from being worn out, so I guess this isn’t unusual. It was what I expected for the price- it’s not a Hilton, but it’s not too bad for the price- I’ve stayed at worse places. I’d stay here again. The dirty floor was probably just a fluke.

Frederic (8/5): Ok for one night - I selected this for a cheap overnight stay. It fits the bill. It is clean but everything feels 40 years old, including the orange carpet. Beds were either noisy or warn out. The area is very quiet in the fields just outside town. We We were recommended a good restaurant on the sea side. No breakfast, but drive back to the other side of town less than 2 miles, and you will find the usual places that offer breakfast.
