Room was comfortable, clean, quiet and hotel was conveniently located just off the highway and beside 2 cardlocks. Restaurant on site was a great benefit. Was a bit difficult to figure out room location as there are 2 separate buildings to the hotel but not too bad.

Complimentary breakfast was fantastic, so good that we ended up opting to have supper there too (at our own expense), and it was delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. Complimentary Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Shout out to the restaurant staff who were very entertaining and attentive without being "too attentive." The room we were in could use a detail cleaning, as there were dust bunnies in areas that most people wouldn't notice. It is very obviously a very 70s/80s building. Our room had two dining chairs, but no dining table (a little odd).

Even compared to popular restaurants like Mr Mike or Boston Pizza. Service was fast, friendly, and the meal was only $10. Negative- what was called a non-smoking room had evidently been smoked in and did not smell good. Overall cleanliness of the room similarly was not great.

My room was filthy and the next day the coffee maker and ice bucket was still filthy. There was no vacuuming done. I cleaned the AC and wiped off the dirty markings on the walls, doors and light switches. Cleaned the phone and TV set.

However, our stay at the ritz included being given two rooms that had not been resided in or looked at for a LONG time. The first smelled like sewer and I found the bathroom toilet water had completely evaporated and was letting some smell in. In the other room the first couple seconds of running the tap produced mud. Expedia stated breakfast included...when there I found out it was 1 breakfast/room. End result was 2 breakfasts for 7 people. On the other hand, the breakfast was a hot breakfast and tasty. With a bit more care and attention to rooms being rented out...and clearer communication on amenities...it could have been okay.
