- Niek (4/5): bed goed; schoonmaak slecht; onderhoud gebouw ver onder de maat voor een 4 sterren hotel - bediening in restaurant goed; behandeling klacht beviel niet! Hygiëne in badkamer SLECHT door haren in de douche....B ed goed schoonmaken onder de maat; achterstallig onderhoud en overal vieze strepen op de muren en beschadigingen interieur restaurant; stof van boren in muur restaurant was gewoon niet opgeruimd! Geen aandacht voor het gebouw is mijn conclusie

- David (6/5): - De lokatie was uitstekend, direkt bij winkels, Vrijthof, historische bezienswaardigheden. De suite was ruim, groot bad, prima bed. Uitzcht door twee kleine dakkapelletjes, onderhoud sanitair, geen schoonmaak en vervanging handdoeken, ook niet na vragen bij receptie. De bediening is meer met het terras en restaurant bezig dan met hotelgasten.

- Gerhard (9/5): - Sehr gut fanden wir dass wir morgens auch ein kleines Frühstück mit. Croissant, Marmelade, Kaffee, Butter etc. für unter zehn Euro erhalten konnten, da wir morgens nicht gerne sehr viel essen. Am Freitag unserer Anreise hatte gerade der jährliche Jahrmarkt auf dem großen Platz direkt gegenüber von unserem Zimmer angefangen. Freundlicherweise informierte uns die Hotelleitung allerdings einen Tag vorher davon.

Zu unserer Zeit war Kirmes auf dem Vrijthof und wir waren sehr froh über ein ruhiges Zimmer im Hinterhaus.Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit gutem Bett und toller Dusche mit Rituals Produkten im Bad. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz mitgebucht der war ca. 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Alles gut!

Having the restaurant/cafe attached was great for an after-dinner drink, and the breakfast options were great. Close to anything you want to see and loads of restaurants. Highly recommended.

Nous l’avions choisi principalement pour son emplacement et la présence d’un parking. À notre arrivée, on nous informe qu’il n’y a plus de place et qu’il fallait réserver à l’avance, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans la description. Autre point négatif : la femme de ménage a frappé à la porte de manière insistante (comme une folle) vers 10h du matin, en criant en néerlandais, ce qui était assez déroutant et peu professionnel. De manière générale, le personnel n’est pas particulièrement accueillant et les informations ne sont pas données clairement dès le départ : il faut sans cesse les demander.

- Richard (1/5): Stay away - Not much The hotel parking was ridiculously complicated with 4 pages of instructions ending in dragging our bags around the entire block. We left a day early despite prepayment when the “manager/bar waiter freaked out at our smoking in the outdoor restaurant in front. Threatening to call the police and have us thrown out. We put the cigarette out and left the next day. The waiter/hotel manager as he called himself has no business dealing with people or the general public. I received an email from booking.com that me personal information had been compromised and I should check my cards. That was a fine gift from the hotel upon our early exit. I would suggest any other hotel

De kamer was ruim en had een nette uitstraling Ramen konden open Het tapijt wat deels onder het bed lag had beter gestofzuigd moeten worden, er waren nu nog allemaal haren te vinden.... Kamers zijn erg gehorig dus je hoort de mede hotelgasten erg goed op de gang en op de kamers

- Gabriele (7/5): Nettes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Maastricht. - Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Maastricht. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück konnten wir ala carte bestellen. Der Lärm in der Nacht auf dem Platz vorm Hotel war unerträglich.
