Todo muy limpio, la habitación era amplia con vista a los arrozales y la piscina fantástica. Está alejado del centro de Ubud, pero en moto son solo 15 minutos. • JEANNE (9/5): - L'espace assez grand, le calme dans l'hôtel, la vue sur les rizières et le petit déjeuner simple et efficace. Le bruit de la rue a côté mais cest normal car cest le long d'un grand axe avec beaucoup de bouchons. L'emplacement est assez loin de ubud, il vaut mieux etre place au nord de la ville mais ça je pouvais le savoir avant d'arriver si j'avais préparé mon voyage :) 😀

• Julio (8/5): Very good - Everything was close to it. Of course, it's mandatory to rent a scooter otherwise it's nearly impossible to move around there and visit the places. The safe lock wasn't working properly and the tramp in the shower frequently was stuck. And not too many holders for your clothes.

They have airconditioner but you need to pay Rp100k extra. I dont mind w using fan but the fan was super slow even you put it on max.

• Mr (7/5): If you don't mind a little walk to Ubud then this is a good spot to be based. - -Helpful staff at the hotel, may have been the owners. -Prepared us special take away breakfast the last morning when we had to leave early, so kind. -View on the rice fields from common area. -Great price. A little far from Ubud, but then again you pay more the closer you get. Some other guests were a bit loud but you can hear everything, rooms not too soundproof.

• Ruta (2/5): Cheap, but wouldnt recommend. - Breakfast was the only thing good at our stay. It was quite clean. We got the room to the street side, it was super loud during the day and during the night. Windows have no insulation. It was impossible to fall asleep. When we came, receptionist told us that AC is not included in the room, it is extra charge, however while booking you see that there is an AC included. The toilet is in the same room as your bed, and it is connected, not very nice experience. Pool is small, there is no ladder to get into the pool, so you have to jump in. The house looks nothing like pictures, next to it there is a major construction happening.

• Jen (8/5): Nice basic accommodation, but a little far out of main Ubud - Clean accommodation, kind hosts, LOVELY HOT WATER with good water pressure. Breakfast included is basic but pleasant. Good air conditioning, fan and natural light. Nice clean pool that is super refreshing when the sun is out. Free drinking water refills. They don't offer scooter rental or laundry in house. The nearest scooter rental is a 25 minute walk (or get a Grab bike). It's a little far out so you'd need a scooter or you'll spend a fair bit on Grabs. Laundry is just a 5-min walk away. Toilet is separated in the room but the wall doesn't go up to the ceiling so if you want privacy when using the bathroom, you don't fully get it.

• Devon (7/5): Perfect for South African 🇿🇦 perfect 🤩 - Perfect place for a quiet affordable getaway away closer for a fit person to walk to city or good coffee shop, close to close galleries and art to purchase, breakfast is small but good, try get room 1 or 2 perfect for what I paid for, awesome getaway if you on a low budget, but need to be confident on a scooter, it’s +/-2km outside the CBD, but grab app is good too Pro tip ask for room 1 or 2 good view of rice felids
• Ignacio (3/5): you get what you pay for I guess - the price, location and staff were the best things about the accom. The breakfast was okay and the ladies making the breakfast and beds were so lovely. the beds were quite uncomfortable as we woke up everyday with a back ache but then again different people like different beds. we booked a room with a fan because it has been enough for us in other hotels but this fan was quite slow and there was no air flowing in our room.

• Guillaume..s (10/5): Peaceful stay in ubud - Quiet place, 10/15 min away from center depending of traffic. Nice view over rice field, clean room, hot water, good breakfast and nice owners. The pool is really clean, you can enjoy it. Easy parking to put your scooter in front of the entrance.
• Charlotte (5/5): please make sure your room has an AC before you book! other than that, pleasant for a short stay. - the location was great and relatively near the centre. a short grab ride got us everywhere. there was only a fan in the room and no AC. it did state this on the booking and we thought we would be fine. however, this fan did absolutely nothing and the room was hotter than outside. the shower is basically inside the room and the whole room isn’t very spacious. the pool is also just a large pond. sadly we had to leave one night early as we just couldn’t sleep in the heat anymore.

• Rebecca (7/5): Good room, weird energy from the owner - The room was very nice, aesthetic, and clean. The cleaning ladies tried their best to be helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good -- one fried egg, two pieces of toast, and a bowl of fruit. The pool was nice, but very small. Like an oversized hot tub. I felt like there was just the sense from the owner that she didn't want to be helpful? The property is far from everything and when we asked if she rented bikes she said that she doesn't anymore.. but didn't make any movement to help us find bikes to rent (which we didn't find). The wifi didn't reach to our room and when we asked to change rooms (seriously just 20 min after arrival) they said that there were no rooms available to change to. Which was a clear lie because there were several open rooms visibly unoccupied.

Breakfast was included which was a plus point. Coffee and tea is available 24*7. Super sweet hosts. Totally recommend.. I wish there were more lights in the rooms.

The breakfast included was very tasty and all in all for the price we paid for the accommodation we were very happy with all aspects. We had no complaints. The family who run the accommodation were excellent, it was very clean and quiet.

Nice little pool to cool down and a small supermarket just up the road for essentials. The fan in the room was plenty but there was the option of upgrading to air conditioning. Great view of the rice fields too! The location was perfect for me but it’s a little out of Ubud so you needed taxis into the centre for food, shopping etc. A fridge in the room would be my only room for improvement!
