I got the room in which shower area was small but still i like the hotel...have gym, food area, good laundry.... Always recommend to everyone.

They have 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms suites. The location of this apartment hotel makes it worth the price. The service is impeccable. Whole staff is very polite n courteous. Food is decent. We are here for more than couple of months and just feel so comfortable like a second home.

The staff is outstanding- the managers, front desk and chef are very helpful and caring , . Food is very good. They custom made every request in a very tasty and dietary needsโ way- was the best part of our stay. Bed was good, room was ok- hard to open or pull curtain back because of noise. Hard to just sit in the room. Kitchen was convenient but I really did not have time to cook. The Utensils provided were not enough plus the non stick pan was old, not functional and had surfaces coming out and very unsafe to use to cook. The bathroom was not good at all. The Water Taps were erratic with hot water. Shower was so close to wall and on top of the tap, it was impossible to stand or shower properly. Shower stall, door, caulking around shower were all in terrible shape. The bathroom door should have been opening outside as it gets in the way of everything. Closing the bathroom door - it is suffocating. Opening it gets in way of toilet. The towels are old and can be replaced with newer towels.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and perfect if youโre staying a bit longer. The staff is very helpful and always ready to sort things quickly. Big thanks to Mr. Prakash from the food team. Very humble person and always made sure our requirements were taken care of properly. Overall, very smooth stay. Would definitely come back.

The place has a front desk staffed along with security at the gate. Excellent customer service overall, with special kudos to Mr. Prakash for excellent service at breakfast. The apartments are clean with all the enmities. Only thing is the shower area (tiles and grout) need to be upgraded.

The service is truly exceptional โ from the welcoming front office team led by Jagdish, to the housekeeping staff who always go out of their way to accommodate every request. The laundry service is spotless, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. The property is very well located, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major parts of the city โ making it ideal for both long stays and busy schedules. I asked for a studio apartment with balcony and they helped with it. Its wheelchair friendly. My son is disabled and I came by myself to check it out so i could bring him next time. They even offered help getting him in and out or the property due to a a couple of stairs at the entrance. Felt safe as a solo woman traveler. Going back there again on my next visit without doubt. Also the food is amazing. It reminds me of the olden days in Bangalore, my childhood. Which i deeply missed, those flavours living in Norway for so long. Recommend it 100% !

Spacious rooms which includes a small kitchen and a fairly equipped small gym. Wifi is good, and each room has a separate wired connection. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always attained our requests very quickly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone specially for long stays.

The room is fully equipped. it has a kitchen with induction and water purifier, Study table, dining table, tv, ac and other stuff. you can order groceries and cook your own food. the best thing that i liked was the room service. Workers are so humble and caring. It's a safe location and feels like home. there is Bob's cafe within 100m. The food menu has limited varieties but it's pocket friendly.

- Rahul (10/5): Awesome stay. - Overall experience is very good. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Location is good. Breakfast menu need to include more dishes but served food was good.
- Anita (8/5): Good overall experience - The serviced apartment is a good choice if you need to stay a bit longer. It has cooking facilities. The wifi was good. The overall experience of the studio was good but it does need to be refurbished, especially the bathroom and the furniture needs an upgrade. Locationwise, it is centrally located and gives easy access to restaurants and cafรฉs. Since the building is on a busy comemercial road it is quite noisy. The staff in reception were helpful. Good place to stay in.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Right on 100ft road - The stay was ok. There was too much of noise from the next room where there were a bunch of college kids drinking and yelling the whole night. The room was clean but the bathrooms could be cleaner.
- Talal (6/5): Very good Appartment of 2 rooms with kitchen - Size of the Appartment is very sufficient and comfortable for 4 people except that they don't provide 4 single beds for for people, they only have double bed which they count as 2 per bed; which is not applicable in friends situation. Other than we find it good to sta here, even we stayed only one night then we relocate to other part of the city .. Regards
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Reached midnight and called hotel for the address... reception staff was sleepy and asked us to come in tomorrow - horrible experience for check in... apart from that hotel was was not so bad... breakfast options were veery less... money is for the location otherwise not worth it....

- Madhu (10/5): Great place in the heart of the city - My wife and I stayed at Tristar for 45 days ending Jan 20th and enjoyed our extended stay. The room was truly a mini-apartment with a nice bed, A/C, and a small kitchen with a stove and pots/pans/cups/utensils, and a mini-fridge. The location was amazing....just steps away from Bflat, Humming Tree, and across the street from Starbucks, as well as several dozen other popular neighborhood eateries and bars. The Indiranagar Metro was a short 15 min walk along the bustling neighborhood. The highlight of the stay was the amazing staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. There were always fresh towels and sheets and the room was always nicely serviced each day when we went out for lunch. There's also a nice little gym upstairs, room deck, and complimentary freshly cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.
- Rebecca (8/5): Friendly staff and well located - We booked several nights here spread over two weeks as I was using Bangalore as a hub for travel around Southern India. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is a bit old now in the rooms, the hallways and foyers are lovely. The rooms could do with a refurb, but are still quite serviceable and comfortable. The airconditioning and wireless is superb, and the rooms do cut out quite a lot of the road noise.
