- Darwin (10/5): highly recommended !!! this hotel is very much worth the money. Best hotel experience. no cap. Made my first bangkok vis - staffs are very accommodating and polite. Nut and Cake at the reception helped me a lot and had good suggestions on how to get around. airport pick up was helpful. one less thing to worry abt as soon as you arrive. free cold drinks at the reception is perfect for the hot weather. they also have a weighing scale that guests can use. buggy service is very convenient to go to airline train and pratunam market rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. so much services included and things to experience just from the hotel. we left our bags after checkout to go out again. there is a shower you can use 24hrs even after the checkout which was very nice in case you want to freshen up before heading to the airport. hair dryer, toiletries and towels provided. so basically i liked everything. free breakfast and dinner for guests was excellent.

- Romar (10/5): It was an exceptional stay! I am highly recommending staying at Vince Hotel when your in Bangkok. - The hotel is great. The hotel room was nice , clean and comfortable. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. It is near to a BTS station and ARL station, near to shopping malls, a few minutes walk to Pratunam market. Pool area is nice specially at night. The food in the breakfast and dinner buffet is nice. They also have a free buggy service to bring you to some drop off locations that will bring you closer to the place you want to go. They also have a free use of Thai tradional dress and a free photoshoot! It was exceptional, we really enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks to Som and Nam! None

De ruimte van het ontbijt was erg druk en er was veel geluid. Leuk zwembad en fijne breng/ haal service naar het station. Na de checkout werd de bagage veilig opgeborgen en kon men gebruik maken van de douche.

A nossa reserva incluía o jantar em buffet e é completamente inacreditável que se tenha de pagar 40 baths (+ de 1 euro) por beber água e não é engarrafada. Nas restantes bebidas, aceita-se completamente, na água é surreal, quando para mais oferecem 2 garrafas em cada quarto.

- Gabor (8/5): 3 Tage in Bangkok - Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war bequem und das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel ist nicht weit von der Endstation der Flughafen-S-Bahn entfernt. Die Rooftop-Bar war abends ein angenehmer Ort. Die meisten Touristenattraktionen in Bangkok liegen am Flussufer und sind vom Hotel aus mit dem Taxi in etwa 20–30 Minuten erreichbar. Das Essen im Hotel war nicht überzeugend. Es gab zwar eine Auswahl, aber nur wenige Gerichte trafen unseren Geschmack.

- Karina (1/5): Over hype accommodation - The location was nearby the shopping area, but due to the traffic situation most of the time the ride will take some time Room & Facility Issues: • Climate Control: The air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning and failed to cool the space, making the stay very uncomfortable. • Plumbing & Hygiene: The shower water heater was completely non-functional, and the bidet pressure was extremely weak, making basic hygiene difficult. Service & Operational Failures: • Delayed Check-in: Despite standard check-in times, we were not able to access our room until 5:00 PM due to "room unavailability." This significantly disrupted our schedule. • Poor Communication: Upon arrival, the concierge failed to provide a clear or professional explanation of the house rules, leaving us uninformed during our stay. The combination of a five-hour delay and a room with multiple mechanical failures is unacceptable.

MJUKA SÄNGAR OCH BRA TÄCKEN/KUDDAR. Poolen börjar bli till åren och var grumlig till och från. 300 bath för en drink och 160 för en liten öl ätär lite väl dyrt.
