- 匿名 (9/5): Good choice - 1. Very close to JR station, less than 5 minutes on foot but you need to wait for a traffic light to cross a road that may take you a few minutes. 2. Staff was nice and helpful. 3. There're 2 coin-washing machines. One poured detergent automatically while the other doesn't. The former one costs you more. If you use the latter but don't have detergent, you can buy it from the reception at a low price. Perhaps the hotel had some bad experience with customers who checked out late or other issues, I received a couple of papers with a few reminders and fine upon checking-in.

- Stephen (9/5): Great hotel with really friendly staff - The location was perfect. Couple minute walk to coco curry, McDonald’s and mos burger for cheap easy meals I think the pillows were filled with rocks, they were so hard. I just ended up using an extra blanket as my pillow.

- Jason (8/5): Good location close to train station - A very close walk to the train station. I quite like this town, it's very quaint, and not so busy. Everything is a good walking distance Room was standard Japan size and the bathroom too. Everything was comfortable but only stayed one night. The staff were very helpful and they had accepted my luggage transfer 2 nights before my arrival. Was a pretty simple affair not much to not like. No free coffee or tea facilities.

- Erin (8/5): Clean and comfortable, walking distance of Matsumoto Castle - This was nice compared to other hotels we stayed at. The rooms are warm, clean. Has an electric kettle and mini refrigerator. I liked the bathtub as well. However, the facilities are rather old and the rooms are small. Beds for two are a small double rather than a queen size mattress.
