• David (2/5): Très mauvaise expérience malgré un prix exorbitant - Séjour très décevant. Prix total avec frais de séjour : plus de 220 € la nuit avec petits déjeuners. À l’arrivée, on nous dit que les chiens ne sont pas acceptés alors que c’était inscrit dans ma réservation. Chambre minuscule, penderie au milieu de la pièce, seulement 30 cm pour accéder à la salle de bain. La douche était sale, joints noirs et moisis, serviettes tachées. La seule fenêtre donnait sur un patio sombre, sans lumière du jour. Petit-déjeuner minimaliste et entièrement industriel. Quand j’en ai parlé en partant, on m’a répondu que la chambre était « en travaux » et que l’ouvrier n’avait pas déplacé le meuble… Pour s’excuser, ils ont simplement indiqué qu’ils ne factureraient pas de supplément pour mon petit chien. Rapport qualité/prix catastrophique : il existe bien mieux à Paris pour beaucoup moins cher.

Petit déjeuner peu varié et de qualité moyenne ( pain et viennoiserie pas top) sans parler de la charcuterie qui vu la couleur n’était pas à son premier séjour sur le buffet. Une expérience que je ne renouvellerai pas.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Boa escolha - O Hotel tem atendentes bastante solícitos e acomodações conforme constam nas fotos do site. Fica numa região tranquila, que embora um pouco distante do centro de Paris é bem servido por Metrô, Táxis e ônibus.

• Nicolas (8/5): Un trois étoiles mais peut mieux faire. - Il y a les hôtels 3 étoiles qui en mettent plein la vue et il y a ceux qui ont leurs étoiles parce qu'ils remplissent les critères pour avoir ces 3 étoiles. L'hôtel Jenner est plutôt de la deuxième catégorie. Ce sont certains petits détails qui donnent ce sentiment. Le savon et le shampoing en petits conditionnement, l'étroitesse de la salle de bains avec un lavabo qui encombre partiellement l'accès à la douche, le débit un peu faible de la douche, la prise électrique dévissée près de la table de nuit, le froid dans le couloir des parties communes pour aller au petit déjeuner, les deux trous de l'ancienne position du sèche-cheveux non rebouchés. Ce sont des petits détails mais ils viennent ternir la qualité de la prestation, qui, pour le coup, est très bonne. Draps propres, litterie confortable, chambre propre et complète, petit déjeûner diversifié, etc. Ce premier séjour d'une nuit n'aura pas suffi à me fidéliser.

The bathroom could use a deep clean or an upgrade, but otherwise I found it a fine pied à terre (about 20-30 min by public transit to everything). Very helpful staff once I arrived. However, the change conditions for reservations were ridiculous. And after ghosting the Hotels.com support team, they made the change after I arrived (even after I said I didn't want it, and, of course too late to make the other arrangements I was looking at weeks earlier). The staff handled it well, but it was a huge bummer.

Gang avstand til metro og 15 minutter å gange til biblioteket Mitrand og stasjonen som har stoppested til Metro 14 som går dirkete til Orly og RER som kjører alle retninger. Det var en lørdagsmarked med mange godbiter 50 meter fra hotellet på lørdag.

They were flexible about checking out time and leaving the luggage in the room. Needs to be improved : No possibility of making tea or coffee in the room and the fridge did not work.

• Susan (6/5): - The good: just a few minutes walk from the metro, great bakery for breakfast a block away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good wifi, lots of hot water and good water pressure. The bad: Only one light worked in our bathroom, the one over the shower. The light over the sink didn't work, and neither did the hair dryer. We reported these to the front desk after our first night, but neither was fixed by the time we left a few days later. Also the main heating system in our room didn't seem to be working properly, we were only able to get it to turn on once. Fortunately we were able to use the bathroom heater/towel warmer to keep the chill off in our room. It was also noisy, not from the street, but from the other rooms, we could hear people talking on their phones, walking around, etc. Given the price we paid, which was low for Paris, our experience was OK.
• Jade (6/5): Chambre convenable mais à améliorer - La chambre est convenable. Les nuisances sonores peuvent être un problème lorsque la chambre a la porte en bas des escaliers. Il manquait une des deux portes pour fermer la cabine de douche, le couvercle de la poubelle de sdb était cassé, ainsi que le sèche-cheveux. Cela devrait être des points facile à régler mais qui ne l’était pas en tout cas au moment de mon séjour, bien dommage pour le prix payé. La taille de la chambre est confortable, tout comme la literie, et le rangement.

• Ian (6/5): EMPLOY PEOPLE WHO CAN STAY AWAKW. - Stayed here for 5 nights. First time in Paris for both of us and it was a lovely little hotel. One massive problem though, the night receptionist on three of the nights was asleep every single time we came back to hotel anytime after 12. Not just dosing on his chair, he was lying down asleep where people eat breakfast. The second night we had to ring the hotel to wake him up and on the third night before we went out for the evening we told him, we’d be back but we will ring again if he is asleep…we got back at 1:30 pm and he was asleep again with the phone off the hook. It was an absolute joke. The other 3 members of staff we came across were lovely and very friendly and pleasant but this guy needs a day job. Deplorable service.
• Joshua (10/5): Comfortable room away from the bustle of the city - AC with in room controls!!!! Room was clean, comfortable, and nice to cool off after a hot day in the city. Not near the major tourist attractions but right between two different metro lines and along a bus route that goes right to the Louvre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady during the day who checked us in and we would see as we were leaving spoke great English. Room was always clean when we returned. Area seemed very safe as it was nestled in between apartment buildings that housing young families. Loved getting a hot sandwich directly across the street at the Mayam when we would be getting in late. There was a wonderful bakery, Fournil De L'Excellence, on the next corner on the same block as the Mayan. Next time in Paris, I plan to stay here again.

Bonne literie et hôtel bien situé. Problème de carte d accès pour la chambre. Le stagiaire à l accueil n était pas formé pour résoudre le problème....longue attente. Réveil le lundi matin avec de la perceuse dans le couloir.

• Rebecca (8/5): - Small, older hotel next to the hospital. Overall nice and welcoming staff, who speak English well enough. The breakfast buffet is basic (no hot dishes) but enough to get you going for the day. Some rooms open into an open courtyard, which provides some fresh breeze in the summer but might be too much in the winter. The walls are thin so be conscientious of neighboring guests! Bathroom was really small. Good location near Accor Arena (walking distance) and metro stations, with a scattering of food options in the area too. A decent deal for the price in Paris.

The room was clean although a bit small (I think this is common in Paris Hotels), and most importantly,, the bed was very comfortable. I was there for 4 nights and it was good value.

I didn't have breakfast but the hotel provided free coffee in the morning at the tiny breakfast area. The overnight staff member didn't deal with my complaint at 6;20 am that I was awaken by a sound of furniture moving around on the floor above me! That really spoiled my stay at the hotel!
