- Carmen (8/5): Estancia muy agradable - Ubicación, limpieza, amplitud, las camas cómodas, las zonas comunes cuidadas, piscina y lavadero con y detalles, libros y sombrillas q pudimos llevar a la playa. No vi a Enrique pero ya me había contactado antes de llegar y cada día se no consultó por whatsapp si necesitabamos algo. Muy recomendable. Las cortinas de oscurecimiento, al estar en barra separadas de la ventana y un poco escasas dejan pasar bastante luz muy temprano. Estábamos arriba y las escaleras al ser muy circulares son incómodas al bajar, pero eso es más difícil de solucionar!!

Etwas hellhörige Wände, vor allem in Richtung Treppenhaus, da hört man jeden Schritt. Aktuell außerdem eine Baustelle für neue Anlagen direkt neben- und hintendran, bei uns direkt vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern.

Kitchen equipment was basic but more than adequate for our needs. The pool was really lovely and clean and plenty of sun beds. Host was easy to contact and very accommodating. Gentilezza e disponibilità dell host anche a lasciare bagagli in armadietto con chiave a fine soggiorno con possibilità anche di usare bagno e doccia. Bella l’idea di poter usufruire di ombrelloni, giochi per bambini etc lasciati da altri ospiti a fine soggiorno . Comfy beds and sturdy bunkbed. Balcony has view of the sea. Quiet, clean pool area with tables, chairs and loungers. There were parasols and beach kit left by previous guests which we found only after we had bought one !. Comms from the staff were excellent and really helpful. Nearby beaches are stunning. Es una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de los comercios y zona de restaurantes, no tener que coger el coche es un lujo!! Está en segunda linea de playa pero desde mi apartamento veía el mar y tiene un paseo que recorre toda la costa muy bonito para ver el atardecer. El apartamento aunque parecía antiguo en el interior tiene un exterior muy de les illes, Blanco y todo muy limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para mí estancia, camas cómodas, aire acondicionado que iba perfecto, una nevera grande y un balcón más grande de lo que se veía en las fotos. La piscina genial, hamacas súper cómodas, piscina bien cuidada y disponía de sombrillas para uso común y algún utensilio para la playa para los peques. Todo decorado sencillo pero con muy buen gusto . Tienen una habitación dónde hay lavadora de uso compartido y proporcionaban detergente .Nos resultó muy útil para lavar toallas de playa durante la semana. El anfitrión muy atento de que todo estuviera en orden y muy amable por preguntar si nuestra estancia estaba yendo bien. Por poner algo, la vista desde mi habitación , hay un edificio en construcción al lado pero ni ruido ni nada durante mis vacaciones.

- Marek (10/5): Spokojne miejsce tuż przy morzu, idealne do biegania i relaksu z rodziną – basen, leżaki, restauracj - Spokojne i ciche miejsce, z dala od miejskiego zgiełku – dokładnie to, czego szukaliśmy. Apartament był fantastycznie położony, tuż przy morzu, a dodatkowo obok prowadziła świetna trasa do biegania. Rano można było zrobić trening wzdłuż wybrzeża, a potem wskoczyć od razu do wody – idealne połączenie. W pobliżu są trzy restauracje – dwie naprawdę bardzo dobre, jedna przeciętna, ale też przydatna, no i sklep w zasięgu kilku minut spacerem. Na dole basen – ogromny plus, szczególnie dla dzieci, które nie zawsze chciały spędzać cały dzień na plaży. Leżaki i stoły przy basenie tworzyły fajną przestrzeń do odpoczynku i poczytania książki. Świetne miejsce na spokojny urlop – polecam każdemu, kto chce złapać balans między relaksem, aktywnością i czasem z rodziną.

- Florin (10/5): 3 nights stay at Ibiza Apartamentos #20 - The facility's that this property has. Cleanse of the room. The view from out balcony/ terrace. How easy was the check in and also checkout. There is a construction site right now around the apartments building but from out room the noise was not so intense. Particularly for me what I didn't like was that there are few parking lots on the street and always you need to search hardly for a parking place.

- Lisa (8/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - Fantastic little spot. Access was easy. We just let ourselves in and out. It was spotless and we loved the location close to the sea, it was perfect for us and we hope to come back. The pool area was lovely and quiet although the area is so beautiful we found ourselves sunbathing on the rocks and not using it at all. We do a lot of walking and we were very close to the boardwalk that we were able to do big long walks every day by the water. Beautiful. We had nothing negative to report. I was there with my mum who wouldn't have managed the stairs with her case but I managed it okay.

- Michela (9/5): Recommended stay in Maiorca - The flat is conveniently located close to the sea. It is refurbished, pretty modern and spacious enough. Bed linen and towels are included. We had a very nice terrace and even if we faced the street, we could have dinner quietly and with privacy. Swimming pool is nice and the property itself is clean. Finding parking can be a challenge in August.
- Anita (9/5): Good apartament in reasonable price - The location was good. Close to the beach, market, and restaurants. The air-conditioning is doing the job. Be aware that it is only in the living room, but if you leave the bedroom door open, it will be good enough. Nice terrace with the furniture and indirect side see view as well as swimming pool view. The swimming pool is small but again good enough. Kitchen with large fridge freezer, which is important, especially in the summer. Other equipment is basic but again good enough for ad hoc holiday cooking. Communication was very good with the host via WhatsApp messages. Another positive was the washing machine in the laundry room by the swimming pool with the washing powder provided. We had a car. There is no parking at the property and no chance to park on the street by the hotel at least at the time when we were there, but 5 minutes walk, there is a free car park, which is also busy but we always managed to find the space. The bonus was the beach umbrellas provided by the host at the arrival. And big positive and thanks for facilities provided for late checkout. We had room to leave our languages, which we had access to all the time with shower and toilet. Space on the bottom bank bed was very limited. The bathroom again did the job but could do with improvements it seemed a bit out of date.

- Juliana (6/5): Basic apartment - Very basic accommodation in the quiet part of Colònia Sant Jordi, about 10/15min walk to the Main Street where all the restaurants are. Aircon worked ok but only in the living room, would be nice to have a fan in the rooms. There is a washing machine downstairs near the pool that we could use. Beds & pillows ok, water pressure worked well too. There is no parking but we were lucky that every day we managed to get a stop right in front the apartment. Firstly the Apartment with sea view advertised is not really the case, for us was a partial sea view, not pleasant to sit in the balcony looking at another building. Pls see photos. It seems that the living room is missing some furniture, not comfortable for 4 people, the small room with the bunk bed had no storage, kitchen appliances were minimum but we were just eating breakfast there so it was ok. Would appreciate a couple of wine glasses.

- Peter (4/5): The location is perfect, but I had the worst experience of my life at the apartment. - The area is fantastic, the location is perfect, close to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The village is wonderful, perfect for those who want a peaceful holiday. We travelled with 5 people, 2 couples and a child. When we booked, there were no clearly identifiable pictures of the accommodation, and it would have never occurred to me that four adults and a child would be given an apartment with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. When I pointed this out, I received no understanding or attempt to rectify this, so I was forced to sleep separately from my wife, who slept with the child on the bunk bed. The kitchen is horribly under-equipped, with a single double hob so small that the saucepan and the large one no longer fit side by side, no oven, a mini portion of dishwashing liquid (that were enough only for 3 days), minimal utensils. I have never been in an apartment where the basic ingredients left by previous tenants were not there, e.g. salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. Here there was nothing. The landlord was very grumpy, no smile, and on the day of departure, after a 15-minute delay, he changed the return code to the apartment, so we didn't even have access to our things, and then he was pointing in the staircase, saying what the hell, let's get the hell out of here. I have never had such a negative experience with a host in 25 years of travelling.
- Jane (8/5): Very good - Air-conditioning a bit hit and miss and only went down to 22deg. A bit too warm for me at night. Stairs a bit steep and narrow. Not too much of a problem for us as didn't have big suitcases

We needed blender and the host provided it to us. We were also provided by request nice warm blankets. Location is close to the wide beach with the national reserve and super beautiful sea. Limited sea view from our balcony. There are rooms with a better sea view.

- Jade (7/5): Great location and good value for money but dated and noisy - This place is a decent stay for the price. Myself and my friend stayed here and even had our own rooms each which was lovely as we had a lot of space. 4 people could stay here and it would have been an even better price. Good walking distance to plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, beach area and the port where there are even more restaurants My main issue is you can hear everything from your neighbours. From snoring, to doors closing, people showering even people scraping their dinners from their plates in to the bin. So you can imagine what it's like if people were actually laughing and just being noisy in general. I found this highly annoying especially when I was trying to sleep. My friend also had a very weird smell coming from her room, almost like an old damp smell and we weren't surprised as it is quite a dated building.

Beds were very comfortable so slept very well. The host (Enrique) communication was excellent and as promised he let us know if we could get into the apartment early as we used the overnight ferry. And thankfully for us the apartment was cleaned and ready for us. Would definitely recommend these apartments Nothing
