Guest Reviews
- Noemi (10/5): -
- Audrey (7/5): - Bed was comfortable Parking was not secure and outside yet had to be paid.
- Stephen (6/5): Actual room up to par, but the "partnering" w/3rd parties is not up to my Bonvoy expectations - Location is good for access to surrounding companies and the Convention Center. The room itself is up to what I've come to expect from Aloft. I have a restricted diet for health reasons so I did not get the breakfast as the items were "off the menu" for me. I ate in my room.
I was told by the front-desk that the "shuttle" apparently only drops off and doesn't do a return trip ? How is that useful ?
There is a button on the lightswitch panel marked "Press for Housekeeping", which apparently doesn't actually do anything but there is no signage or indication that you have to ask for it at the front-desk. I get that most hotels are not doing housekeeping everyday now, but that button needs to be covered or there needs to be signage.
The outsourced parking is *horrible*. Rather than just pay at the desk, I had to sign up with the third-party parking services company they use and now have an account with them which I did not ask for and can't seem to get rid of.
This particular property has some issues that need to be looked at and which I've not experienced at other Alofts.

- Gicela (8/5): Clean, modern rooms, but parking could be better. - Very clean, comfortable rooms. Parking. Was not informed prior to booking or checking in that i would have to pay to park. Ended up paying the fee and still received a notice on my car the next morning.

- mercedez (1/5): - Locations The door of the room wouldn’t lock and the person at the front desk just was like what u want me to do!
- Erika (7/5): - The hotel was clean The guy that checked us in could have been alot more friendly
- Angelina (10/5): -
- Jerry (7/5): I like it and would stay again - Only grabbed coffee. The body wash and hair products (Dry Bar) excellent. Nice the place has a bar because nothing else is close but as usual with the Bay Area the price for a cocktail is steep LOL. Kind of odd smell in hallways and rooms.
- Joseph (1/5): - There was a flashing light on the ceiling in our room that kept waking us up all night, I think it had to do with the fire alarm system. Trying to sleep in a pitch black room with a bright flashing light is next to impossible
- RAQUEL (8/5): -
- Duy (8/5): It was good for a short stay. - Comfy beds, block out shade, showers with strong water flow. Pillows are too soft. Toilet need couple of flush to clear.
- Ruby (10/5): - Really nice and clean! Makes me feel comfortable

- Marlena (8/5): They stay wasn’t bad, we mind our business and we were able to still nap - The location, not in a busy area. It was nice and quiet besides the train coming and going. The train when it comes during the day or early morning when I’m still asleep since they do make a loud noise by using their “choo choo horn”. Also, the walls are very thin, I can hear the person on the upper floor walking back and forth or when their using the bathroom and when someone is walking outside our hotel room.

- Patricia (10/5): Great stay for when you are in town for a quick trip - It was located above the main road so the views were pleasant.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. You had to pay for parking but on an app and not conveniently through the room charges.
The lobby did not offer enough seating for social groups/gatherings.
In the evening They had a musician who still probably needs more lessons. He played poorly but loud so conversations were difficult. We were told he should stop at 9 pm but he kept going so ultimately we broke up our gathering.
- Richard (6/5): -
- Hailee (1/5): not a good time. - the pool table. i did not enjoy my stay.
-check in was difficult, the man at the desk was not helpful.
-i was charged but the front desk insisted my card declined even thought my bank statements showed different.

- Jaime (10/5): Five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Modern decor, clean, lots of parking, nice bar, live music. Good vibes all around. Exceptional staff!Rooms were nicely equipped (everything in working order) A/C and temperature controls worked great! I’m a positive person, so I didn’t notice any negative things. I’ve been to so-called great hotels in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Mexico. Your Hotel is in the top tier. We had zero issues everything was great!
- Claire (9/5): - Good location to walk to Levi’s Stadium. Nice comfortable bed. Could hear traffic, planes and the train which didn’t bother us but if staying perhaps ask for a quiter room.
- Lazaro (8/5): Stay was amazing only down side was the parking once lot was full you need to park on the street - Staff was friendly and helpful hotel was clean parking was ok we needed to park on the street still had to pay there aswel Parking
- Meagan (10/5): - It was great and convenient for the niners game. Room was nice
- Mark (8/5): 性价比一般般 - 交通方便, 早餐太差
- Laura (10/5): - Soft pillows, fridge in room, very clean, the staff was wonderful and friendly. Parking was a decent 15$/night. There was a very bright flashing light on the smoke detector. But it wasn't a major issue.
- Taulealea (5/5): -
- McGrogan (10/5): -
- Thomas (9/5): -
- Priscila (9/5): - Location and view No good breakfast.
- Kenny (10/5): -
- Ana (7/5): - Rooms were spacious and clean The train passing by too often
- Richard (7/5): Good ppace to stay with entertainment downstairs - This hotel smelled so good the minute we walked in and throughout our stay. Its was clean! The room had good space. Fitness room was good. Bar area, seating, and pool table were a plus for us. No microwave in our room
Towels felt like sandpaper
Bathroom door was a sliding door, not good for privacy when sharing with friends or relatives.
- RIcardo (9/5): Pleasant stay - I like the quiet area. The carpet was dirty.
- Lopez (9/5): -
- Josue (7/5): Everything was great. Until we tired to use the TV and it wouldn’t work at all. We tried watching a movie or connecting - The look. Maintenance.
- Leilani (10/5): -
- edgar (10/5): - La limpieza
- Anil (6/5): Better value elsewhere - Good location, clean room Breakfast was crap. What was available did not suffice. No creamer for coffee. Not enough food
- Janis Barda (10/5): - Lieliska viesnīca, ļoti komfortabla, augstie griesti, viss jauns un tīrs. Laipna apkalpošana, draudzīgs personāls.
- Garcia (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Stayed for the 49ers game and the location was perfect.i will definitely be making this hotel my place to stay when coming to watch my Niners play. There was one small hick-up, my power did shut off for about 15 minutes until one of the maintenance guys came and got it back on.
- Alexandru-Cosmin (10/5): -
- Felipe (6/5): - The bathroom was super small.
- Andrea (6/5): - Comfy bed, easy access to Levi’s stadium Very expensive for a one night stay
- Leesa (8/5): Great hotel for going to Levi Stadium - The location was great for going to a game at Levi stadium, walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable, toilet and shower was separate to the basin and mirror which was good for a family. Staff were friendly. Not many food options nearby. Breakfast was included in our room price but was a bit confusing when we got there. It’s a “choose one item off a menu” kind of deal.
- Jimmy (10/5): - Pet friendly
- Xin (8/5): - It’s 3/4 star hotel with new construction, nice, clean, competitive price for the location. But with weird design for bed room and bathroom, definitely not conventional style, it could be noisy when someone use bathroom or take bath. Breakfast is ticket system with small fresh cooked sandwich for the ticket and the rest of items might need to pay for, parking lot is big but it’s also need to pay. The price for the hotel could be high or low overnight due to the location is good for business trip or conference hotel purposes. For family trip, might not a good choice. No microwave might be common in California.
- haitong (10/5): - —
- Crystal (4/5): Overpriced and dirty - Toilet didn’t flush well and ants were all in the room and dirty stained hand towel
- ingrid (6/5): -
- Danielle (8/5): - The location and the pool table. The bar was only open for a certain amount of time. And our room had ants. When I let the front desk know about it. They made it seem like it was something normal. And the fridge was too small.
- Jennifer (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay here. Very colorful and modern decor and very nice staff. I did have ants in our 5th floor room which surprised me and we had to toss a bunch of snacks we had on the table. I was also disappointed to find i had to pay for parking. Otherwise its great access to Levi Stadium and Great America. The room was comfortable and hotel was quiet.
- Armani (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Norman (10/5): - It was a chill hotel. Very much more for business travelers.
- mary antonette (10/5): - I like that it’s new and clean and close to the stadium!
- Greg (10/5): - Staff was friendly and filled with 49ers fans
- Carlos (10/5): - WiFi didn’t work nice; was so slow
- Norma (8/5): - Clean
- Lanny (8/5): - Nice hotel and location for Niners games. Police had the roads blocked off and made it difficult to get to the hotel after the game. Trains going by somewhat often, and the horn is heard in your room.
- Rafael (8/5): -
- Cedric (10/5): - Everything was great staff was Awesome
- Jerry (10/5): - As noted with the 5 stars I had no complaints. Have stayed there a couple times and would not hesitate to stay again
- ERIC AND MEGAN (10/5): - About a. 20 minute walk from the stadium after a game, which is nice avoiding all the traffic
- Sergio (10/5): - Walkable to Levi stadium
