Fresh flowers They had a single microwave by the ice machine (so much easier for their cleaning staff) Good water pressure Soft beds, good pillows. 2 entrances to the room, outside and interior. Nous avions beaucoup de bruit qui provenait de l'industrie derrière le motel jusqu'à dépasser 23h. nous voulions dormir la porte patio ouverte. vous n'avez pas de pouvoir sur les voisins j'en conviens mais je voulais vous en faire part. Je dois vous avouer que la porte patio fermée nous n'entendions pas le voisin bruyant. Bonne isolation accoustique! Et autre petit point a améliorer a mon avis, il n'y avait pas de jus d'orange au déjeuner. Qu'il n'y en ait pas a la salle a manger ca me va mais vous pourriez en mettre disponible dans la machine distributrice ca serait une idée.

(Yogurts, apple, banana, juice, three kind of cereals, oatmeal, muffins, chocolatine, bagel, two kind of bread, boiled egg, fruit salad, tea and coffee) Really good and surprisingly fresh! The staff were very nice and sweet, the room was really tidy. The shampoo, hand soap and body wash are from a local Quebec company that cares about their ingredients. The TV had a lot of channels and overall the room was very silent. The hallway to the rooms are a little echo-y, and it's important to watch your step when you are in the room for the people below you. Location is a little far as some restaurant don't deliver, but overall pretty quiet and good!

- Steven (10/5): - This place is a gem. We arrived a little early which was not an issue. I speak little to bad French and the person at the desk, who may have been the owner, spoke no English, yet a combination of smiles, nods and a smidge of google translate made for a hassle free check in. When he realized that we’d be leaving before breakfast he insisted on putting together a breakfast to go for us which was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom looked recently renovated but with a designer touch. The room had a fridge and microwave which was a much needed plus. The beds were super comfy, the room dark and location quiet. Too bad we only needed to stay for one night. A lovely, characterful place.

Staff: absolutely lovely. They were all super nice. We felt so welcome when we arrived and the cleaning ladies were sweethearts. Location: Ideal. Less than two minute drive from the charming town of La Pocatière, so it was very quiet but close to everything. And there was lots of parking! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling by La Pocatière, it was way nicer than lots of hotels I've stayed in.

- Rod (8/5): Pleasant. - Didn’t care for the breakfast. Better choice of bengals. Nothing hot , like eggs or bacon or sausage. Parking lot was very dark. You need some solar powered lights.

- John or Marianne (4/5): - Even though existing reviews state that the people at this facility speak English, this was not our experience. The check in person responded to our questions in 100 mile an hour French which we did not and could not understand. We were stuck searching for our room in a facility with a confusing layout. In an economy where we are encouraged to spend our money in Canada, this place doesn’t seem to get it. We will not stay here again.
