• Yoshiki (9/5): とにかくスタッフの方々皆様親切。また展示会出席の際は必ずまいります。 - スタッフの方々皆親切でフレンドリー。とても嬉しいことでした。展示会出席にての宿泊でしたのでもちろん最高のロケーションです。朝食も十分でした。 枕のFirmをお願いしたらすぐに対応頂いたのですが、私にはまだ柔らかく、中が藁、またはもみ殻などの羽毛、スポンジでないのが選択にあるといいですね。朝食レストランで、テーブルにティシュー、コーヒーお願いしたのですが、忘れられた方がおられました。エレベーターに乗るときのボタン反応が悪い時がありました。

• Danish Ahmed (2/5): - Nothing. It’s a normal hotel. Restaurant staff behaviour and unhygienic food. A worm was found inside fried chicken. Parking charges even for guests’ visitors and pick/drop service, it looks like a beggar.

• NorthStar26960240943 (2/5): Poor Top Management style Running A Hotel - This was how a breakfast experience look like on a high occupancy on 23rd March 2026. This is an EXPO hotel.which means for high occupancy with exhibition time @ jakarta. The GM was seem not doing enough ensure: 1..replenishment of food, beverage and cutlery are sufficient at ALL TIME. 2. No helping staff except some sales girl came by at 9.30am. Is too late. 3. Pastry item were cool even they replenished. 4. No time for service to maintain a clear buffet counter. 5. Only one coffee machine for a high occupancy. Sales staff were also asked guest to Q for the coffee machine. 6. Some so called "management" staff walked pass also never seem to greet guests a good morning. So much for indonedia hospitality 7. Staff were answered that they have prepared extra table and chair, yet I still have to seat at lobby sofa for breakfast. No action could and been offered to create another new seating as demanded increased. 8. A lot of time, guest have to ask for plate, coffee cup and cutlery. Is a 🌟 🌟 🌟 IHG hotel with sub standard of service delivery. Shame on IHG due to its management style of handling busy period. I have complaint about the room assignment yet.

Starbucks is eraan gekoppeld, faciliteit om take away eten in ontvangst te krijgen dmv soort lockers die buiten bij de ingang waren, taxi’s mogen tot ingang lobby komen. Lekker bed, wc douche, schoon. Was ook op loopafstand van grote Expo hallen, waarvan een ook een bank en geldautomaten heeft, kon dus zovaak ik wilde pinnen

Proses check in was smooth. Also Mas Iqbal was help about the room card. 😊 * The hotel Location was near by PRJ. So easy for us, just walking distance * The room was comfy and we got the PRJ view. Nice 😊 * For the breakfast I think need to improve. As well the staff. We stayed for 3D2N but when came to the bfast All the Buffet was empty, as well Coffee&Tea, and also NO cuttleries, plate even glass ready 😬 * Also need more staff to handle the bfast. We understood hotel was full, but still need it the service during our the guest bfast time 🤔 * The room card, it's like more than 3 times we ask to change coz not working at the lift and the door. * For internet a bit slow motion.. alias Lemot hehehe

• Manfred (10/5): Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen, jedoch würde ich das Frühstück stark reduzieren - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut und günstig. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist außerordentlich gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig mit Fleisch, Reis, Suppe, Obst und Gemüse. Aber als sehr negativ ist zu bewerten, dass alle Speisen nur lauwarm und meistens sogar kalt sind. Immerhin ist die Suppe heiß gewesen.

• Karnika (9/5): Overall, I liked the place, and the staff is great. - I liked the convenience of the location to the International Expo. Also the staff is great. They are all very friendly and willing to put in extra effort to ensure you have a nice stay. Especially Faisal and the entire restaurant crew, excellent service! I did not like the requirement for a paid entry for vehicles coming to the hotel's drop-off/pick-up area at the lobby. This was extremely inconvenient when getting Grab rides. Additionally, I sometimes did not receive a receipt or forgot to ask for one. Since this was a business trip, it was annoying later when I had to submit my expenses.

• vera lau (8/5): Enjoyable, quality short stay. - I like the room its as requested twin bed. Very comfortable bed and room that we got. Very descent towel standard. The amenities using Dove brand and smells so nice. Inside the fridge, small bar chiller. If you have children, the connecting rooms are beneficial. If you are going to JIEXPO for a concert or exhibition, this is a nice place to stay. Nice walking distance to venue. The hotel has a pool too. The connectinng door obviiusly not sound proof. The breakfast need improvement. I had a pack of nasi goreng on the god (early morning flight) and the taste is not standard. Like rice mix with soy cause and sweet soysauce with no additional inside the rest. Off box received 2 mini sausage, and sunnyside up with tea/ coffee.
