- Inchol (9/5): - I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay for 2 nights and 3 days. The view from the room, overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean beyond, was as beautiful as a landscape painting. The room was also very comfortable, and the staff service was excellent. However, I injured my knee on the sharp 90-degree edge at the end of the underwater pool stairs. I believe that children, in particular, could easily get hurt there as well. I think it would be much safer if this corner could be slightly rounded off by grinding the sharp edge a little.

De roltrappen waren buiten gebruik . Het leek wel een spookstad . Het zwembad was slecht onderhouden en vies . Het personeel kon niet fatsoenlijk engels . We zijn de zelfde avond nog weer vertrokken! Ook een refund voor de andere 3 geboekte nachten zat er niet in ! Verschrikkelijk! Nooit heen gaan en failliet laten gaan ! Weg gegooid geld!!

Cả gia đình đi tắm bể bơi lên đều bị ngấm nước vì không được tắm gội kịp thời và cả gia đình mình đều đã bị ốm. Nói chung FLC đã quá xuống cấp trầm trọng

Chỗ đỗ xe rộng rãi thoải mái. Nhân viên lễ tân không thân thiện. Phòng đã vận hành lâu năm nên hơi cũ. Các ổ cắm điện đều lỏng không cắm được nạp điện thoại.

- Robert (3/5): Not as advertised. - It was disappointing. There are 3 different hotels or parts of the same hotel. The reviews on booking.com group these all together which is very deceptive along with the pictures on the advert as they show different locations. There is a massive difference between the 3 hotels. For the majority of advertised services you had to go to a different location. Also lots of the facilities were just closed. Our room was very tired, old and grotty. We didn’t stay after we discovered all of these problems we checked out after a few hours and found a different hotel.

Bãi tắm trong khuôn viên flc cũng rất tuyệt: sạch, có nhân viên bv cảnh báo khi có sóng lớn, nước lên cao. 3. Khuôn viên flc rất hài hòa, nhiều cây xanh, thoáng đãng, mát mẻ. 4. Khu vực hành lang ks luôn có nhân viên vệ sinh lau dọn rất sạch và an toàn ki di chuyển k bị trơn trượt. 1. Khách sạn 5 sao nhưng đồ dùng trong phòng: khăn tắm, ga giường...màu không khác gì nước dưa, có vẻ như những đồ dùng này hơn 10 năm rồi chưa đc thay thậm chí chỉ cũng bung ra hết ! không bằng nhà nghỉ! Vào đến phòng mà cứ nghĩ mình book nhầm, phải gọi nhân viên phục vụ đến xác nhận xem có đúng 5 * không! 2. Nhà tắm thì nhỏ xíu lại k có bồn tắm! 3. Không có khăn mặt và áo choàng 4. Dầu gội, sữa tắm trang bị cho phòng người nhưng 1 người dùng k đủ, những người còn lại đành tắm gội chay...haiza

Ốc nhồi hấp chỉ ra vài lượt là hết và không làm thêm

- Luong (7/5): Trung bình - Hồ bơi nước mặn. Nhân viên thân thiện. Từ cổng đến sảnh khách sạn khoảng 500m nhưng khách sạn không bố trí xe điện đón khách, và cũng ko cho xe điện chở khách ra cổng. Các loại khăn, drap giường, vỏ gối đều không phải là màu trắng, trông giống như rất cũ. Đèn phòng tối, phòng tắm nhỏ, nước tắm văng khắp nơi nên lúc nào cũng ướt, cảm giác không sạch. Không có đường cho xe lăn người già đi từ sảnh thẳng xuống nhà ăn, bể bơi, đường xe lăn phải đi ra ngoài trời vòng quanh khách sạn, xa và bất tiện khi trời mưa.

- Thi Ngoc (5/5): Bình thường - Bể bơi rộng, sạch Không có thang máy xuống tầng 1. Bầu 8 tháng mà cứ đi lên đi xuống thang bộ. Nhờ nhân viên đổi phòng nhưng bị báo đã kín phòng. Khách sạn 5 sao mà bảo vệ và nhân viên thấy khách đến không xuống đón tiếp, xách đồ,chào hỏi khách. Cứ đứng ở trên sảnh nhìn xuống. Khách sạn đông nên dọn phòng không cẩn thận, đồ đạc không đủ, thấy thiếu cái gì thì gọi lên tổng đài họ lại mang xuống cho thôi, thấy các phòng khác cũng phản ánh như vậy. Với phong cách phục vụ và khách sạn như này thì chỉ xứng tầm 4 sao đổ lại chứ không phải 5 sao.

- Kun chung (6/5): 只适合躲在酒店放空或来打高尔夫球的人 - FLC集团占地很大，酒店也很漂亮。 早餐样式不多，浴室容易积水，游泳池只到下午6点就结束。海滩海水比较脏。附近没有任何景点，外面餐厅都买海鲜但是价格不便宜。

It‘s not ok if they charge you more for the French fries at the pool than what is shown on the menu because their kitchen is closed and they have to get them from the hotel on the other side of the street.

- Samantha (7/5): Amazing hotel, off peak in December - The hotel staff were fantastic. Went over and above to help us. The resort is pristine. December is definitely off peak as Sam Son itself was deserted. There were hardly any places open to eat. The hotel however was great. The cakes in our room for Christmas were definitely appreciated. Most places were shut (even within the resort). Not having a car would have made getting meals very difficult.
