- Annija Marta (8/5): Great place, exceptional courtyard. Bed was not good. Breakfast was ok. - The place is nice and neat. Room was just like in the pictures. This hotel does not have a reception, just a self check in (very convenient and easy) and communication through whatsapp. Communication through WhatsApp was all good, they were responsive and helpful. The hotel is lovely, well kept, courtyard is absolutely exceptional and we spent quite a time relaxing there. Location is absolutely perfect, close to main street, but not on it, so very few, I would even say no passers-by. While the room was very pleasant, the mattress in our room was rather quite awful. It was extremely soft and worn out. Even as a young person I ended up waking up several times a night. The breakfast was kind of ok, the selection was limited, no vegetables at all, very few fruit. I am not entirely sure that I would consider it a value for the money. But the staff we met during breakfast was very nice and delightful.

Vi tok flybussen - Vi var 7 damer fra Norge som ønsket å bo sammen, så vi hadde en stor leilighet med 3 soverom, felles stue, kjøkken og 2 bad. Alt var rent og pent, gode senger. Helt nydelig frokost, alt du kan drømme om, veldig hyggelige ansatte som jobbet der også. Vi fikk bruke bakhagen å koste oss i solveggen der også. Ingenting.

Etwas seltsames, automatisierter Self-Checkin mit Gesichtserkennung. Frühstück OK. Gute Betten. Preis-Leistung. Beim Checkin-Prozess wird die Arbeit auf die Gäste ausgelagert.

- Hans Joerg (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Bergamo - Tolle Lage um die Altstadt von Bergamo zu erkunden. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war überraschend vielfältig und sehr gut! Wir konnten unseren Plugin-Hybrid gratis an einer Steckdose aufladen (langsames Laden über Nacht). Es ist aber auch eine Ladestation für Elektroautos vorhanden. Der Parkplatz auf dem Unterkunftsareal ist etwas eng aber mit einem Tor mit Zugangscode gesichert. Die Heizung wurde am späteren Abend abgeschaltet, so dass es im Zimmer recht abkühlte (Aufenthalt im März). Das ist ok, aber eine Zusatzdecke wäre schön gewesen!

- Karine (10/5): Exceptionnellement superbe pour la localisation, le confort, le calme et la gentillesse du personnel - J'ai adoré domir dans ce Palais du 16ème siècle en plein coeur de la ville haute de Bergamo. La chambre 33 était parfaite et le lit très confortable. La salle de bains privée, bien que externe à la chambre n'a pas été un souci. Elle est grande et le tout très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits maison et le personnel aux petits soins. Difficile d'arriver en voiture à destination malgré la vidéo sur YouTube. Je recommande de regarder avec attention cette vidéo pour éviter de tourner partout dans cette ville haute ou toute la circulation est en zone limitée et majoritairement pietonne. Il faut monter sur la ville haute et chercher la via San Lorenzo et ensuite c'est simple. Le parking privé à 30 € du Palazzo est cher, alors qu'il y a un autre parking à 200 m à 20 €. Pour info les places de parking dans la ville haute ne sont que pour les résidents semaine et week-end compris. On ne peut pas se garer en dehors des parkings privés.

Some may mind walking through a hallway of two separately occupied bedrooms to get to your inididual bathroom. It was basically one large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and shared large living room and hallway. Other rooms may have different layout. It was not an issue for me though.

- Cecilia (10/5): Excelente opción, ubicación inmejorable, habitaciones cómodas y buen desayuno - La ubicación es inmejorable, a 2 cuadras de la calle principal del centro histórico. El edificio es espectacular, un coffee corner de cortesía y tiene la posibilidad de dejar el auto en su parking solicitándolo con tiempo. La habitación muy cómoda, buena calefacción, baño renovado y buen secador de pelo. Aunque el edificio no tiene ascensor, las escaleras son cómodas y seguras para subir con equipaje. El check in fue muy fácil, con instrucciones claras además que la comunicación con el personal por booking fue super rápida y fluida.

- Sergio (8/5): Location ottima per chi vuole immergersi nella bellezza di Bergamo Alta - Struttura molto bella, nel cuore della Bergamo Alta, ad un minuto da Piazza Vecchia. Parcheggio interno e colazione buona. Camere ampie, spaziose e ben arredate. Letti comodissimi Unica cosa da migliorare la temperatura interna della camera, di base non calda e a tratti, di notte, freddina.
- Michael (6/5): great location. an impressiive large house converted to a hotel with very minimal staff. - the only positive was the room - roomy clean and comfortable with good bathroom a bit querky! No welcoming recepetion just a self-service computer screen with 3 x security codes for entry/check-in/access to bedroom. Only saw one member of staff and that was at breakfast!

- Piu (7/5): Ubicación perfecta para una noche en Bérgamo. - La ubicación. Está perfectamente ubicado para visitar y pasear por la ciudad alta. Todo automatizado y sin ascensor. Trato impersonal. El desayuno con muy poca variedad, y los alimentos fríos y con una presentación muy poco agradable.
