The Italian restaurant downstairs exhaust smelled like it was vented to our room. At 5:30 PM our entire room smelled like Italian food. Pool is not locked in access is open to the public. One day we went and there were many people not staying at the hotel using the pool facilities. We overheard a person say “we are not staying here but it is public because of the restaurant”

Amber (10/5): Our stay was great! Everyone was so kind and everything was clean! - It was super clean! The staff were so kind and work very hard to make your stay enjoyable! Also, the restaurant and the pizza place are a great asset! The ONLY downfall is that you don’t have a balcony but you do have a beach view so it works out perfectly! The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no balcony, which is not surprising because it is a hotel! I’m just used to having one! Nothing they could have done differently!

We were concerned because our room was directly beside the elevator and we were worried that it would be loud, however, the room was extremely quiet, we never heard any outside noise! William (10/5): Wonderful Branded Beachfront Property with a Fantastic Restaurant and Hospitable Staff - Gulf front location with attentive staff and updated, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Vincenzo's Restaurant and the bartender/host extraordinaire Michael was a very peasant surprise, The food and service rivaled anything we enjoyed earlier in New Orleans. Everything was promptly served, well presented and delicious. An acoustic duo complimented the experience. The beach was gorgeous, sugar-white sand. View from room was amazing. Free parking added value to a stay that exceeded expectations. Had to change rooms twice on arrival due to leaky toilet from one bathroom to the one below. Third room was a charm and made for an enjoyable stay.

It was my miss to book something with no balcony by the shore, but be smarter this hotel with a restaurant with no food included in a stay and a pool that allows anybody outside this hotel-you can find a better place for your stay..
