• Jennifer (6/5): Okay stay but can't say I'd choose this hotel again over others in the area. - Location to the mall was good, and it was fairly quiet. Staff was all very friendly. Very cold pool which was a huge reason for our stay, mediocre breakfast, lots of planes take off directly above this hotel (Didn't notice the noise as much when we stayed on the other side of the mall previously). There is also a fee for parking for some reason which was not disclosed when booking? Seems like a sneaky way to try to get more money out of you.

Great hot breakfast, TONS of options - bacon, eggs, sausage, bagels, make your own waffles oatmeal and then things like fresh fruit and yogurts that you can take for later as well. Options for all my kiddos. Extremely clean, fresh smelling, lobby is super clean as well, workers were all pleasant and check in was super easy! Everything was great. The pool could be bigger and have less chlorine.. it was pretty rough on our skin, eyes etc but it wasnt a major thing!

The location was perfect—we loved being able to walk to Pizza Novara, which was absolutely delicious with a great atmosphere (10/10 recommend). Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything even better. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and welcoming. The beds were cozy, the pool area was great, and breakfast was excellent. What really stood out was the amazing, friendly staff who made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. We requested a crib, and it ended up being an old pack and play. It was so bad I couldn't let my baby sleep in it. Everyone in the reviews raved about breakfast. However, the only thing that was good was the oatmeal. Had to pay for overnight parking!

• DANIAL (10/5): Very warm and comforting stay right next to your destination. - Staff was great, breakfast was delicious, nice fluffy eggs. Didn't expect the fire pit or the grills or the excellent kitchenette. The boys and I were very impressed and will stay there again. I didn't like That I didn't discover this place earlier. It's all on me for that, everything they did was great!

I asked about dinner recommendations and mentioned going to the Mall of America. She confirmed that I could get a meal there but recommended a restaurant nearby. Great recommendation. Once I got to my room, I found a very clean room and nice accommodations. Even though this location was very close to the airport, it was not noisy. Breakfast was well stocked and there were many choices.

• Selvaraj (6/5): - I booked this for my family of three adults. The check in was smooth and the staff was wonderful. The room was too small that we could not use the sofa bed, so we all of us have to squeeze in the same bed. It was not comfortable at all. We booked three nights, so we had to suffer all three night. Mirror is only in the bathroom, so we must wait or queue up for our turn. Very strange to see the store area inside the bathroom. The wash basin is kept on the right side of the mirror in the toilet instead of Center, so if you brush your teeth or wash your face, your hand will hit on the wall, useless design. The air conditioner is completely a useless, it is only making lot of noise. It starts and stop in few seconds. The breakfast is the same every day. Overall, we are not happy with our stay.

I saw Raisin Bran on the cereal dispenser window, but what dispensed was some kind of sugar-laden raisin crunch cereal. Very disappointing. The eggs were fake. Everything prefab.

• Kirstie (10/5): It was great hotel near the airport and Mall of America. - Loved the entire room that we booked to include the pull out bed. It was perfect for small children to accompany in a one bedroom suite. The only thing we didn’t like was not having meat served during weekdays for breakfast. It was unusual to only have eggs as a protein on weekdays. Other than that, the hotel was great.
• Stacey Ge (8/5): Nice suite - Hotel is within walking distance to the Mall of America and across the highway from the airport, so you do hear planes flying overhead, which I did not mind. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent with few choices and a waffle maker. Cons: The hotel and room had a strong perfume smell upon arrival. Being someone who is very sensitive to perfume smells, I had to drive to Walmart (10 mins drive) and get some air fresheners. Hotel has heated pool but no hot tub!!
• 770StephenB (6/5): King Suites bad value - Stayed three nights July 2025 in a two room king suite. Staff nice, very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast tasty, good cell service and video reception, free on-site convenient parking, nice central location. My wife and I rented a King Suite because we enjoy the additional space. While , the “living room” area is quite large, there is so little functional furniture that it becomes “dead space”. The couch, which faces the TV mounted on opposite wall is the smallest thing I have ever seen, short, narrow, horribly uncomfortable and totally unfit for human relaxation. Maybe OK for “ munchkin’s’. No end tables, no “coffee table” even though plenty of room for them. We had to place wine glasses on a maybe one foot round somewhat unstable free standing small table. Room otherwise lacking in common furnishings you would find in other hotels. I informed front desk about my dissatisfaction with the room, primarily the couch and living area, but was told all the rooms had been recently remodeled, they all had the same (tiny) sofas, so there would be no sense in moving to another room. Should consider firing the person who made room furnishing acquisition decisions. So, if you stay here, rooms other than the suites may be just fine, but avoid the Suites. Also, the front door leading into our room was so heavy it must have been made out of tank armor. Difficult to open, and you have to be careful when exiting to avoid being hit as the door rapidly closes (on its own). Also, given suite room’s negative issues, it was way overpriced.

• Nathanial (6/5): Extremely convenient to MoA, MSP and Hazelwood restaurant. Great staff, slightly loud at night. - Extremely clean, full service room, fridge, all of that. Amazing work space with coffee available - my wife's flight was rerouted and I ended up working there for hours. There were families hanging around and chatting, felt very homey and comfortable for a chain hotel. Weird laundry sounds and very noisy upstairs combined with plane noises left me not sleeping super well. I was put in 109, which feels like you're right on the road if you open the window.

• Trikxee79 (2/5): Comfort Meets Frustration - We chose this hotel for an extended stay and were genuinely impressed by the setup. The room felt like home, complete with everything you'd need for a comfortable visit. Traveling with two teenagers, we really appreciated that they had their own private space, which was a big win for everyone. However, the experience took a turn when one of the teenagers got sick late at night. I went to the front desk around midnight to get cleaning supplies and was met with indifference and irritation. The staff member seemed bothered that I’d interrupted him, refused to provide sanitizing agents, and simply dropped a bunch of towels on the desk. I ended up using a dishwasher tab and Palmolive to clean everything myself. It was disappointing to feel dismissed in a situation where I was trying to manage an unsanitary issue without asking for anything but basic cleaning materials. That lack of care left a sour note on what was otherwise a great setup. Also, the living room TV’s streaming feature didn’t work due to connection issues, and calling the front desk for help was a dead end—it just rang endlessly. Thankfully, both bedroom TVs had Netflix, so we made it work.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Quick family trip - We had a nice two night stay. The patio space was great! Loved a full size table in the room for family meals. Airplane noise (take offs) were loud and every few minutes, but tolerable.
• 777JenniferA (10/5): Great place to stay, perfect location - This hotel was the perfect choice right as we walked in the front door. Greeted by friendly staff with a warm welcome. The hotel room was spacious, very comfortable, and quiet from others in the hall. It was close to the airport and in direct path of takeoffs, but got use to it. Free breakfast was warm and always clean.

Mike, Julianna, Martha, Deleena - How do I tell people that they are so nice and make my day just because of their work habits that stand out! Mike, Mildred, Julianna, Deleena, Martha, Kayla, , Elle, William, Estelle, Arlene , Eric has given me the best stay ever in a hotel thanks 😊

• brianmE3970FA (10/5): A pleasurable stay - The room is clean and comfortable. The hallways, elevators, and lobby are in working and appropriate condition. And Martha H. was very helpful during breakfast. All around, this stay has been a pleasure, and a good value.
