• Michel (1/5): LA DECEPTION LA PLUS TOTALE ET JE NE CHANGERAI EN RIEN MON COMMENTAIRE - Rien : j'ai réserve un lieu de location sur votre site J'ai eu un autre lieu de residence Le lieu et l'aspect du nouveau logement dans un autre endroit Avec 60 marches très raides pour accéder à un sauna sous les toits, face à un bar de nuit dont les nuisances sonores n ont pas de nom assez fort pour les nommer 18h/2 H du matin Ce bar musical(choix des morceaux par les clients) Ne servait que des cocktails et des shots d'alcool fort . Prix bas, fréquentés par des alcooliques et decererebres criant, vociferant dans la rue jusqu'à 4h30/5H tout Appartement mansardé , sous les toits 35degres Pas de fenêtre, clim ne fonctionnant qu'une fois la carte introduite 2 chaises, une cassée, j'ai appelé la réception pour qu'il Vienne remettre les 3 visses manquantes, j'ai failli tomber Pas de tablette de nuit sauf le 3eme soir ou ils ent ont ramène une Le tapis d'un autre âge slime, délavé, et sale. Je connaissais les mots marchandises de sommeil C'est tout à fait le cas pour ce groupe, et je crois que vous les notifs 9,5 sur 10.On n'a sans doute pas vu et fréquente le même endroit Je vous fait un rapport détaillé d'ici 24/48 H et je vais reprendre point par point la publicité de cette offre que je considère très ambigue

• Sabine (1/5): Sehr enttäuscht - nie wieder - Rezeptionistin unfreudlich - Frühstück furchtbar - die Lage ist gut - leider werden genau vor dem Hotel Strassenarbeiten gemacht - man muss in ein anderes Parkhaus fahren. Da wird einem gesagt, dass es gleich viel kosten wird - leider haben wir statt 25euros letztendlich 35euros bezahlt - und wir waren keine 24 Stunden in diesem Parkhaus.... das Apartment hat nichts mit den Foto zu tun - wir waren im Haus neben an untergebracht. Die Haustür ist zugefallen und hat extrem viel Lärm gemacht. Man konnte nicht um das Bett gehen - wir sind ins Bett "gerobbt" - so wenig Platz war. Die Fenster zum Hinterhof konnte man nicht aufmachen - es roch muffig. Im Bett war ein Überzug aus Plastik - nicht sehr angenehm....als wenn wir ins Bett machen würden...die Matratze habe ich mir vorsichtshalber nicht angeschaut.

• Anastasja Anika (8/5): tasteful, convenient - but be open for some noise - pretty and tasteful appartment. clean and in the historic city. Check in was easy and staff was kind. During peak hours there was not enough seating for breakfast (we were there on Easter weekend). the street in front is indeed noisy. We slept there on a thursday and were on the first floor. The person sleeping on the sofa suffers the most. I think they have additionally isolated the windows bc they are not the issue. The noise comes through the staircase and the appartment door. However, in the bedroom with closed doors I slept like a baby.

• David (6/5): - L'accueil, et la serviabilité des personnes à l'accueil Nous ne nous attzndions pas à un appartement aux murs peints en noir, mais pour une nuit, pas de soucis. L'appartement se trouve en fait très proche d'une zone de fête nocturne...idéal pour les noctambules, sinon difficile de fermer l'oeil avant 2h du matin. C'est de notre faute, nous aurions dû mieux regardé la localisation au moment de la réservation.

• Gil (9/5): Etablissement très plaisant - Hôtel bien placé, très propre, très calme car nous n'étions pas côté rue, sinon c'est la fête tous les soirs. Personnel super, resto juste à côté très bien garni à part les jus. Restos partout autour. Pas de rideaux, il faut fermer les volets intérieurs donc les fenêtres, dommage, sinon c'est parfait, je recommande !

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good, with enough options to start the day right. Overall, we felt very comfortable and had a really pleasant stay there.

• Marieke (8/5): Prima verblijf, ligt centraal - Mooi ingerichte appartement. Ligt dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden Enorm gehorig. Ligt aan een hele drukke straat vol met kroegen en je hebt tot laat geschreeuw voor de deur. Oordoppen mee. Tussen de appartementen hoor je ook alles van jouw buren.

• Alexander (9/5): - Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes und geräumiges Apartment. Es liegt mitten in Barrio Alto an einer Partymeile... Für viele ist das sicherlich ein Vorteil, man sollte das aber bedenken, wenn man sehr lärmempfindlich ist. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Ondanks de wat negatieve reacties op geluidsoverlast in de wijk Bairro Alto, viel dit in de praktijk reuze mee, geen last van gehad. Appartement lag midden in het uitgaansgedeelte, maar was goed geisoleerd. Van te voren weet je dit en als je dit niet wenst, zou ik niet in dit centrum verblijven. Balkons waren erg klein

• Joanne (7/5): Not the prettiest place to stay - The beds were comfy and nice sheets also good triple glazing so quite at night breakfast was in a cafe down the street On a noisy street close to bars no kettle and charged for tea bags so bring your own ! The photos on the website didn’t look at all like our room we were disappointed

• Kristyna (5/5): - Měli jsme pokoj pro 3 osoby v přízemí, proto jedna musela spát na gauči. Gauč byl v pořádku, ale byl hned u dveří, přes které bylo slyšet úplně vše (hluk z z ulice - diskotéka je hned vedle, z chodby, když šli hosté spát, bylo slyšet bzučení při otevírání dveří). Tento pokoj je podle mě jen pro dva lidi, z druhého pokoje nešlo slyšet nic. Bohužel jsem se nevyspala. :/

• An (9/5): Zalig om te verblijven heel centraal! - Mooi appartement en centraal gelegen. Rustig om te slapen! Alles was voorzien. Het ontbijt was super.

• MARIA (6/5): Sofá cama en muy mal estado - Estaba cerca de los sitios de interés. En el sofá cama era imposible dormir, te clavabas todos los muelles, lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que mirarían a ver si podían hacer algo, pero no hicieron nada al respecto.

No me molestó especialmente, estábamos en el ultimo piso, pero es cierto que está en una zona de marcha nocturna y hay jaleo de gente y música, pero no hasta tan tarde

It is not far to the city centre and to the river Tejo. The breakfast in a neighboured house is comfortable and rich. The hotel is a good starting point for all tours in Lisbon.

• Κατερινα (6/5): Nice rooms , clean area , comfortable beds, breakfast really disapponiting . - Clean, polite stuff , sufficient equipment in the kitchen , very good and comfortable beds, soundproof windows - pretty much needed in bairro alto. The breakfast was really disappointing destroying the whole experience . All breads were old and super stale like they were there standing for days. Nothing tasteful , everything of poor quality. There waffles, muffins and pancakes that seemed delicious but you couldn’t eat them because they were really stale like fake. It was really a pity because the breakfast area was cozy and clean but nothing good enough to be eaten .
