Nossas concierge (Marie e Yael) foram maravilhosas. Fizeram até uma surpresa no nosso quarto por causa das nossas comemorações de aniversários. No restaurante francês (La Bastille) tivemos atendimento e jantar excepcionais. Nada! Só queria dizer que achei os travesseiros muito altos, mas está é uma questão de gosto pessoal.

El desayuno bufet en El Mercado con poca vairedad de frutas y cuando pedí un cafe expresso me dijeron que la maquina estaba descompuesta y no pudieron conseguirme uno de algún otro lugar pese a tener el coffee shop a unos pasos. Lo otro no tan bueno es que lo único que realmente cumple con el concepto "adults only" es la torre turquoize (donde me hospedé) pero las areas de alberca y los restaurantes estan llenos de niños

• John (8/5): - I think this is a 4.5 star property. Location is great with 2 beaches, great views and little seaweed. Staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and engaging. Room was nice. Great view, clean and comfortable. Dining option in the resort were far better than I expected. I'm a foodie and the menus, preparation and quality were the best I have had at al all inclusive in Mexico/Caribbean by far. Seafood was fresh and well prepared. Mexican option were great (although dumbed down for the American palette unfortunately, but forgivable). Drinks were very good as well made with real liquor and had great variety.

The variety of eating area's is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and ready to assist at any moment. The resort is located in the Hotel zone which is extremely safe in the day time and at night due to the high presence of police. My wife and I are planning a family trip for 2026. Will definitely recommend this resort to anyone who ask.

• robert (10/5): Amazing! - Hyatt Ziva is hands down our favorite hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone, and the Turquoize Tower is where we always return. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, luxury, and the kind of hospitality that keeps us coming back year after year. The resort offers a great selection of restaurants that truly cater to every craving, and the variety of activities for both kids and adults makes it perfect for families and couples alike. One of the best new additions to the hotel is The Den—the staff there are some of the kindest and friendliest people we’ve met. It quickly became one of our favorite places to relax and connect with other guests. That said, Tres Cervezas holds a special place in my heart. The food is fantastic and there’s always something fun going on at night—karaoke, live bands, and even the Manny Pacquiao fight while we were there! But what truly sets Hyatt Ziva apart is the staff. Our Turquoize Tower butlers this time, Alejandro and Jazer, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond helping us schedule dinners, reserve a cabana, and make the most of our stay. Diego and Ivan—two other incredible butlers we’ve had in the past—always remember us and take the time to catch up, which just adds to that “home away from home” feeling. Staying in the Turquoize Tower is a dream—it’s adults-only and gives you access to the rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean. It’s quiet, peaceful, and just the kind of reset you need. Thank you, Hyatt Ziva, for always making it so hard to leave and giving us something to look forward to. We can’t wait to return again soon! This trip was different the turquoise room had a hand full of cheap snacks no wine normally it is loaded up with top notch drinks snacks you name it . We finally got some. Went to dinner the food is a 5 of 10 went back to room ate snickers for dinner I complained the next day they were a little better. The last night I ate sea bass and was sick 10 minutes later . When I got home I went to doctor they put me on 10 days of antibiotics . It Is sad to say I won’t be going back ☹️

• Nicholas (10/5): - Excellent stay. I am giving Ziva Adults 5 stars only because the competition in all inclusives is generally weak. I’ve stayed up and down both coasts of Mexico for almost 30 years. While Ziva definitely has room for improvement it is superior to the other all inclusives. Especially when comparing to the larger all inclusives. I find the smaller, boutique all inclusives to be better than the larger ones. Why did I like Ziva? Outstanding service. The staff are fabulous! Tip these people well. They are awesome. The beaches. The beach to the left of the lighthouse might be the nicest beach on the Cancun hotel strip. The adults only rooftop pool is wonderful. Great views. The drinks are strong. Lots of good brands of liquor available. The food is better than at most all inclusives. Great variety at the breakfast buffet. Don’t expect dining on par with the best restaurants in North America. You won’t find that at any all inclusive. But, the food is fine. One downer is that because they don’t accept reservations, there can be a long wait. They have no system to be able to tell you how long the wait will be. This is unacceptable and needs to change. It also would be nice if they offered more than one adults only restaurant. They advertise kayaks and paddle boards being available for the guests. I own two boards and always board at whatever resort. Well, their one and only board had no fin and looked like it had survived the Mexican revolution. But, all things considered, I’ll be back
• Luca (9/5): Exceptional service and stunning location created a memorable experience that far outweighed the few disappointments.​​​ - The hotel's prime location offered the best of both worlds - tranquil waters on one side and a vibrant atmosphere at the main beach. This perfect balance made every day delightful. The service was truly outstanding. Butlers Natasha and Miguel provided excellent attention throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Sofia, whose genuine hospitality and exceptional service made us feel truly valued. While we expected our butlers to remember us, we were genuinely impressed that several members of the restaurant hosting teams also remembered our names and room numbers - an exceptional touch considering the hotel's substantial size. Dining experiences were consistently impressive: - Habaneros Restaurant featured incredible food and an amazing team, with Carlos and Justino deserving particular recognition for their attentive service - The beach and pool waiting staff worked efficiently, ensuring drinks and food were always readily available - La Bastille offered exquisite cuisine with impeccable service - The wine tasting at "The Den" was memorable thanks to the knowledgeable and engaging sommelier - La Casa del Café baristas delivered excellent coffee with friendly service, even at 6am The bartenders throughout the property were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about their craft. They were attentive enough to remember our favorite drinks, which added a nice personal element to our experience. The accommodations exceeded expectations, with rooms cleaned to exceptionally high standards. The views from the room were breathtaking! The meticulous maintenance of the grounds demonstrated the staff's dedication to excellence. The well-equipped, clean gym never felt overcrowded, making fitness routines convenient. Despite the many positives, a few aspects of our stay fell short of expectations. The hotel’s family-friendly policy, while understandable, occasionally detracted from our experience. Even with designated adults-only areas, the overall atmosphere often felt too family-oriented for our preferences. El Mercado restaurant presented an interesting contrast. While breakfast service consistently met our high expectations with good food and attentive service, the evening experience was noticeably different and failed to maintain the same standards. The Italian restaurant was somewhat disappointing, falling below the quality we experienced at other dining venues within the property. The selection of desserts across the restaurants was not a highlight of our culinary experience, lacking the creativity and quality evident in the savory offerings. Regarding beverages, we initially found the cocktails throughout the resort to be excessively sweet, perhaps catered to American preferences rather than offering balanced flavor profiles. However, after discussing our preferences with the bartenders and waiters, they were accommodating and adjusted the drinks to better suit our taste - a responsive touch that partially addressed this concern. Similarly, the wines by the glass included in the all-inclusive package were somewhat disappointing and limited in variety and quality, falling short of the standard set by other aspects of the resort. It is an attempt to market the property to those who do not want to be around kids. The hotel building does not qualify the property to list as adults only. its misleading on purpose.
• Makeitha Jonyae (10/5): - This was the best experience ever. My husband and I went for my birthday and had an amazing and wonderful time!! Everyone was so courteous, generous, and kind. Their bestie of love by placing their hand over their heart when walking by or near you was so amicable. Everywhere you at our drank they were catering. The hotel was clean, updated, and lovely throughout. The pills and jacuzzi were amazing. Our view of the ocean from our room was tranquilizing. We truly did not want to leave. Our butlers were so catering, brought whatever we needed, filled our jacuzzi when asked, brought a bottle of champagne fault, and decorated our door and room with roses and balloons. We loved it so much there and did not want to leave and can't wait to come back! We will not stay anywhere else. The view of the ocean was perfect and going from restaurant to bar and having access to drinks within reach really made this the BEST BIRTHDAY TRIP EVER!!

• Sung Wook (4/5): - This is my 5th or 6th time going to a 5-star rated all-inclusive resort in Cancun Mexico, and actually my second time going to Turquoize at Hyatt Ziva Cancun (last time was 2 years ago). For reference, our room was "Sky Ocean Front Master King" so not the cheapest option. No arrival champagne or drinks for us which I find is pretty basic starting point at most resorts in Cancun (although some do seem to get it so unsure selection criteria). Out of all these times it was my first time getting food poisoning despite taking the usual precautions. Had very bad food poisoning that lasted 2-3 days, after eating at their Moongate restaurant regular menu. Mentioned it to them during check-out and they didn't seem very concerned by it and seemed dismissive of the feedback. I don't think they even bothered reporting or writing it down. Maybe we got unlucky but I'd try my luck elsewhere - why risk it. Concierge service through WhatsApp is convenient though. And their facility is clean aside from the washrooms closest to the main pool.

• Kunark (10/5): Truly all inclusive! - Visited Cancun for the first time for an all-inclusive experience. What you see is what you get and more! Everything was flawless from our check-in to our check-out. The property is well maintained, the service was impeccable, and the overall experience amazing. So much so that we considered making this an annual trip. We had butler service as part of the turquoise stay - both Diego and Dario did a fantastic job taking care of our stay/requests. Overall, the Staff (too many to name) were friendly and the smallest details were taken care of. 5 stars to the service. We highly recommend …. :)
• Alice Sommers (8/5): - Unfortunately the weather for 5 of the 7 days we were there was rainy, very windy, uncontrollable! But we were not informed of the use of the spa indoor pool; a person we met on our last day told us how that was a saving for them during the bad weather. This was our 4th stay at this resort, we found the "adult only" applied only to our hotel, not to any of the pools. The cabanas seem to get preferential service so we went to the bar to get our drinks. We were disappointed in what appear to be corporate changes in policy. We were told none of the pools were heated, not Hyatt policy. The one by Turquoise always was and is one of the reasons we have come back. It was heated, at least the last couple days. I am a lap swimmer making that very important to me. The upstairs bar and infinity pool are fun and a nice perk but the wind was howling and made it not a good spot...again, mention of the indoor spa pool would have been good. The spa coupons were confusing. Upon asking what it cost for a specific treatment, I was given a coupon listing bundles. It was a good break, all staff were nice and friendly but needs a bit of tweaking.

Our stay at Hyatt Viva Cancun Turquoise Adult-Only Tower was nothing short of amazing! This resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and fun. Highlights: Adult Pool Vibes: The atmosphere at the adult pool was lively yet chill, free from the noise of kids—an ideal spot to relax and unwind. Turquoise Cabana Experience: The cabana service was outstanding, and Saturnino, our waiter for the entire week, made the experience even better with his fantastic service. Top-Notch Butlers: Natasha and Miguel, our butlers, were incredibly communicative and went above and beyond to fulfill every request and answer all our questions. Their attentiveness was a highlight of our stay. Incredible Rooms: The rooms are fantastic—spacious, modern, and equipped with a hot tub on the balcony, which was one of our favorite features. The bathroom is fantastic! Spa Day: The spa was absolutely top-notch—a must-do experience for anyone looking to unwind further. Dining: The resort food met expectations, and we particularly loved the steaks at La Bastille and the hibachi. Breakfast at Tradewinds was a daily treat, and I highly recommend trying the "blue drink" at Turquoise—it’s delicious! Service & Cleanliness: Every staff member we encountered was kind, courteous, and professional. The property itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall luxurious experience. Memorable Events: We celebrated New Year’s Eve with a fantastic fireworks display and had an absolute blast at the foam party by the adult pool earlier in the week. Final Thoughts: This resort exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Next time, we might even bring the kids since the family-friendly side of the resort looked equally fun. Hyatt Viva Cancun Turquoise Adult-Only Tower has earned its spot as our go-to resort in Cancun!

• T4220DPantonioc (2/5): Worst resort I have been to - Considering the high cost is the worst resort I have ever been in my life (I travelled a lot in all the 5 stars hotels). Beginning with the food, was horrible. The amenities starting from spa and gym are not well taken care of, and very very dirty. Management staff wasn’t accommodating, and sometimes rude. I don’t recommend to anyone . Take your money elsewhere.

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We also did 3 excursions which all were amazing and included transportation. The food was good. I recommend Tradewinds or Lorenzo’s for food.I highly recommend this resort. We will be coming back here in the future. Thank you again to all the staff that made our honeymoon one to remember!!

I have traveled many places the last 15 years and by far turquoise Hyatt has the best quality services amenities and Food. • Karmann (10/5): - I loved my butler services. It was my 10 year anniversary I arrived with my room decorated Oscar and Rubelsi were amazing they did everything I asked and made my stay amazing. Oscar made dinner reservations and Rubelsi ran the hot tub for me just the little things they all were so good. I paid for a cabana on the beach and Briyette gave us the best facial and massage she was the sweetest ever so awesome she deserves a raise she is top tier. Overall my trip to the spa and the resort was just amazing I started to cry on my last day I did not want to leave.

• Louis (2/5): - After three visits to Hyatt Ziva Turquoize in Cancun, it is deeply disheartening to say this resort, once a beacon of luxury and relaxation, has fallen into mediocrity. Our first visit was a dream—seamless service, exceptional food, and a luxurious atmosphere. By our second stay, we noticed a slight decline but were still able to enjoy the overall experience. However, our third visit was a complete letdown, marked by neglect, poor management, and a disappointing lack of care. We always make it a point to share honest reviews only after experiencing a property without prior announcements or intervention. This allows us to evaluate the hotel as any guest would. Unfortunately, this time, we left not only dissatisfied but with a deep sense of frustration and regret for choosing Hyatt again for this stay. Dining Decline The food, once a highlight of our experience, has become monotonous, repetitive, and uninspired: • Buffet Experience: During our first visit, the buffet offered an exciting variety of dishes that were fresh, vibrant, and creative. By this stay, it felt like an afterthought. Breakfast items were recycled into lunch and dinner service, and the variety had dwindled to the point that we dreaded eating there. The spark of culinary excellence was completely gone. • Poolside Food: Poolside dining used to be delightful, with fresh fruits like mangoes and pineapples—a personal favorite of my wife—always available. This time, options were reduced to burgers and hotdogs

• jdschmitz (10/5): #1 in Cancún… No Doubt - Just finishing our stay in the Turquoize tower and just want to say all the staff has just been wonderful all around. They are the reason we have now visited multiple times. Our butlers Angel and Emmanuel were awesome. Uriel and Alan at the Punta Vista bar are the best and #1 the reason we will come back in the future. This is one of the only places I truly feel the staff cares about the guest and are always doing anything they can to make your experience the best it can be.
