• Paula (9/5): - Clean, good location , we liked everything in general👌 There is new building coming up right next to this, so a lot of dusts outside, people starting to work in the morning and you can hear everything in your room. Also we heard our neighbors talking and laughing, like it was in our flat, very loud. But in general its really worth the money, clean place.

• Caitlin (8/5): Comfy overnight stay. - We just stayed here for a night. It was really clean and the common space was a great place to make breakfast. I think I would have stayed a little further out of town if I were staying for longer since street parking is pretty difficult.

Located right in downtown, on a side street where we had found parking right by the front door but felt slightly bad that we might have blocked a space to some locals... Wish we could have stayed here longer.

Мы приехали на арендованной машине и смогли припарковаться в переулке прямо напротив входа. Приятные чистые номера, есть все нужное. Уютный зеленый дворик и вид на горы. Дружелюбный персонал. Добавить нечего, рекомендуем и вернулись бы сюда снова! Была небольшая проблема с замком в ванной в одном из номеров. В остальном все супер
• Maksim (10/5): Все обозначенные недочеты незначительны и с лихвой перекрываются достоинствами. В другой раз остановимся здесь же - Отличное расположение - тихо, при этом самый центр, в окружении много магазинов, кафе. 3 минуты до набережной. Много пространства, много окон. Удобная кровать, отличный напор воды в душе. Мыло, гель и шампунь в ванной комнате приятно удивили. В кухне много разной посуды. Есть посудомойка и к ней несколько таблеток. Есть стиральная машина в общем пространстве. Входная дверь в номер на пружине, поэтому непроизвольно дверьми все хлопают. В номере нет морозильника, хотя можно им пользоваться на общей кухне. Организация кухонного стола не самая удачная, но это мелочи.

Good facilities, great we could use the washing machine. Cold water on tap. Kettle didn’t work and had to unload the dishwasher when we arrived. Parking wasn’t easy but we managed a space in the bus terminal just minutes away. Otherwise it was great!

• Selda (8/5): Perfecte ligging met prachtige zee en vriendelijk personeel - De ligging is perfect – zodra je de hoek om gaat, sta je meteen in het centrum. Toch is het, ondanks die centrale plek, helemaal niet luidruchtig. Kas zelf heeft veel hellingen, dus het is wel handig als je goed ter been bent. De zee is werkelijk prachtig: misschien wel de mooiste die er is. Je vindt er talloze baaien met helder turquoise, schoon en ijskoud water. Een echte aanrader is om een boottocht te maken; dit kost ongeveer 1800 TL per persoon en is absoluut de moeite waard. Wat extra genoemd mag worden: de schoonmaakmedewerkers zijn ongelofelijk vriendelijk! De internetverbinding was niet altijd even stabiel. Daarnaast tref je bij aankomst ( na 16:00) niemand persoonlijk. Het werkt als een soort selfservice: de sleutel ligt opgeborgen en bij aankomst moet je de contactpersoon bellen, die je vervolgens op afstand verder helpt met uitleg.

• Jean (7/5): Great location, didn't see any member of staff, could have been handy to have help with baggage - Location very central, lots of shops closed by Nobody at reception, did not receive confirmation how to get keys, met a man who was friends with someone at the apartment, he sorted the keys and very kindly helped carry bags to 3rd floor, otherwise we would have had great difficulty, there was never anyone at reception during our stay. I needed to contact someone about an issue with the key but had to rely on a kind neighbour as I couldn't get through on phone, on a plus side, the key issue was sorted quickly

• Lauren (9/5): Beautiful apartment for independent travelers - The staff were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They helped us find another place when I made a mistake on the reservation. It was so helpful and kind. The staff also turned out laundry over when we were gone for the day which was so nice of them. I didn't realize that there wouldn't be anyone at the front desk and so that was a challenge. The front door being a key system was a little tricky because we got locked out a few times. In one instance, someone else's key was already in the lock on the inside and we couldn't get in. In another instance, someone else's key was in the door on the outside and we couldn't get out. In another instance, the door was locked and I didn't have my key. A pin pad would be a great addition. Also, would have really appreciated a water filter and the remote for one of the ACs was missing so we had to take the key out lower the temp in that room.

Great transport links as bus stop only a few minutes away, we travelled to Kaputas beach and the Kas peninsula for <60lira. Spotlessly clean room with very comfy beds. • Anna (10/5): Exceptional - I have stayed in a number of places in central Kas over the years and this hotel is the best one so far. It shows that the owners care. We stayed in the room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen and it was clean, had all the basic things like blankets, shower gel, garbage bags etc. The inner yard is beautiful, the washing and drying machines are easily accessible - all in all loved to stay in this place

Ancak yorumlarda dikkate almadığım alt kattaki odamız ortak alanın hemen dibinde ve odanın içinde ses yalıtımı gibi bir durum yok, gittiğimizde bir grup insan oldukça gürültülü bir şekilde konuşuyordu. Bize ses konusunda sorsalar da ses çıkarmayın diyemedik açıkçası. odalar oldukça mütevazi. Sanırım sarkıt lambalar beni iyice boğdu, kartlığı yerleştirdiğimiz kısım kırıktı. Nedense eski yorumlarda kahvaltı görüp kahvaltı var sanmıştık bir de o yoktu. • Anton (9/5): Cosy appartments near the city centre - There is a lot of equipment in the apartment. Hot water in the shower all the time and good shower gel and shampoo( l'occitane )in the bathroom. There was a bite noisy because of the nearest mosque and Muslim tradition of singing. Strange hours of check-in ( only from 15 till 18). And suddenly, there wasn't a bottle opener ( screwdriver) in the apartment.

Though the room was a bit smaller than it seemed on the photos, there was enough space for 5 members of our family. The location is great - very close to everything you need in Kas. But we struggled with parking - I guess it’s a common problem in the center of Kas. Thanks for hospitality! I would define recommend others to stay at Mare Nostrum. Parking problem

• Femke (9/5): Lovely apartment, would book again - The location was perfect: three supermarkets within 3 minutes walking and both the beach and the town at walking distance. The seperate airconditioners for bedroom and living room were very welcome. The kitchen and utensils were very basic but enough to prepare yourself a simple meal. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and I also loved the soap, body wash and shampoo provided. The wifi was horrible and the bed was a bit stiff for my taste.

But they had nobody in the reception. The reception supposedly shuts down at 6. And it’s really dark in the common area of the apartment . They do give us a key to the main entrance. But it’d be better to have someone in person at the place for any assistance

The staff at the reception initially insisted that we check out by 11:00, even though the Hotels.com app clearly stated that check-out was by 12:00. When I pointed this out, he reluctantly said 'okay,' but at 11:30, I had to push again to confirm the 12:00 check-out time. It was only after I sent screenshots and argued that he finally agreed. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of customer care. It’s unacceptable that the time listed on Hotels.com is different from what the hotel tries to enforce. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our stay. I would not recommend this place due to the poor service and uncooperative staff.
• Selin (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent staff and managers, apartments and rooms are very tastefully and thoughtfully designed by architects. Secret comfort perks are lots of cushy clean towels, L’Occitane shower, shampoo, hand soap, regular cleaning service, beautiful tiles, very attentive and helpful owners. Location is also prime, don’t hesitate!!!
• Julia (9/5): Kas is a buzzy town with lots of locals as well as overseas tourists, with lots to do - The apartment was well equipped with good toiletries and air con. It was very central to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. There was a very nice atrium/courtyard you could sit in downstairs, they provided a fresh water machine in the communal area.

• Riaan (10/5): Nice apartment in the city centre - Self catering apartment in the centre of the city, walking distance of everything. Well equipped kitchen with two plate cooker, microwave, fridge and dish washer. Airconditioning in the lounge-kitchen area and in the bedroom. Nice big bathroom with modern amenities. Parking available on the streets around the apartment. We never had a problem in finding parking. Very nice common area with seating. TV with only Turkish and Russian programs is of no use to international tourists.

Well equipped in a nice street within walking distance from the beautiful market and sea side. Studio Apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you need. It was such a great stay for me and my mother that we extended our stay by 1 day. Helpful staff but they leave by 6 PM. Staff was helpful and carried our luggage and gave suggestions on places to visit but it would have been nicer if they could stay until 10 PM at the property.

It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the main city activities and 2 minutes from delightful breakfast cafes. The room is well-equipped for cooking if needed. I was particularly impressed with the perfect bathroom – I haven't seen anything like it in Turkey, complete with warm flooring. I recommend choosing a room on the first floor (ground floor in Turkey), as it offers additional space on the balcony. Enjoy your stay! Nothing to do🥰🥰

Shower gel, shampoo and soap by L’occitane, it was very nice. We stayed with two children in a two-bedroom apartment and found it very comfortable. We will be glad to return.

Excellent location, right in the centre of town, close to atms, grocery stores, the bust stop etc. The hosts were attentive, welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. We managed to lock ourselves out of our apartment and the staff had it sorted within an hour - and handled it so graciously!! The apartment had everything we needed and more - well designed rooms with Aircon, even a dishwasher in the kitchen! Would highly recommend as an accommodation option!
