Except for the massage area, there is an incident that was taken care of. There is an incident on the on-site massage center. It was handled and taken care of by management.

Friendly and helpful staff, as Mbak Widi show us her big smile. Mushola in 25th floor is one of the facilities which I consider to stay here. Besides, various and yummy food and baverages spoil our tounge and tummy till the last spoon and drop. Wish I could back here again for enjoying the food and other services.

- dianmayaa (10/5): Enjoyable Stay with Delicious Breakfast - We stayed for a short getaway during the long weekend, and for the price we paid, weâre extremely satisfied with our experience. We checked in around 8 PM with no issues at all â the room was ready and everything went smoothly. We were assigned to Room 1928, a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was clean, spacious, the AC worked perfectly, it came with a large smart TV, and the view was fantastic. The bathroom was spotless and spacious, with a wide sink area and a huge mirror. The shower was a highlight with three shower heads â very refreshing! Breakfast was definitely the best part. The variety was impressive â selections of yoghurt and muesli, charcuterie board, western-style breakfast, Indonesian-style breakfast, a wide selection of breads and cakes, even a mie ayam station! Some dishes could be improved, but Iâd say 90% of the food was delicious (yes, I tried almost everything in small portions). They also had a crafts table for kids, which is a nice touch for families. That said, I do have a couple of notes for improvement: First, although the bathroom was excellent overall, the bidet sometimes lacked water pressure, which made it inconvenient at times. Second, we called to request cutlery from the restaurant, and while the staff was friendly, it took about 15 minutes to arrive. A quicker response wouldâve made the experience even better. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, and weâd love to come back whenever we have activities in the area.

As a vegetarian traveler, finding suitable food options while abroad can sometimes be challenging, but the team here went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. They were incredibly attentive to my dietary preferences and took the time to understand my requirements. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared with care, and I truly felt valued and respected as a guest. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine concern made my dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to the Anisa in the restaurant for making me feel at home. Highly recommended for anyoneâespecially vegetariansâlooking for excellent service and personalized care.

A few things I would appreciate are 1) bed - a bit too hard for my taste (I am European and the bed is more aligned with Asian taste, i.e. harder 2) a bit better / healthier selection of breakfast - especially the hot items and bread.

I not suggest you to stay this hotel, cause the front-table person has less experience on room-arrangement. That day, i want to check-in around 14:00, she ïŒthe front-table) insists âall room is smoking roomâ, then when i follow her arrangement upstairs to the room, the room still has someone living inside, and the person (a man, inside the room) very angry with my interruption, and almost jump out of the room to kill me. Terribly arrangement problem from the front-table. then i go down to the front-table, she (the same person) arrange me a non-smoking room, only 20 min. ago she said all room is smoking room, and now she can give me a non-smoking room??? Terribly, i doubt how the hotel training the front-table person???

Two of us are very sensitive to smoke smell and they upgraded our room to keep non-smoking. cleanliness, some black dots seemed like mold in the shower room (very minor though). And saw a piece hair on one of the breakfast meal.

You can walk there in two minutes. - Room was quite spacious - Bathroom was fine, great shower đż. - Airco was also functioning fine. - Also walking distance to both Aeon mall (10 min) and a lovely place called "Garden cafe" (5 min). - If you are a *sweet* breakfast person, I think the options are not that great (quality and selection) compared to what you would find in an European hotel in this category (I cannot judge the Indonesian food, it looked good but it's just not for me in the morning đ). - The smoke/non-smoke area for breakfast is roughly 50/50. The restaurant is often quite full and you end up in the smoking area (or sit next to the pool) - If you are on the wrong side of the hotel, you get a lot of street noise. TB Simatupang road is really busy. The windows also vibrate with the traffic noise. In general my purpose in a hotel is to sleep, and be away during the day. That's why I think this is an important element! - Space underneath the hotel door (sound) - I don't understand how one can have a bright green LED at TV connection box, it's just too bright at night. I had to cover it with a brochure from the hotel. (just a minor detail though)

All night i cannot sleep, the room are smell like smoke, the wall, the curtains the air đ Trying to get another room they said all full booked. Didn't even try to see another alternative. To be honest i cant sleep all night. I can feel the AC is blowing cigarettes smoke. I thing the whole floor is smoking room. Never experienced something like this, i feel like choking all night in that room.

- Jiunn (4/5): Disappointed - I would like to praise a staff named BRAZA. He is the only one who gave me a good service and solved my problem during my 4 days in Aston Hotel. If all staff of the Aston Hotel could do good service for customers as BRAZA did, I would like to stay in the Aston Hotel again. I got Bad services during my 4 days stay. You seem to never understand Good service and help customers to solve problems are the key points for us to value a hotel and decide whether we will come again or notâŠ.
- Visa (8/5): Nice rooms, great breakfast - Good hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast. The location was good for my needs, but it is not central. One of the elevators was not working. Waiting for an elevator took a little too long on most occasions. If you are looking to have a beer at the hotel bar after your day, that is not going to happen as they dont serve alchol. That is fine, but good to be aware of.

- Per (6/5): - Hotel and bed ok. AC was on lowest temperature all stay. Could not increase temperature. Gym is old and not so well equiped. Breakfast was good in new refurbished restaurant.
