My room had a hole in door where they tried to fix something and the door would not deadbolt properly. I was very concerned for my safety. Hotel was not normal level for a Holiday Inn express. I stay at them often hen traveling. It was also much to expensive for a weeknight for its condition.

Patrice (5/5): Disappointing Stay - Liked the location and the staff was nice. There's only 2 ice machines, 1 on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor but only the one on the first floor was working and it's to the back of the hotel where the elevator was broken. I was on the 3rd floor, so to get ice, I had to catch the only working elevator to the 1st floor, walk way to the back of of the hotel to get the ice, then walk way back to the front of the hotel to catch the only working elevator back to the 3rd floor. Also, there was no TV remote so we couldn't watch the TV. I called the front desk and was left on hold. This was my 4th time staying here and this was worst time so now I have to find a new favorite hotel for my visits to Shreveport.

The property was not as clean as expected, and the staff was not very polite this time. The greeting upon arrival was neither friendly nor polite I had to initiate conversation, which made the service feel unwelcoming. I was also given a different price at the hotel than what I originally booked, which led to confusion and a frustrating situation. Additionally, the guests were noticeably more friendly than the staff, which says a lot about the overall atmosphere. For the price paid, I expected a much better level of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future guest experiences.

Coleman (10/5): Best place - The customer service was outstanding. The ladies at the desk are very polite, friendly and answered questions without acting like you are bothering them. The breakfast buffet is very well kept and dining room. The coffee is always fresh and even the popcorn during the day. This is my second trip here and highly recommend and the price is reasonable and located near everything worth checking out. There is nothing to report on we enjoyed it all coming back for the pool.

Had a strange odor I didn't like giving a hiding fee upon check in and it was stated it would be returned and 4 days later I haven't received it. If there was no damage to the property my fees should have already been returned

Jackson (2/5): This sucked, I could have had just as poor an experience without booking ahead of time. - I liked that we still got a room The room we booked had been given to someone else, so we were given the options of either accepting a king suite with a pullout couch (4 guests) or a 2 bed room that had "been out of order, but we can go look at it and see". We waited in the hall outside the king suite we were brought to first while the desk person left to go get keys. They knocked on the door and slowly checked because they were unsure if someone was in there. We accepted the room instead of walking across the hotel to "check out" the out of order room, it was very late. The key cards didn't work, thankfully one of us stayed in the room while the rest got bags and we didn't have to stay more than one night.

Jennifer (8/5): Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great variety of choices for breakfast. - No outlets near a mirror. We were here for a wedding- and working on hair was a struggle without being able to use a straightener or curling iron in the bathroom or near the huge mirror in the room.

Kameisha (8/5): The staff really make this place!! I’d book again!! - It’s was close the location we were going to. Breakfast was good. The staff were amazing as always!! They were so friendly and helpful. The elevator didn’t work for a portion of the trip. The room could have been cleaner, but it was by no means bad…just little things like the corners and base boards.
