Dr. Sonja (8/5): - Hübsches Haus und geschmackvolles Zimmer Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war gar nicht schön und es war viel Verkehrslärm. Leider wird in booking auch nicht beschrieben, dass das Haus Teil eines Immobilienimperiums ist, denen die halbe Stadt gehört. Das Frühstück ist deshalb gar nicht vor Ort, sondern einen guten Fußweg entfernt in der Ortsmitte. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht.

Diana (9/5): Great concept, great stay - Our stay at Villa Liberty, part of the Borgo Collection, was overall very enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the level of hospitality remained consistently high throughout our visit. The à la carte breakfast was excellent, offering a thoughtful selection of dishes that felt fresher and more refined than a standard buffet. We were also pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a room with beautiful views over the Val d’Orcia, which was a generous and much‑appreciated gesture. The property represents the albergo diffuso concept very well. This model, where rooms are distributed across restored buildings within the village, supports the revitalisation of historic communities and offers guests a more authentic experience. Our accommodation in the villa located outside the main borgo was particularly enjoyable thanks to the large private outdoor area, which is a real advantage in sunny weather. The short walk to the restaurant and other areas of the borgo was not inconvenient and added to the charm of the stay. The welcome drinks served in the beautifully maintained garden were another elegant touch. The room was clean and comfortable, although the mattress was slightly too soft for our personal preference. The restaurant is excellent and worth booking on its own. The cuisine was of high quality, and the wine list for degustation was exceptionally well curated, reflecting a deep understanding of the region’s strengths. The main area that requires improvement is the cleanliness of the private outdoor space. Given its size and potential, it would benefit from more thorough maintenance, including a proper jet wash. The whirlpool was not clean, which was disappointing. Even if some guests may not use it due to water temperature, it should always be presented in a clean and ready‑to‑use condition. This feature is a valuable asset to the room and could be better maintained and more clearly highlighted in the property description. Additionally, the website and Booking.com listing could provide clearer information regarding: - the activities available to book - how parking works - the size and layout of the parking area - and a simpler explanation of the albergo diffuso concept At the moment, the information is somewhat limited and can be confusing for guests trying to understand the structure of the property and the logistics. A more straightforward and detailed explanation would greatly improve the booking experience.

Slechte locatie, geen schonen kamers en dakterras: volle asbak, niet schoon en jacouzie niet klaar voor gebruik, afdekzeil lag er in! 400 meter lopen voor je ontbijt In Restaurant Al Vecchio Forno Erg slecht ontbijt met oud brood en onvriendelijk personeel. Slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding voor dit hotel!

Cristina (10/5): - La ubicación es muy buena ,tienes el pueblo entero a tu alcance. El trato del personal ,son encantadores tanto los del hotel como los del restaurante. Muy moderno y limpio. Las camas y las almohadas son muy duras .

Katia (10/5): Soggiorno indimenticabile, lo consiglio anche solo per una notte. - La colazione è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: ricca e adatta a tutti i gusti ed esigenze, con prodotti di qualità. Il personale estremamente gentile e accogliente. Il servizio rapido. Accogliente e ben attrezzata la location: un angolino tutto da scoprire! Uscire dal palazzo dove'era la nostra camera e recarci a fare colazione nel borgo storico ci ha permesso di scoprirlo e di apprezzarlo. In realtà nulla. L'unico consiglio che darei è di dare più spazio nella presentazione al concetto di albergo diffuso. Ciò che all'inizio può sembrare un disagio si rivela essere, invece, una splendida opportunità per conoscere il borgo.

Linda (10/5): Bike Hotel perfetto e albergo diffuso top - la villa ha uno posizione ottima sia per il borgo che per la Val d'Orcia. Mi è piaciuta molta l'esperienza diffusa nel borgo. Tanti servizi e per gli amanti della bici, un noleggio a fianco.

Ciacci (9/5): Top - La camera molto accogliente con un materasso e dei cuscini meravigliosi, abbiamo dormito benissimo. L'idea dell'albergo diffuso é molto carina. Colazione ottima e abbondante. L'unica cosa non ci hanno fornito le ciabatte.

margherita (10/5): Più di cosi non si può! Mario e Luisa - Posizione ottima fuori dalle mura e di fianco al noleggio bici, cosa puoi volere di più? Se non ti basta troverai molto di più: accoglienza, pulizia, cortesia, qualità che in totale fanno un'esperienza incredibile diffusa in un autentico borgo medievale. Bravi tutti e brava la famiglia Genovese che in tanti anni ha creato tutto questo. Consigliato e torneremo

Lorena (9/5): Tutto molto bene ! - Tutto è stato molto piacevole ,accurato ....suggerisco di completare il comfort della stanza con la presenza di qualche bicchiere e cucchiaino Ho un unico appunto che non riguarda l hotel ma il territorio (comune ,regione?!?) ed è l incuria in cui versano i luoghi termali liberi (es bagni san flippo ) e la comunicazione sull accesso alle terme !tutte le notizie rimandano agli alberghi ed alle loro spa,difficile per me destrggiarmi nel baillamme di offerte tutte volte ai servizi spa

Michele (7/5): - Alloggio carino, staff gentile ma con prezzi un po’ alti per la struttura offerta. Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle due suite, con vasca idromassaggio, che, non funzionavano di più della metà delle modalità….prezzo troppo alto per quella camera!!! Ci hanno consigliato un ristorante della loro catena ma ci hanno spennato mangiando non tanto bene, i camerieri sulla cinquantina sono scorbutici, complimenti ai camerieri giovani che ci hanno accolto con un sorriso.

Roberto (9/5): - Idea di albergo diffuso di charme valorizza la rinascita di piccoli borghi e la proprietà di questa struttura interpreta a pieno questa filosofia dando al viaggiatore tutta la storia del luogo con le location più suggestive.Esperienza da fare assolutamente.Servizio ottimo,camere pulite,letti di ottima qualità per un sonno confortevole....e potrei andare avanti per molto per elogiare la struttura.

Annelies (8/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt - Die Villa direkt vor der Altstadt somit alles sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichbar Die Villa verfügt über einige Parkplätze die man dazu buchen muss, wir waren in der Nebensaison da somit war es kein Problem noch einen zu bekommen Ebenfalls hatte ich erst nach der Buchung verstanden dass das Frühstück außer Haus eingenommen wird Der Check in verlief etwas sehr hektisch

Yang (8/5): - Nice location and great restaurant they have in town. If you drive car with loaded luggage, it is not convenient as they don't have front driveway to unload baggage and you have to carry everything from the street parking to hotel door (plus a few stairs up).

Peter (8/5): Amazing place in the heart of Val d'Orcia - NIce rooms, clean, comfy. Staff was very attentive, first class. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast simply superb. They offered us tea/coffee upon arrival and gave us welcome drink coupons too. Interior decoration was great, quality building materials used all around. Can only recommend. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell. Check out time could be later (11am is a bit early)
