• Sopho (8/5): - The room was very clear and stuff was very helpful. It is 2 min wall to metro station. Good value for money. Stairs are really narrow to carry bags but stuff were very helpful and kind so they helped us bring bags to third floor.

La chambre est spacieuse et calme malgré l'emplacement au centre ville. Frigo est à notre disposition. Philippe a été adorable pendant tout le séjour. Un grand merci pour son professionnalisme et son accueil. Le ménage reste à désiré. Le sol n'est pas nettoyé dans la salle de b. et la prise sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas.

• Ukmar (10/5): Great value, great location. Thank you! - The location was very convenient for the tube, Earl’s Court Station. We could get everywhere we wanted to be from here. The room was very comfortable for myself and my daughter, we had two twin beds. We felt very safe as the entrance is not obvious when passing by. Surprised that it was so quiet, we had a court facing room. The staff was very helpful with navigating the stairs with our luggage. Having no elevator was not an issue. The coffee maker in the room required special pods which were not provided. Not a big problem because there are several coffee shops around.
• GILLES (7/5): For a short stay - The daytime receptionist was very professional and welcoming. The daytime staff were very accommodating and friendly. However, the night receptionist was quite nervous and intrusive (he cannot tolerate any noise and closely watches every move). As for the rest, the rooms are rather small and lack storage space.

• Sarinah (8/5): Overal een prettig verblijf gehad! - Prettig hotel vlak naast het metro station (Earls court). Geen ontbijt maar er zitten genoeg tentjes in de nabije omgeving. Hotel heeft geen lift en het raam op de kamer kon helaas niet open.

The street was lively, with plenty of nearby pubs and food places. The accommodation matched the photos perfectly, and everything was as expected. The staff were especially great, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Small supermarket and places to get food nearby. While clean, the bathroom felt old - broken tiles, door not closing properly. I also would have appreciated more space to put my stuff in the bathroom. My room was facing the main road, and I thought it was quite noisy during the night, so beware if you are a light sleeper.

• van den Boogaard (6/5): Altogether a fine place to stay at but not at all great if you want to actually rest after a busy day. - It was close to the metro station, connecting us to fun places throughout the city within 30 minute travel time. We could hear everything through the walls, especially from the reception where the owners and cleaners were talking very loudly. Both waking us early and keeping us up at night. Besides that, we had a room that didn’t offer a sign or door hanger that could tell the cleaning staff we needed house keeping. Because of that they kept coming into our room, without knocking to ask if we needed anything. Sometimes twice a day. Throughout the week it started to be annoying and confusing why we didn’t have a sign like the other rooms.

Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, camera pulita, moderna, calda e confortevole. TV moderno con servizi di streaming, wifi veloce. In occasione del compleanno del bambino il personale ci ha fatto una gradita sorpresa. Pochi spazi per riporre oggetti in camera ed in bagno, pochi piani di appoggio. La camera è piccola, sufficiente per due ma stretta con il terzo letto aggiuntivo.

We also liked the addition of a mini fridge which was helpful for water, drinks and snacks. Our room was always cleaned daily, with the bed made and fresh towels given. We didn’t bring luggage so wasn’t an issue for us but if we had there isn’t much space to open up a suitcase. Otherwise the hair dryer didn’t work very well. Our room was on the top floor with no lifts so a decent amount of stairs, didn’t bother us much but might be an issue for others.

Geen ontbijt; wel mogelijk in de directe omgeving. - Lokatie (vlakbij Underground Earl's Court); kwaliteit bedden; geen lawaai van de straat. TV (gewone kanalen niet te vinden); geen safe'je; kamer werd pas 's middags opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. nauwelijks ruimte om buiten de kamer even te zitten.

• Miroslav (7/5): Super lokalita, dobrý poměr ceny a kvality - Největší výhoda tohoto hotelu byla jeho poloha. Byl pár kroků od metra, které je za chvilku přímo v centru. Ale na spoustu míst se dalo dojít i pěšky, například do Hyde Parku, ke Kensingtonskému paláci anebo delší procházkou až k Buckinghamskému paláci atd. Rovněž samotné okolí hotelu bylo fajn, plné restaurací, kaváren a obchodů. Pokoj byl relativně tichý, a sice menší, ale dostačující a celkem pohodlný (velmi měkké postele, ale to je otázkou osobních preferencí každého). Super poměr ceny a kvality v porovnání s ostatními hotely v centru. Pokoj měl pár menších nedostatků: trochu zápach odpadu v koupelně, maličké umyvadlo, absolutní neexistence úložných prostor (což při krátkém pobytu nevadí, ale po pár dnech je to otravné), fén nefungoval. Nepříjemný byl způsob úklidu - pokoj byl sice čistý, ale po návratu na pokoj jsme každý den našli jiné “překvapení”, například naše věci odházené stranou (asi aby se pod nimi dal prostor setřít), třeba kartáčky na zuby štětinkami domů na polici vedle umyvadla, pyžama hozená na nočním stolku, zapomenutý mokrý hadr na nočním stolku, apod. Taky za celý pobyt nedošlo k doplnění prázdného sprchového gelu ve sprše.
