- Erminia Donatella (9/5): - La camera era bella e molto grande, così come il bagno. Il bagno era solo un po' datato. Ho usufruito inoltre del loro parcheggio, che è risultato molto comodo. Alla reception mi hanno dato indicazioni su cosa visitare e sono stati molto gentili. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda e centrale per visitare la città. La moquette era un po' datata.

- Rainer (5/5): Hotel sehr ist sehr gut gelegen. Ich würde wieder dort buchen aber ein anderes Zimmer ohne Frühstück - Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr gut. Sehr freundlich und alle Absprachen wurden trotz Verständigungsprobleme erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, allerdings nur mit einem sehr kleinen Fenster versehen Das Frühstück ist für Europäer ungeeignet. Ich habe mich von Toastbrot, Butter und blau gekochten Eiern ernährt. Ich hatte das Zimmer 805. Daneben war die Lüftungszentrale des Hotels untergebracht. Es waren permanent laute Geräusche hörbar.

- 王淑真 (1/5): ⭐ 入住心得（供旅客參考） 本次住宿有以下幾點落差： 1️⃣ 房間實際狀況與訂房平台照片差異明顯 2️⃣ 家庭房未提供沙發，與一般家庭房期待不符 3️⃣ 服務人員服務品質有改善空間 4️⃣ 飯店未提供住客停車，需自行付費至外部停車場 整體住 - ⭐ 一星｜踩雷住宿，不推薦 這次入住北都大飯店的體驗非常差，實際情況與訂房 App 照片落差極大，幾乎不像同一間飯店，入住後非常失望。 訂的是家庭房，但房內連基本沙發都沒有，空間與配置完全不符合一般家庭房標準，感覺與訂房資訊不符。 服務人員整體服務品質也不佳，入住體驗不舒服。 最不能接受的是，住宿旅客竟然無法停飯店停車場，還要自己另外付費到外面立體停車場停車，增加額外成本與麻煩。 以這樣的價格與品質完全不成比例，這次住宿非常後悔，真心不建議入住。
