Thomas (1/5): Bad - I am sorry to inform you that the bed was like a child's, the mattress wretched - you turned on your side and almost fell down, the pillow equally wretched. Shampoo for twin room was a piece mini as well as the balcony door to the room so short you had to bend down to get out or see out. I think we were normal people, I don't understand the small height of the balcony door.

Milijana (10/5): Exceptional - The whole experience was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. Great location very close to the center of Verona.
Minna (1/5): Bad - Beautiful decoration and restaurant. I found a green-brown bug behind the curtain and wanted to cancel my booking and get my money back, but the owner-lady did not agree. She said she can not do anything as I had booked through booking. com but they answered from booking com that she can cancel and return my money if she wants. They appealed to that, that in the countryside there are always bugs coming into the houses. But. Rooms should always be clean, because you pay for that and you want to have such a nice experience and give a good feedback. But if you find something uncomfortable from the room or the place and are not treated well as a customer, you get bad feeling over all and do not want to stay. They offered another room, but with a bad feeling, I could not stay. So I am very disappointed and can not recommend this place.

Barbara (9/5): Overall great experience - Staff were amazingly helpful and very friendly. A good variety for breakfast . Fresh squeezed orange juice was a bonus. Dinner was DELICIOUS! Room was spacious. A short drive to Verona, Lake Garda and some great wineries. We recommend visiting the smaller family owned wineries. The mattress cover was hot and hard. I think it was vinyl fused with a thin layer of cotton. While I do understand the need to protect the mattress, the vinyl made it very uncomfortable. Perhaps a different protective cover could be sourced. I realize that this sounds like nit picking, but for me, cleanliness and a comfortable bed are of utmost importance when I am travelling.

Peter (9/5): Superb - A classic and traditional hotel. Clean and functional. Very friendly staff. Decor is a quite trafitional - if you are into that. Breakfast was nice. A great place for a stopover. We had a nice meal in the restaurant in the evening. It a bit out of the way. Not a lot of things going on in the area.
