- Joan (6/5): Quiet and peaceful - ZESA is a challenge for all hotels in Zim. Food was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Why no Coke Zero or other non sugar drinks for diabetic guests? Why no powder milk with the tea and coffee sachets? Why no hot water in the shower, though there was in the bath and basin? Comfortable bed, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Car park is a long way for elderly, handicapped guests to walk.
