• Nicola (6/5): - La posizione è perfetta, parallela alla via principale con tutti i locali. L'accesso agli appartamenti è condiviso, ma ben delimitato, con un ristorante presente al piano terra. Essendo in una posizione centrale, la notte all'esterno è stato un pò rumoroso, ma questo ovviamente non dipende dal gestore. Affittando un appartamento con cucina, per una famiglia, mi sarei aspettato di avere almeno le stoviglie necessarie, ma purtroppo non è stato così. L'appartamento, pur essendo in linea con altri appartamenti di altri gestori, è risultato essere stretto. Per aprire il divano letto ero costretto a spostare il tavolo. Forse non lo affitterei a famiglie, soprattutto se hanno figli sopra i 10 anni, gli spazi non sono idonei.

• Lorie (9/5): Great location and reasonably priced apt - The location was very good because it was right down a couple blocks from the main eating areas and bars Why is it that hotel rooms are going with LED lighting and it’s just not very bright in the rooms if you want to do any reading for working on the computer? They fixed one light for me on the wall, but the other one didn’t work.

Said toiletries were included but there was just one random bottle in the shower. Glad I brought mine. Needs to stock kitchen a little more.

• Chantal (8/5): Bon emplacement - Excellent emplacement. Central près de tout. Appartement propre mais assez petit. Difficile de gérer deux valises dans l'espace disponible. Il n'y a pas de stationnement réservé, on doit stationner sur la rue et les places disponibles sont très limitées.

• Maria (8/5): Top locatie - Perfecte locatie. Ruim appartement voor wanneer je met 2 of 3 personen verblijft. Snelle en duidelijke communicatie met verhuurder. Veel opstoppunten voor excursies op korte loopafstand. Omdat de locatie super fijn midden in het centrum is gelegen heb je uiteraard ook meer geluidsoverlast hiervan, maar niet te vergelijken met andere Hoofdsteden, dus geen sirenes enz heel de nacht door.
• Vy (10/5): - J'ai réservé 5 nuits dans cet établissement et c'était très bien passé. L'emplacement est au centre de ville de Reyjavik, très proche des restaurants et des arrêts de bus, ce qui a beaucoup facilité notre déplacement. De plus, le personnel est sympathique à travers nos échanges et répond vite à nos appels en cas de besoin, même si la procédure d'arrivée et de sortie est autonome. L'appartement est très spacieux et équipé aussi. Le chauffage marche tellement bien, nous avons bien dormi pendant toutes les nuits ici malgré la froide glaciale de Iceland. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Un coup de cœur pour moi.

• Jill (7/5): Zentral, super für kurzen Aufenthalt - Sehr zentrale Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Sauber, ruhig und hell, ausgestattet mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle so wie Geschirr. Dusche für die kleine Größe des Badezimmers sogar recht geräumig und ebenerdig. Gastgeber hat schnell geantwortet. Einfacher self-check in. War erst positiv überrascht von der schnellen, positiven Antwort des Gastgebers als ich darum bat ein sehr abgenutztes, verrissenes Handtuch auszutauschen, aber das Handtuch wurde nie ausgetauscht während wir dort waren. Hatte außerdem angenommen wir hätten auch einen kleinen Tisch im Zimmer, aber da hatte ich nicht korrekt auf die Bilder geschaut. Das Zimmer war dann doch sehr eng mit 2 Koffern. Für kurze Aufenthalte aber ok. Grundsätzlich war es außerdem recht ruhig im Zimmer, nur Nachbarn die Türen knallen oder den Schneepflug auf der Straße hat man gehört.

• Aaron (8/5): Excellent location and value, with good clean but small rooms and good service. - Exceptional location walking distance from some of the best restaurants and bars in Reykjavik. The room was available about 30 minutes early and had microwave and refrigerator. Walls are very thin and neighboring rooms' guests would hit the wall while resting against the pillow in bed and literally knock my head slightly. The room is very small, so as a tall person had trouble fitting in the shower without knocking elbows against the walls.

• Tibbe (7/5): - Great customer service. They respond quickly and are very nice. We were even allowed to get in the appartment an hour early. The location is also great! It was not very clean. There were smashed mosquitos and stains on the curtains. It was also quite dusty.

• Kristina (10/5): Great comfortable stay in Reykjavik, close to everything a tourist is looking for - Tha appartment had everything needed for even a longer stay, all of it was clean, the bed was comfortable and kitchen had all utilities in place. It is very close to everything in the city. Grocery store is just arround the corner. Bus stop is in front of the outside door. We liked it a lot.

The insulation of the room was not so impressive since you can literally hear all the sound coming from other rooms next to mine and even from the street outside.

The appartment gave a access code to the room but it didn't work, I called several time to enter the room. All codes were wrong. Finally, a informaion woman gave a keybox number and let me know how I open the door. I waited an hour to get into the room. I also made reservation 3people. The appartment prepared for 2 people with Sofa. My son organized his bed himself. I couldn't imagined. I have had lots of family trip in the world, but we never got an experience as like this. To be honesty, I don' t want to give a point.

The place was very clean and tidy. The location is super convenient. There’s a bus stop right in front of the door, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

• Uwe (9/5): Sehr gute Lage und angemessener Preis. Nur das Fenster ist Konstruktionsbedingt undicht. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war auch relativ ruhig dort. Die Beschreibung der Parkplätze war dünn. Es fehlte die Angabe, dass alle Parkplätze P1, P2, P3 kostenpflichtig sind und dass P3 am gunstigsten ist. Und etwas weiter weg müsste man gar nichts zahlen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Deshalb fehlten bestimmt auch die Stühle. Hinsetzen ging nur auf das Bett.

• Julia (7/5): Prisvärt ställe mitt i stan som jag rekommenderar för en natts besök om man primärt bara ska sova där. - Centralt men ändå i ett område som kändes lugnt och tyst på kvällen. Ser precis ut som referensbilderna. När man kommer till entrén så hoppas man lite att man gått fel för ser verkligen ut som ett risigt hostel. Finns lite skavanker här och där som en trasig rullgardin och nötta kanter i badrum samt kök.

• Francis (5/5): Ok.wouldnt recomned for a family of four - Location The windows were not air tight. There was draft coming through the windows. Too much public noise during weekends. Cannot sleep because of it. The room that was rented was too small. Not meant for family of four.

• Shirley (9/5): Enjoyed. Recommend. - Comfortable and well located. The first night which was a Saturday - there was a party on the street with volume that shook the walls ! No way to go to sleep before 2am. Other nights were quiet. Not their fault, I know.
• Hoang (8/5): Good value - Appartement petit mais parfait pour voyageur solo. Idéalement situé près des commerces, restaurants et épiceries. Bonne communication et service . J’avais un problème de code et ils ont répondu très vite. Par contre demander un studio qui n’est pas côté rue. Il y a un bar à proximité et le soir c’est assez bruyant. J’ai garé ma voiture au parking vitatorg qui était le moins cher des parkings intérieurs à proximité. Sinon rechercher les places extérieures de type P3 à côté de ce parking. Dans l’ensemble satisfait malgré le bruit le soir. Noise from the street

• Raju (4/5): - We landed in Reykjavik on early sunday morning, we requested for early checkin previously as our regular checkin is not until 3 PM. She agreed with an extra charge which was ok for us. When we reached the property, the key code that was sent to us over email wont work. After multiple tries calling the number given in the email, we were connected and was put on hold and was told that we would be called back. Upon that, we were not informed that there was some construction / remodel work happening, which I found very inconvenient for the guests. I would have appreciated if we were notified about it previously. Apartment was clean though. But if I think about the stay, I would remember the initial difficulty with checkin process. Location of the apartment was very central with walking distance to all the main attractions in Reykjavik.

• Michelle (4/5): - The entryway to the Island Apartments was dirty and littered. Once you entered one door, there were bags of trash and recycling awaiting you. When you climbed the stairs, you could see water damage on the walls. Our room had hair in it. We had two towels and asked for more for our kids, and housekeeping said they couldn't accommodate it. We left and went to another hotel without a refund. Couldn't do it! We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip touring the island, and this one was by far the worst.

If you don't have a roaming phone in that instant you might be sleeping in the street ... I have to ring them as no reception only through phone calll ..

• YUPING (9/5): - 地點非常好。房間乾淨整齊。住宿地點沒有停車場，但附近隔一條街的地方有P3區可以停車，費用算便宜。屋主提供的入住指示非常清楚。 我們訂的是四人房，其中有兩人要睡沙發床，但是沙發床沒有提供床單有點訝異。 民宿正位於一間印度餐廳的上方，入口處就在印度餐廳備料區的後門，剛進去時會覺得味道有點重，但房間內蠻乾淨的不會有味道。
