- Connie (6/5): - This is a very cute cottage close to Belfast and great coffee. It was nicely decorated but the bed and flat pillows prevented a good night sleep. It was very tight for two people/luggage and did not have two bedside tables to plug devices in- a bit of a struggle. While the location was convenient, it was very noisy from highway traffic throughout the night. Get the largest room and bring your own pillow! Better pillows please and enough charging plugs and surfaces for two travelers :)

- CC_BookingTravel (8/5): It was a nice sEscape - A well kept motel with nautical theme. Even though it was on the other side of the street, you are still able to view the river from the parking lot. It was a just enough space for a couple in the regular motel rooms. I loved the wooden floors and a 2-in-1 ac/heater to warm the room. Plus you are able to pick out vinyls for the room's record player (on request). Went in the fall, so it was during their off peak season (they do have a pool).It was quiet and couldn't hear any noises from other rooms (just a little bit of noise from the few cars driving on the road). It was a great midpoint location for a day trip to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Belfast was a quaint town with warm welcoming people. I wish the shower stall was larger; even as a petite woman, I had to struggle a bit to have some elbow room.

The cottage we stayed in was very nice. Comfy bed with a small workable kitchen. Loved the provided record player and they have the records to get and play.

A relatively small space has been very well laid out, decorated with character and we enjoyed a very comfortable night here. We loved how extremely well equipped it was - the best we’ve ever had at a motel. The old record player and LP’s are a nice touch. The plastic flowers!

The location is very convenient—right off the highway and just a few miles from town, making it easy to get around while still feeling a bit tucked away. Our room had clearly been refreshed recently and was very comfortable, which made for a relaxing night. The bathroom, while spotless, did feel a bit dated compared to the rest of the room. A modern update there would really elevate the overall experience—and likely justify a higher price point, should the hotel choose to go that route. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the amenities, but the pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire pits all looked inviting and well-maintained. Next time, we’ll be sure to stay longer! Though we never interacted with staff in person, every service touchpoint—from booking to check-in—was impressively swift and accurate. It’s clear the operations are running smoothly behind the scenes. All in all, a great place to stay with a lot of potential to become even better. Would happily return!

And for the coast of Maine in August very good price i was in the hospitality industry for yesrs in maine. And was impressed with this place. Would definitely stay agsin. Only note and its silly, it definitely is not a 20 minute walk into belfast from there because we did it, made for a funny walk back after a few drinks lol

Abbiamo apprezzato gli interni super curati e accoglienti, il patio esterno, la postazione del fire pit e la piscina in comune, facendoci vivere l’esperienza in stile motel americano in modo ancora più autentico. Unico piccolo intoppo, siamo arrivati alle 22 e il codice d’ingresso della porta non funzionava, ma alla fine grazie a una coppia di ragazzi siamo riusciti a contattare la struttura che tempestivamente si è presentata sul posto.

- agnes (9/5): - La chambre est bien équipée et assez grande pour 2. C est bien agencé. On est proche de Belfast et d Acadia. Ma piscine est propre et tres agreagble. Le personnel est tres sympathique Les cabines ont l air super sympa avec barbecue perso. La douche n est pas terrible. Pas beaucoup de pression. La clim fait beaucoup de bruit et vu qu on est près de la route, difficile de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Niveau bruit vraiment pas terrible.

- Julia (10/5): Adorable Cottage - We loved our 3-night stay in the cottage! It was a little tight for our family of 4 but it was perfectly clean and decorated adorably. It had everything we needed to make a cooked breakfast each morning and a patio out front overlooking the water. The hot tub unfortunately didn’t seem to be working as the water wasn’t warm/hot at all, however, our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool. We drove into Acadia both days and it was about 1.5 hours drive. We would definitely stay again if we go that way again!

When my daughter and I came here last summer (2024) I just KNEW I had to return this summer with both my kids. I tell ya, it never gets easier to leave! I booked the family cottage and it was perfection. The beds were all comfy, we loved how spacious the bathroom was, a full kitchen for convenience, plus a charcoal grill and picnic tables, outdoor games, fire pit, pool, hot tub..... All right by the beautiful bay. I love love LOVE this place! We will definitely be back!
- Iris (9/5): Lovely and convenient stay - Very nice room, quite bigger than expected for this price at this area. Beautiful decoration and quite comfortable beds and pillows overall. Good facilities and lovely neighbours!! Pillows could’ve been fluffier but this comes down to personal preference, there’s a little bit of road noise but to be honest nothing out of the ordinary and that can be solved with a pair of earplugs

Beds were very comfy and the decor was well done. One of the reasons I chose to stay was for the pool and hot tub, both which were not open. That was never mentioned in the many emails received from the Seascape. I would have chosen another place to stay.

- Sarah (10/5): This place is a hidden gem!!! It’s a nice drive to Acadia from - Ocean view!, Lovely cottages with ample seating, great kitchen and bathroom sizes. Lots of hot water for a family of 4 to take consecutive showers daily. Beds were very comfy and the right amounts of blankets. The grass needed to be mowed and would of loved the hot tub to be open memorial weekend

- John (9/5): First rate accommodations! - The Seascape Motel and Cabins set the bar for first rate accommodations. The attention to every detail is is evident in every facet of the property. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Nothing comes to mind.

Shower is, as others reviewers note, insanely small (and I am not a big person). I wished that someone was at the desk during business hours, but never had to wait very long for assistance.

Room was on the smaller side but we only stayed one night in Belfast so it was manageable. Lovely town to explore. Friendly people.

- Bethany (9/5): Superb - The whole place seems relatively new and is very clean. They have used their small space efficiently. The room is cozy, clean, and easy to heat/cool. The wifi was great. Other guests kept trying to open my door while I was in there which was a little freaky for a solo traveler. The fake potted plants take up a lot of floor and counter space in a already small space and they are the only thing that made the room look dirty because they are hard to dust. Since it is a small space, it might make more sense to get rid of some of the extras like the throw pillows, plants, large baskets, large lamps, etc.
