- RICHARD (7/5): I stay there because price is good and location convenient. The cleanliness is as it should be - Price hot water faucet on sink to stiff to turn beyond a drizzle, hot water almost never made it to faucet.start

- Verified traveler (6/5): Only choice in a storm - We had to bail on a drive north because of a really bad snow storm and could barely make it past the next exit so this was our next best option over spending time in a ditch.
We booked through hotels.com about 30 mins before we made it there, so I understand not necessarily knowing we were coming. When we arrived, the office was locked with a note directing us to call the person on duty. He was very prompt in coming over. It was odd however that he didn’t actually know how much to charge me, and relied on me telling him what I paid (so I guess I could have made up anything?). We then were given a room that wasn’t what we paid for (about $15 different) but my friend and I were so tired we didn’t bother saying anything.
While extremely dated, with choice coverings of defects, the bed was clean and we had a decent nights sleep.
It was definitely a higher price point than what we got but it was the only choice we had in the storm.
- Priscilla (7/5): Reasonably priced - The hotel fit our needs for a one-night stay to attend a wedding at a reasonable price. In order to check in, we had to go to one of the rooms to get the employee. It ended up being fine but did take longer than what it could have been. We only had one large towel in our room. Lastly, the proximity to the parking lot makes it for a noisy room.
- Marcin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lawrence (4/5): Disappointing -
- Janet (7/5): Good - The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was a nice quiet room.

- Helen (8/5): Very good - Very good powerful shower.
Parking outside room.
Quiet location.
Very friendly staff at check in. Greeted by name. Lack of outlets that we could see.
Cigarette bin outside was a fire hazard as it was full of paper rubbish.
One of the bed lights needs looking at.
- Philip (8/5): It was fine - Location fine near restaurant an bait store
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Virginia (1/5): The property looks nothing like the condition it is in now. Felt unsafe and scary. - The room smelt ok but it was a little dirty on corner and the windows did not open for the screen use. The windows themselves were fitly. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh.
- Dean (4/5): - See above

- Roger (8/5): Very good -
- Roger (8/5): Very good -
- Conrad (8/5): - Very nice staff.
- Maggie (2/5): Very poor - Convenient location Very dirty. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Bugs - roaches and ants. Bedding stained and very evident was not washed recently; several hairs and crumbs. Toilet seat not clean.
- Jolyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jim (2/5): They canceled our room and wanted us to go 21 miles away to there "Other Motel" -
- Shirley (2/5): Won’t stay there again. - Nothing Everything
- Danette (8/5): - The staff person didn't know we were coming even though we made a reservation through Expedia. He was very nice. Older place but quaint.
- John (8/5): -
Clean room, courteous staff. Convenient location and price for our purposes.
- Stephanie (10/5): - Always pleasant to stay here. Simple and very cost effective and the management is friendly.
- Megan (6/5): - No one at front desk to check in when we got here and got hung up on when I called number on reservation.
- Mary (10/5): - The parking was ok but the ppl are very friendly and the rooms are huge.
- Michelle (8/5): - Bathroom shower curtain was clean but smelled musty. Only 2 pillows in queen room. Should have more
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice and convenient
- Teresa (8/5): Quaint & Quiet tuck away - The staff were more than courteous, I called to say I was going to be later than 10pm for check in and they accommodated without a problem. Quaint and quiet cottage style CHARM units in horseshoe complex tucked right on mainstreet. Porch with 2 chairs and table at the entry. Parking lot very well lit and 2 blocks from PD. Clean and simple rooms not cramped at all.
- Terry (10/5): - It’s an older motel but well kept up. Very friendly staff, they were painting outside rails when I arrived. I would definitely stay again.
- Tom (8/5): Nice, affordable place. - Just a nice, affordable motel. Conveniently located in the center of town. Goose Shot bar/restaurant a block away. I would stay again.
- Kathleen (10/5): Home away from Home - Greeted with a smile! We have stayed here multiple times and appreciated the cleanliness and kind owners. We will be back.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely filthy, RUN! - This place should literally cost $15 for the night, with a fair warning that you are sleeping in a pig pen. It was absolutely filthy, there was grease and hair on what can only be described as a dresser (the top mind you, I wouldn't dare open it. The towels were disgusting, I didn't use a single one, as they looked filthy. The bathroom needs to be leveled to the ground. Mold everywhere and just plain dirty. I had to put down so much toilet paper just to sit down to pee. I would not recommend that anyone stay here ever!
- Jessica (10/5): - It's an older smaller hotel, but it was very clean, and comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly for a 3 day concert weekend.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Location was great. Outward apprearance was clean and kept up. Once inside, the first thing that hit was the horrible stench (musty, dank, unaired, foul). Second surprise was a huge carpenter ant climbing on the wall to greet us as we entered. It was quite dark inside even with lights, but carpet was badly stained. Tried to make coffee in the morning and it leaked all the coffee onto the tray! So had to soak it up with washcloth and wipe it down (no coffee). Bathroom was relatively clean except for the mold growing inbetween the shower tiles (black) so for $77+, we'll never go back again. I don't need all the amenities, but do expect things to work, fresh odor, cleanliness, and no bugs.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Older motel with no updates. Was clean. Staff friendly. Only will receive any type of room cleaning if you ask. Are always happy to help if asked.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - They called me by name...its a small establishment, quiet and very friendly..I will definitely stay again
- Rebecca (8/5): Satisfied - Clean room, did not expect much from outside, but room was clean with fridge and microwave. Owner was nice and very accommodating.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nothing fancy but a safe place to sleep for the night
- Johnnie (8/5): Convenient and Comfortable - I really enjoyed my stay here. I was able to get some rest and didn’t have to drive 20 miles to the next town. It was a cold snowy day in Wisconsin so I definitely thankful for the convenience and warmth.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very friendly staff. Perfect room for my daughter and I for the night. Will stay there again next time.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room in which I stated never warmed up and it was a cold night.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Made an online paid reservation through Expedia at 930pm. Showed up at mid nite. The staff would not answer the door! Staff would not answer the phone! Needlessl to say, we had to go to Americinn across town! Really? Where is my refund?!
- Amy (8/5): Good location - Stayed at the Inn Town Motel with my family for two nights. The location was convenient and walkable to downtown. The decor was dated but clean. Mainly workers were staying at the motel who got up very early. Proprietors were friendly.
- daniel (8/5): GOOD - NOTHING FANCY, GREAT LOCATION TO WALK DOWNTOWN FOR BARS AND FOOD.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The owners were very nice. The bed was ok but the pillows were very flat. The bathroom was very outdated...the shower had hair in it. A couple walls had some kind of stains on them. The bedding and towels were clean, no stains. The front door looked like it was kicked in at one time. It appeared that a few of the other rooms had people actually living there.
- James (10/5): Nice hotel, highly recommended - Nice hotel with a small number of units. Newly renovated. Everything about this hotel and our stay was very nice. Great room, ultra strong WiiFI, TV with every channel you can imagine. New microwave and refrigerator in the room. Parking in front of your room made for easy loading and unloading. The owner is also the operator and he will do everything he can to make sure your visit is a pleasant one.
- David (8/5): - I was very pleased. I had a very quiet and pleasant stay. No big deal, but I am not use to using a low toilet seat.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice place to stay - This was a nice place to stay. Great people at check in. Very clean and comfortable room. Very close to the event i was attending. Will definately go there again. Thanks
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room next to us had 2 dogs that they left in the room when they went away. The dogs barked and cried a lot.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - Things were a little dated but kept in good shape friendly service.Felt safe.
- Rod F (2/5): Poor access to office staff - My room was reserved and prepaid. The "24x7" office was not open at 9:15pm-10:15pm. Motel office staff didn't answer their phone. Expedia put me on hold for over 10 minutes - twice! I hung up. Extremely bad experience. I had to find a new room at 10pm!
- Buffey (10/5): great old fashion motel - My husband and I were in the area for the races at Road America as well as other interests in the area. The day we were arriving, the hotel called us twice to confirm that we were in fact going to keep our reservation. Turned out, the EAA air show was beginning then as well and they were just making sure that they had no vacancies.
The hotel is family run and maintained, so everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff recommended a local restaurant that we would not had found on our own that had a fantastic breakfast for a reasonable price. There was a bar and grill around the corner that we walked to and enjoyed.
The bed was comfortable even though it was a full size (we are used to a king). My only dislike was I wished they had a curved shower curtain for more room in the shower.
- retired granny (6/5): old motel, but clean. - the motel is family owned...woman very difficult to understand due to heavy accent, but friendly and accomodating. older motel, but very clean. close to Main Street and interstate. Expedia stated my bill for 5 nights would be $305, but woman charged me $349 and said w/e was more expensive..there was no reasoning with her either. So, it's buyer beware with prices.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Small Mom and Pop - Old and shows age but beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Owners were pleasant and full of information. Yes I would stay again and some of the renters that were there have stayed before.
- Not Provided (8/5): Budget Conscious travler should not miss this - It was a bit confusing at check in but once I was in the room it was fine. It very cold and the room was nice and toasty. It was a fantastic price so I expected the décor and condition to reflect the price. Clean and comfortable, and within walking distance of everything
- Kimberly (8/5): - Stayed January 16-19; owners accommodated my change in stay when I added another evening at the last minute due to a late arrival from Chicago. Love the owners-quaint little motel within walking distance to several locations on Main Street and in the vicinity.
- Debbie (6/5): It was Okay... - I wish they would have had the parking lot plowed so that it was easier getting in and out of the parking lot. It was pretty hard having to tromp through 8 inches of snow in and out of your vehicle to your room... the room never got warmer than 68 degrees because it was -17 outside and the heater looked to be about 50 years old... It just could not keep up with the cold. The place is very old and outdated, but also very clean. Overall it was not a horrible experience.
- Dawn (10/5): my 3rd time back but not last - I came in at about 7pm and was greeted by the owner. she was very nice and happy to see me back. I was in a different room than the last time but it was just as nice. the bed was very comfortable, the table and chairs were nice and I got a lot of work done at the desk with strong Wi Fi this hotel makes it feel like home.
- Justin (4/5): Too much for that place - Very uncomfortable bed and smelled mildue bad
- JimmyT (8/5): - Standard motel, but very clean and neat. The owner was especially pleasant. I'll stay there again.
- Todd (8/5): Good clean room at a good price - Seven hour stay. Arrived late at night and left early. A nice lady (owner?) waited up for me to arrive, and then closed up the office after I checked in. This is an old motel, but the room appeared to have had some remodeling done at some point. In my brief time here, it seemed clean and in good condition. No odors. Plenty of electrical outlets to recharge my devices. My only complaint during the stay was that she didn't provide me the wi-fi password. It was late, and I didn't want to bother her assuming she was off to bed.
- Angela (6/5): Okay Place To Stay - We stayed one night. The room was nice. It was quiet.
- Verified traveler (6/5): A spoiled evening - I have stayed at this motel for three times now, but this time there was an incident that I spoke to the owners about. The couple next to me were arguing/fighting and they were doing so in their room as well as in the parking lot. I did talk to the owners the next morning and they gave me a discount and assured me they had not heard the ruckus. They said they would do whatever they could to prevent this situation the next time I'm a guest. They said nothing like that has ever happened at their motel since it's a quiet neighborhood and town. I understood they can't always predict some people's actions that would disturb other guests.
- Christopher (8/5): Adequate - Good room for the money. Check out time was unusually early (10:00 AM).
- Mary (2/5): - Ref not pugged in .window air unit didn't work..room felt damp and smelled stale
