- Juana Karen (4/5): - I’ll be completely honest with my review based on my experience. I stayed 5 days with my family, we never had anyone to clean the room, no fresh towels and bed sheets, there are cockroaches everywhere, we found in our room like 10 of them, when I called to report them I could barely hear the person I was speaking to since there were screamings and dogs barking in the background (I am pretty sure this wasn’t on the lobby) customer service by phone is just awful, although we never had any issues on the front desk, they were very nice, just one of them was very straight forward which was perfect for us! But calling MiaRentals by phone was awful, they are rude and unprofessional. We paid almost 1K and the views to the ocean was beautiful. The hotel needs maintenance cause everything was moldy and rusty, other than that the rest was alright. My advice would be, if you can pay 3 hundred more definitely don’t stay here.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid if you can - That hipster guy at the front desk at night has no manners and is rude and unhelpful. Also my room thermostat was broken and it was hot in there. The process to extend my nights was confusing and the boy at the front was not helpful. The valet service is slow and the lines to park or to get the car back when u need it is ridiculously long. The checkout time is 10 am ridiculous and have to pay more to get extended a late checkout instead of being a courtesy like most hotels.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Place can you a renovation - Booked a room, but didn’t even get the room I have booked. My room was suppose to come with a sofa bed and two queen beds, but didn’t get the room with the sofa bed, which isn’t a problem, but I was slightly irritated because I had paid extra for that room. If I wanted a room with two queen beds, I would’ve booked and paid less for the two queen bed. WiFi provided through email did not work. The door knob lock was broken, so you can only lock the door with the security code lock. I did some inspection around the room when I arrived and one of the bed, the pieces of the frame had came apart, which I thought it was broken but it was just those cheap wooden bed frame where you can put it right back in. I saw a few cockroaches crawling around. The kitchenette is a joke, honestly. It wasn’t a bad stay, it was good, but everything about the rental was falling apart.

- September (2/5): Hot mess - Very difficult to communicate. Everyone there spoke ONLY SPANISH.the building is in poor repair and rooms where completely different. Elevators broke down twice and we where on the 15th floor.at one time It was a beautiful place.too bad all owners took different responsibilities as owners.

If you had an issue with the room, you had to go out of your way and call maintenance yourself. Valet took around 10+ minutes to get your vehicle(at a non busy time). The water pressure was very weak and for hot water, you had to keep it on the cold setting. The tv channels did not work at all. Would not recommend coming to this place unless you want to be highly inconvenienced.

Next with uncaring check in clerk that couldn't find our 2nd room and wouldn't move a muscle to clarify with unit's owner. After several hours, finally entered our unit to find every imaginable accesory, electrical, mechanical or plumbing requiring maintenance hanging by a thread. Never so much maintenance neglect in a unit. Beware.

The room reeked of mold and mildew which made staying in the actual room an uncomfortable experience. This hotel should not offer valet. Their system is not efficient. I heard of people missing their flights, and it was just a long and painful process that cut into precious vacation time just to access or use your vehicle.

Also there’s no front desk to assist you, there’s only a security who check you in. Also there’s no room service or someone to clean the room. The room was dirty and needs renovations because the bathroom door was hard to close, there’s no heat, the kitchen sink is dirty and loud! Also there a small kitchen, but the plate and mug is dirty! I paid even higher price for the ocean view but besides the view, this hotel seems old and not worth the price at all. The picture looks great and when you get there it’s a complete scam! The wall is rip and the curtains is being broken to pull. Save ur money and don’t come here!
- Pamela (4/5): - You get what you pay for. Positives - Cheap. Great view of ocean. Negatives - The hair dryer didn't work. They replaced it quickly. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. They replaced it the next day. Then the shower only ran warm (whereas the faucet was hot). It was World War 3 to get them to fix that. They argued with me for 2 hours - tried to convince me that for safety purposes it's supposed to only be warm. But I knew that wasn't true because my friend's room in the same building was HOT. I demanded a supervisor and had to fight this out with BOTH of them. Finally my older age and immense traveling experience won the day and they finally fixed it. The last day I discovered that both of the kitchenette lights were out. And one of the towels had blood on it (not mine). So buyer beware - it's a very inexpensive place to stay but you'll likely have broken things. In the end - I would probably stay here again because I love a bargain. And the sheets were soft.

La pileta esta muy buena y cuenta con un bar que ofrece comida rapida y ambienta el lugar con buena musica. La bajada de la playa es tranquila. Lo que no nos gustó de la propiedad fue que no tiene ventilación, no hay ninguna ventana que se pueda abrir, le faltarian mas elementos de cocina y la sombrilla estaba rota. En resumen, muy buen precio y cumplio con todo lo que necesitamos.
- jeffrey scott (2/5): - Property was broken down and disgusting, when we checked into our room, the door look like it had been broken in and half repaired when we got into our room there was mold in several spots in the bathroom and on the ceiling, and it was dirty there was hair on the floor and urine in the toilet. Not to mention every time you needed to get your car you had to wait 20 minutes for the valet as the cars were all packed into a garage that was also broken down and they damaged my car that I rented.

The pool is deep and has gate access right to the beach. They do have shops for groceries and stuff you forgot. The restaurant by the pool had good food The check in was terrible. Took about 40 minutes to just get checked in...long line and many issues with reservations. Not the friendliest of people at the check in desk The spa and gym were closed. The place looks, feels and smells old. The description is misleading. As there is no murphy bed it's just a mini twin cot that barely stays open, better to sleep on the floor. There's no tv in the room and the only other tv was in the dining room.

- MICHAEL (10/5): - This is my second stay. You can't beat the price for the location. The beach is unique in that it has a smll sand bar just off shore, great for kids. Free valet, you just saved $50 a night. The room was clean. The elevators are a little funky by design so be patient., The in house stores are convenient, The pool side cafe is awesome with amazing service by ladies that remember you and make you feel welcome.

- Ignacio (4/5): - Reservé y pagué un estudio con vista al mar y me dieron uno con vista al deposito de basura. El mismo tenia 3 filtraciones de agua que caian del techo al piso. Cuando ingrese no tenia red de Wi-Fi Cuando ingrese estaba todo el piso lleno de agua. Reservé y pagué con desayuno y no tenia. Lo unico bueno los chicos que trabajan como Valet Parking, muy atentos y educados.

- Iryna (4/5): - Hotel is terrible, rooms outdated plus nothing is working, communication between costumers and staff wish to be better. Not recommended at all.
- Ruth (4/5): - The room írself did bit match the images in the site. We should have had a view of the beach. Instead all we saw was scaffolding and the window was too high up. The shower curtain was from the dollar store. None of the handles in the sinks matched. The door from the lower cabinet was coming off the hinge. There were black scuff marks all over the wall.

- Heather (10/5): - Very comfortable and home feeling. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Very family oriented. If you’re a family with young children this is the place to come. No loud music, no party lifestyle, it’s in the middle of north and south beach. Right on beach out the back door. Large pool and tiki restaurant with lots of food and drinks. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone. Been here 6 months and stayed in several different rentals in the building and Miarentals is by far the best out of all the companies that rent out rooms here.
- Kelley Nicole (2/5): - Pictures are very deceiving. Property is run down and dirty. You are checked in by security guards who have no people skills. Very unwelcoming first impression. Upon arriving to our room, I was immediately uncomfortable. A full wall of mirrors, one huge panel had a large crack through it. Tiles were replaced on the floor that didn’t match the originals. Beds were hard as a rock. Every surface in the apartment was scratched and scuffed up. Shower was gross. It felt very dirty. I immediately booked a different hotel and left. Would not recommend this stay to anyone.

- Mai (2/5): - Check in was not clear at all, poor communication. They don’t tell you that you’ll receive a text to complete a check in from the host so when I received the text I thought it was a scam. On top of all that the parking is not a self park, it’s valet and inconvenient when we need it.
- Daniel (6/5): - Honestly this place has potential. It’s very outdated but if they actually put some time into it and fix it up it can be beautiful. Cracking all over the walls outside, elevator making weird noises.. i just feel like they need to fix the entire place up. Pool was very huge! Right next to the beach. They don’t go into rooms at all during ur stay so you just kinda have to keep asking for more towels etc. They leave beach chairs and umbrellas in ur room but they are kinda cheap so be careful! Also the store downstairs in the lower lobby is way too overpriced and the lady has a huge attitude talking about people in spanish thinking we don’t understand! There was a bug in the restroom as well some floors smelt like weed… even though it’s a no smoking hotel. Other than that the room was okay, you get what you pay for.

- Silvia (8/5): - The hotel overall is very nice. The pool is nice, large and the poolside tiki bar was a great, prices are reasonable and snack food was good. The only thing I would say is the unit we stayed in needed upgrades in the bathroom. Nothing too terrible just some small touch ups. Unit was clean, linens were fresh, towels were clean, overall a good experience.
